Great service and good food at a reasonable price. Cute place with very friendly servers. Will definitely be back.

Montgomery! This is the BEST place for breakfast and lunch. It is my new go to! Come support them. You will not be disappointed. Over the visits I've had the pancakes, hamburger steak, salad, and the most amazing French fries with homemade ranch dressing.

The service was good. You seat yourself. There is plenty of seating for a party of any size. The ambiance and decor is very homey feeling. The food was great and we had coffee also which was good.

Two separate visits. I always try to experience a place from the jump...before someone has the chance to ruin it for me. I am always understanding of the trials and tribulations of opening a new place. This was a home run. Food was consistent, cooked perfectly. Service was professional and friendly. This is definitely not their first rodeo. They are seasoned professionals. The breakfast was perfection. Highly recommended the southwestern skillet, with its large chunks of crispy homestyle potatoes, chorizo and loads of peppers and onions its so very filling and flavorful. The pancakes are huge and fluffy with just a touch of vanilla. The waffle is perfectly cooked..fluffy with nice crisp edges. I appreciate the warm syrup too! Everything served is very large portions, highly recommend sharing. Lunch I had the burger which was a fresh patty, on a delightfully toasted bun, I added some of that gorgeous thick sliced crispy bacon and a generous portion of avocado. I upgraded the fries to buffalo fries and highly recommend doing that if you are a buffalo fan. Not too spicy but has just the perfect tangy kick. The burger was HUGE, juicy and veggies were perfectly portioned. I am looking forward to trying everything on their expansive menu. Welcome to Montgomery!

They warm up the table with this amazing cornbread & hot rolls Today I had the fried catfish with fries and coleslaw. It was deliciously light & flaky but so filling I only ate 1 filet. The coleslaw was the best I've ever had! Ever! And I don't normally eat/like hush puppies but I always try and thumbs up; different from what I've tried in years past. My husband had the chicken fried steak with okra & mashed potatoes which I got a 'it was good' response which really means... he ate all of it with no complaints. Lol very rare to get a 'fantastic' or 'delicious' outta him. There are no booths, which is my preferred dining experience but we're not here for the comfort! The table was a little wobbly but I didn't care, I love staring at the pie shelf while dining! Nicely country style decorum. Great food delivered quickly with a smile! prices are inline with the quality/quantity! Thank you! Happy New Year!

The inside was well lit, it was still a bit early, so there was no wait time at all to get seated. The hostess seated us promptly but noticed after a few minutes that we hadn't been greeted yet, so she came back over to check on us, which was super nice and very observant! Our server was wonderful. He came over with a great smile and had some great energy, and was very funny. And shame on me for not remembering his name!!!! But anywho. We had some questions on the menu, which he was great walking us through. As we ordered our food, our bevvy's came out and it was off to cheers to a great day! Not long after our food arrived. I ordered a traditional breakfast with the cinnamon pancake. There was a photo of it on Yelp that I just couldn't get out of my head, and I was very happy that I got the pancake. It was prob my fave part of the meal. The rest of my breakfast was good. Not terrible, not out the park, but it was a good breakfast. The eggs were probably my other fave bite. My friends food looked really yummy too, they went with the chilaquiles and the hash. Cute little spot for a weekend breakfast, would come back to try the lunch/dinner options too.

My husband ordered the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes. Tacos were good and the breakfast potatoes were well seasoned and crispy like I had asked. The Cinnamon Roll Pancakes were good but wish it was a little more cinnamon-y. The espresso martini wasn't bad either. Overall, very friendly and quick service but when we had come in the morning, there weren't too many people there.

I wanted to see how they do with the classics so I ordered the chicken fried steak. The mashed potatoes are about 50% cheddar cheese. certainly edible without any other addition. The meat was good quality, tender, good flavor. Could have used some butter on the Mexican street corn. Overall a good value at 16 dollars. Non smoking. Happy hour from 4 to 7.

My wife loves that so she was happy. When we sat down it took a while for us to get menus. The server a young girl apologized 3 times before we got to order. When we finally ordered about 10 minutes later I got the CFS and my wife got a burger and fries. We suddenly noticed a large group of 24 people came in together and a few other small groups at the same time. I thought oh no this girl can't handle who's here what is she going to do now. She told us she was the only server tonight. I got worried that we may never get our food. I have a thing about my food being Hot when I get it. I guess they must have called in some help. A new server delivered our food but we had no silverware. I tried my wife's fries while waiting and they were cold. Once I got the fork I tasted my mashed and they were ice cold. I had also asked for white gravy and she got me a new fresh mash that was hot. The CFS was good but not great. The batter was good but would not adhere to the steak. She pics below.
