Tiny wings and bottled ranch - ick
Kelli D.

Having grown up with one of these locations in my hometown of College station I was hoping that they would make improvements bringing it into a new area. Unfortunately they have the same tiny wings, the same bottled ranch, and the same too salty sauces (coming from the Salt Queen that's bad). This time I brought my neighbor's kids with me and they would not even finish the mac and cheese because they said it had no flavor and there were "hard pieces" in it. Don't get me wrong, I am all about the wings but two times with tiny wings and bottled ranch? I think I'm out. Kelli Gig 'Em 2018

Wings N More has the best, most crispy and delicious, hot, fresh and tasty wings that exist in The Woodlands/Spring/Conroe area. In addition to consistently delivering great and tasty wings, Wings N More has great chicken tenders, perfectly seasoned curly fries, and great service to deliver your poultry cravings. Highly recommend to anyone craving some crispy, tasty wings.

Came here for my birthday dinner with my husband bc why not. First off, the door handle is sticky as hell and that's nasty. Upon walking in, I wanted to turn around and leave immediately. I have pretty bad anxiety and the music was so loud and there were WAY too many people inside. The food is pretty good, boneless wings were soggy which sucked but whatever. My main issue with the food -- I ordered cheese fries. They literally gave a SPOON FULL of cheese. Wtf is that?? Not a big fan of this wings n more compared to an actual restaurant one, this ones like a fast food version and it was a dumb idea. I wanted to have a few drinks and hang out but I wasn't able to do that bc of how horrible it was inside, I could barely think straight, much less hear my husband speak. Next time, I'd rather drive the hour to college station or just go to Woodsons on 1488.

This is a fairly new fast food restaurant in Conroe. The place is on 105 just across from Hacienda Mis Padres. It's clean and the service is OUTSTANDING. Super friendly at the counter and they're constantly checking on you at the table. There's no table service, but they do come check on you and get you drink refills if needed. The menu consists of chicken, burgers, and salads. You can get different sause on the chicken as well. I've had hot and today extra hot. Hot was too hot for my 8 year old, but that's what he wanted after he tried mine last time. So I ordered just chicken so he would eat. They come with blue cheese and ranch. Just ask. Just know it's Pepsi products here, so no Coke. Upgrade your drink to a 32oz. for .45 cents.

Supposedly chicken tenders, they were more like chicken fingers.

I have only tried the lemon pepper wings, fries, and onion rings. The wings and onion rings were excellent, and the staff was very friendly.

The absolute best when it comes to wings. This is an Aggie run business, I think that is all I need to say.

I loved it. Tasted like the sonic lemon cream slushie. I drank the whole thing and it was worth the money for sure. We shared a gyoza appetizer, and it was great. They were perfectly crispy on the bottom with soft texture on top. The sauce was a bit sweeter than a normal gyoza sauce, but it was pretty good, and one member of our party really liked it. I got the Tonkatsu ramen, and it was better quality than your average American ramen! The chashu was perfect with a slight crisp to it, the noodles were springy, and I enjoyed the addition of the bok choy. It was also the perfect amount of food. I'm actually sad this isn't in my local area. I had a great meal here and would highly recommend.

It does come with a sauce which helps, but I wish the chicken itself was also seasoned. As for entree I ordered the spare rib ramen. Again, the fried spare ribs lacked seasoning, but the fry was well done. The ramen was very light, almost too light in my opinion for a true ramen broth. The chili oil they have though is delicious and improved the taste of the soup a lot.

That should've been my first sign when I walked in. It was hotter inside than it was outside. I picked up the menu looked at it for a hot second and then thought well. I'll just order something. So naturally, I said pad Thai, standard Asian meal. Not at this place they didn't have it and she looked at me strange. So I proceeded to look at the menu and found some random dish that looked decent and ordered. Then I ordered drinks and she told us after we had paid the soda had no carbonation in the machine so we could get the drinks out of the fridge. So we went and got the drinks out of the fridge, sat down open them up they both were flat. I suspect if I had checked the dates they were both expired, but I didn't bother. So we sat down and literally one minute later, the food came out... Which tells me that all the food was likely premade, and this was just a buffet that was hidden in the back. I ate, and it was well.... Let's just say the Woodlands Mall Asian foods a bit better than this stuff. Anyhow, I did encourage the team who works here to turn the AC down a little bit, make sure the fridge doesn't have expired drinks/flat drinks, make the food like they serve it to their family. I'll report back shortly and let you know if there are any biological effects of this food... All that for $45 - two dishes, two flat drinks, two rice.

At some point, we lost count on the songs, as one blended into another and each sounded just like the one before it. Hey, it was Thursday and he was a local putting himself out there for us to listen to. It's nice to have live entertainment during dinner and the background music was just background enough. Our seats were near the bar at the high top tables that gave a commanding view of the stage and bar area. The place was crowded for a Thursday night, filled with regulars enjoying the food and ambiance this century old building exudes in spades. Much like the breakfast menu we enjoyed a few weeks ago, our meals were almost identical. We both enjoyed the Reuben sandwich for our dinner. I personally wished it had more kraut, but the corned beef was tender and flavorful. I had added the sweet potato fried and we shared the cheesy fries as an appetizer. Cheesy fries do not do it justice. They were coated with more than enough cheese, accented with chopped onions and other herbs that added flavor and texture. Our waitress was wonderful and explained anything we had a question about during our meal order. I had an amber beer with dinner that really accented the reuben nicely. All in all, the dinner service was as enjoyable as our venture in there for breakfast. The Red Brick Tavern has now become a place we will go to more often ... not only for the food, but for the ambiance. Ciao, Darrell

The $20 ribeye special (12 oz with a side) is a standout deal that's honestly hard to beat. We sat inside near the bar, and the atmosphere struck a great balance--casual, a little lively, but still comfortable enough to enjoy a conversation without feeling crowded or rushed. I order my steak well done, which can be tricky, but they handled it the right way. The first one came out slightly under, and our server Madi addressed it immediately with no hesitation. What really stood out was her approach--professional, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. She even brought out a fresh serving of cilantro rice while I waited, which made a big difference. The second steak came out exactly right--flame-grilled, tender, and flavorful. The cilantro rice was fresh and well-seasoned, the fries were crispy, and the drinks were well balanced. We ended up staying after our meal just to relax, which says a lot about the overall experience. Great service, great value, and a place we'll definitely return to. Ask for Madi if you go--she made the experience seamless.
