Strawberry Chocolate Waffle - I would not recommend
Angelica C.

We were staying at Margaritaville Resort and needed breakfast so we found this cute diner. Customer service was really good however the food was good, not great. I ordered the strawberry chocolate chip waffle that came with eggs, bacon and sausage. The waffle was very basic and soft and my strawberries were sad looking, if that makes any sense. Not the freshest or appealing so I scooted them over to the side. Everything else was good, I would still come back in the future just not order any fruit.

Great experience! My daughter had a birthday girl hat on and the server gave her birthday pancakes with out us saying anything.

half of the Big Breakfast with blueberry pancakes

This is a diner with a hollywood spin. The diner had cinema carpet and actresses and actors on the wall. The service is very prompt and friendly. I split the Big Breakfast with my sister and it was big alright. Our waitress heard we were splitting and split the whole order in half so we wouldn't have to. The blueberry pancakes were so fluffy and warm. The eggs were well done and the hash was delicious. My sister said the ham tasted rubbery. Overall, great meal!

Food and service was amazing! I only had 30 mins from the time I walked in to eat lunch I asked my sever ( a young gentleman) if that was doable - yes - and it was with time to spare ! they did not disappoint the food was delicious and the speed of service was truly appreciated

Asked for cheese on my omelette and this is what I got back...

Delicious restaurant was quiet when we went. Great food and great service especially considering it was an off-peak time of day.

Everything came out perfectly, from the fried cheese logs, wedge salad, pecan crusted fish, and chicken A&M. He checked on us frequently enough and also allowed for enough space so we could visit. Prices were fair and overall experience was great!

I had a feeling that I would be impressed with the quality, and I definitely was. Coconut Macadamia Chicken Strips: 5-stars. Of all the things on the menu, this is what I was most intrigued by. My amazing wife suggested that we order that for our son and then two other entrees for us to share. These were such high quality tenders and did not even remotely resemble what you would see at a typical fast food place. Great flavor too! Pork Chop: 5-stars. Best pork chop I've ever had. It was very similar a steak. I could happily eat this on a regular basis and never get tired of it. No notes! Seafood Risotto: 4-stars. Enjoyable, but overshadowed by the other items. I will happily come back again and look forward to bringing visitors here to show off what makes Montgomery awesome!

I've driven past Petite Suzette in Montgomery countless times and have even parked right out front,…read morebut for some reason I never stepped inside--until our POA tasting event gave me the perfect excuse. What a mistake I waited so long to make! This place did not disappoint. We started with the fondue, and wow... rich, creamy, and served piping hot like molten cheese lava in a proper fondue pot. The toasted French bread cubes were perfectly dunkable, and that cheese has more pull than the President. It's pure cheesy happiness in a pot--seriously, the cure for any bad mood. The beet carpaccio was another standout: beautifully thin slices drizzled with sweet fig balsamic, topped with goat cheese crumbles and fresh microgreens. Even the beet skeptics at our table went back for seconds. Next came the strawberry goat cheese salad, and I'm officially a convert. I used to avoid fruit on salads, but this one changed my mind completely. Sweet strawberries, creamy goat cheese, and crisp greens in perfect balance. I'm already planning my next visit with grilled salmon on top. For mains we shared the chicken paillard--light, bright with lemon, and paired with dreamy whipped mashed potatoes--and the steak frites. The steak was tender and juicy, but let's be honest... those frites stole the show. Fresh-cut, double-fried, perfectly crispy and salty. I could have eaten an endless basket of them. Absolute drool-worthy. We finished the night with sharing a plate of beignets. Warm, fluffy and dusted with powdered sugar. The service was phenomenal, especially for a large group. Our server never missed a beat, and the whole team was warm and attentive. The drink menu is excellent too--great selection of beers, wines, and creative cocktails. The Napoleon was our table favorite by far. Petite Suzette has officially earned a new set of regulars. We'll be back later this week, and I can't wait to try even more. If you're anywhere near Montgomery, do yourself a favor and go in. You won't regret it!

This restaurant is located by the lake so we decided to sit outside to enjoy the views. Our server Collin was pretty nice and was on top of everything. Checked in on us a few times & made sure our drinks were refilled. To start, I ordered their gumbo. For our mains I got 3 pounds of crawfish with sausage & it comes with 2 potatoes & 1 corn. My BF ordered their shrimp Po-boy with French fries. & for dessert I got some beignets. I also ordered the Cajun pasta with shrimp to go. Now, I'm not gonna lie I was a little disappointed that I was overcharged for my crawfish. So they had the happy hour which you can get 2 pounds for 14 bucks. However I was charged 20.99 for 2 pounds on top of that another 7.99 for an extra pound. Okay, now I know I'm not tripping but the math ain't mathing. I didn't look at my receipt until I got home, but I'm not going to be upset over a few bucks. * Seafood Gumbo- kind of expensive for a cup of gumbo since it was 9.69 however it didn't taste bad. The sauce was on the thicker side and it wasn't salty, it had the right amount of seasoning. I would order it again. 3.5/5 * Shrimp Po-boy with fries- loved the batter and the shrimp was fried to perfection. Sauce was good too. Fries were just okay. 3.3/5 * 3 pounds of crawfish with sausage, potatoes and corn- whoever is boiling in the back knows what they're doing. The crawfish was buttery, spice level wasn't too spicy but had good amount of heat. The spicy mayo dipping sauce that was provided was delicious. Sausage was above standard. Corn was cooked nicely but the potatoes could've been boiled for another minute or two. The only criticism I have is that they need to purge their crawfish a little better. 4/5 * Cajun Pasta with shrimp- the pasta was creamy and shrimp was cooked nicely. However for an extra 5 bucks to substitute for shrimp they could've given at least 6-8 shrimps. The 4 I received was on the skimpy side. 3.4/5 * Beignets- came out piping hot. It was doughy, pillowy and had good texture. It also wasn't oily which is good. I just wish they had some sort of dipping sauce for the beignets but I ain't mad at the whip cream though. 4/5 Overall, I'll definitely come back. The inside looks nice with a beach type vibes. The patio views next to the lake was also good. Collin was a solid server. They also have a full bar as well. I'll have to order some of their cocktails next time.
