    Boudin balls with remoulade sauce

Their pistachio encrusted white chicken breast signature dish is to die for! My husband tried the meatloaf today and it was a mile high pile of deliciousness. We also tried the boudin balls and the crab cakes for the first time and they were both fabulous. The service is over the top, the restaurant is always clean, and even though it's a small street we have never had a hard time finding a parking spot!

This restaurant is wonderful. Have not have one entree or dessert that wasnt delicious. The fried oysters are to die for. The pizza is the best. The cookie brownie, order 20 minutes early. Worth it. The service and customers are so friendly. The decor is fun to see. We love this place in downtown Conroe. ..

We came last night for my son's birthday dinner. I have been here so many times and have never been disappointed. We had the Greek pizza which was delicious. My daughter had the chicken Alfredo, she didn't like it. She said the chicken was dry. My son had the pistachio chicken which he really loved. His dad had the salmon and loved it. I had the meatloaf which has always been a good choice. It was a little different than I remember though. It was very mid last night. Overall the service was good with our server Kate. I still recommend RBT. I can't wait to try their breakfast.

The wife and I love this place for breakfast. It's a cozy small spot in downtown Conroe. The bartender is super friendly. The food has been great every time. I really love their pizza. Even for breakfast. Hopefully we get to come downtown for some concerts soon. It looks like a very personal venue space for concerts.

Was an odd choice to hit up a tavern for breakfast - but how many taverns even serve breakfast?! Walking through the door and you're met by authentic tavern vibes. Warm lighting, music, high top and regular tables. We were the only customers for about 25 minutes so we got to assist with a new hire training which is always fun! Was glad to help out. So we got LOTS of attention from servers during our visit. The food was A S T O U N D I N G!!!! From the first bite of cornbread to the last nibble of the migas {spouse had the corned beef hash} every mouthful was exceptional. We will be back for lunch or dinner and definitely for a musical performance.

Great pour! This is a double whiskey! Worthwhile

Bar service was exceptional. Great pour Colby! Even Williams would be proud! Ambience was typical TGIF crowd with music perfection: just loud enough. Didn't order food, but may take out a loan before my next visit: $8.50 for soup de jour? Lots of pizza orders at the bar. Looked better than soup. Happy hour M-Th. No big deal. -$1.00 off beer, well, meh...clearly nothing to go out of your way for!

I lived in The Woodlands growing up and my parents used to drive to Conroe almost weekly to go to the Red Brick Tavern for their Drunken French Onion Soup! I was only able to go with them once, but it stuck in my head as a fun place with great soup. Now, almost 10 years later... I made sure to make a stop once I was finally back in Conroe and they still matched my expectations. I ordered a breakfast platter with eggs, sausage, potatoes and toast and then shared a soup with my friend (they also had the avocado toast). The food was delicious and I ate every last bite! The music is a tad bit loud here when sitting at the front (we were in a small booth as we needed 4 seats) but still I liked the cute little tavern vibe. The service was pretty good overall and they were also packed while we were there. This place is definitely worth visiting!

The food is always a winner. Went lighter today and got a salad and the French onion soup. Very impressed it wasn't as salty here as other places. It paired well with the stout. The staffing was ok, our order had a few issues but overall it was a good experience

Stopped into Red Brick Tavern one evening for a bite to eat and beer. Heard that they had good food but it was very small. Yes, Red Brick was a very tiny little tavern but very quaint and comfy. They had live music that night we went in which we enjoy but in such a small place the music took over everything. And this was just one guy and guitar. One needs to adjust the volume to the size of the venue. My wife and I each ordered the French Onion Soup which we had heard was good. It was indeed delicious as it is very hard to find a good French Onion Soup. After soup, we ordered a the Memphis pizza with BBQ sauce, chicken and mozzarella cheese. This was a really delicious thin crust pizza and we really enjoyed it. We also ordered a beer to go with our meal. The choices were find if you like domestic beer, but we prefer craft beer and the choices were rather limited and lacked any stouts which would have gone great with our meal. The service though was outstanding as our waitress was very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Over all, Red Brick was a good experience, we really enjoyed our food and pub like atmosphere that they presented but were a little overwhelmed by the volume of the live music when you are trying to converse with your waitress or others in your party.

You get your choice of sides and tater tots are a yummy option. The coleslaw is crunchy and creamy and the fish is to die for, you get three big giant battered white fish filets and it's plenty for two or three depending on your appetite. I initially thought it was related to the Fielding's restaurants in the Woodlands area but it has no relation. It's basically a sports bar with a kitchen, but apparently a big kitchen because they have a good size menu of burgers, sandwiches, comfort food, seafood, Italian food, salads, apps, pricy desserts, egg rolls, mac and cheeses, wings, and a healthy list of draft beers. I came in for the burger since I had read it was formerly a tri-blend of my 3 fav combinations of beef on a burger: chuck, brisket and short rib. I'm not sure if they're still doing the blended beef because the patty didn't taste like any previously blended burgers I've had before. When I ordered the burger it came out to my table about 4 minutes later. Not sure how they can pull this off for a patty that's 1/2 lb. At home it takes me at least 8 minutes. I went with the Texan specialty burger. This burger wasn't that good and was one that tasted best upon first bite, then progressively got worse as you eat more of it. I didn't finish it and eventually peeled off a lot of ingredients and bun by the end. They have a nice atmosphere, but I would try another menu item next time. I will likely visit the location closer to my house in Spring next time.

Certainly not the coconut milk or orange. 2. Tulsi tea - mm ok ok 3. Watermelon salad: it's seasonal and it was really refreshing and equally tasty. My star for the afternoon 4. Charred Cauliflower- quite good actually 5. Chopped salad with a side of pesto pasta- this was a great combination not only for the taste but the idea of having pasta as a side for that little hunger that lingers on after a salad. Both were great. Definitely repeatable. 6. Teriyaki salad- the base makes it a perfect full meal with perfect blend of veggies with a balance of carbs. Loved it too. With all this and a box of to-go created with leftovers there was no more place for anymore food. Yassir and I think it is Shanaya ... they both were really warm and friendly and explained about the food very well when we had questions. Overall great experience and I would love for my next chance to come sooner than later.

You can tell if any restaurants do not clean their dispensers as the tea tastes bitter or is milky looking. Why do I know this? You ask? Because my Dad was a coffee/tea delivery man and when I was a child he use to take me on Saturdays to run his route. We visited several Luby's Cafeteria's where he made sure the dispensers were clean and that they were making the tea properly. He showed me how he used the brushes to clean the tubes, dispenser handle and used special cleaning material on the inside.
