Amazing service! When you walk in you are greeted! Every time I come to this location it's super clean! The layout is very cool! From designs and tables/chairs. Food is definitely over five stars!!! There has not been one time I have come and the food wasn't great! It's always made fresh and the flavors are amazing! The wait time for food is not long either! You can also catch tv playing or listen to the cool music that plays while waiting. From the Philly cheesesteaks and wings are so good! The business is in a shared parking lot but parking is plentiful! Will definitely be returning and next time getting some delicious lemonade! This place is devastatingly average. Skeptical to begin with on the Philly because it's got a slew of veggies on it. I didn't mind it but it was rather entire sandwich was bland & flavorless. Fries are average, nothing overly exciting on these, semi crispy but turn into that soft squishy kind in a matter of minutes sitting in that cardboard box. Boneless wings taste like they are a bulk buy from a Costco frozen aisle coupon, again, nothing to get excited about, buffalo sauce on it was meh, but these were better than the rest of the meal. Made to order which is nice, but wow the cost of this meal was around $22. A $9 Sandwich turning into a meal (medium size drink, side of fries) is +$5. boneless wings for 6 measly pieces is nearly $7. Ooff. read more

It was alright. I got it via Uber eats so that could be the issue too. Solid 3. The meat and cheese combo just want there. It was okay. Wasn't horrible. Wasn't the best. Charleys is relatively new to the area. I stopped by here during opening week and again recently. The first think you will notice when you enter is the friendly staff. They greet you and are very willing to help if you have any questions. I ordered a regular cheese steak and some fries. From a quality perspective the food game out good and hot. I was a happy camper. From a restaurant perspective, the place was very clean and well maintained. From a pricing perspective, expect to pay around $15 for a regular sandwich combo. I am mostly familiar with Charley's from malls, but now we have one in our neighborhood. Stopped in the other day to see what it was like. The strip mall locations have wings as well as sandwiches, but I went with the sandwich. Got a regular 3-cheese bacon cheesesteak with everything, loaded fries (more cheese and bacon), a soda and a chocolate shake. The sandwiches are neatly made, with the steak, lettuce, tomatoes and pickle layered on. I thoroughly enjoyed mine. The fries were also good. They are fine but not special on their own, but loaded they are even better. The soda machine was working well when I came. The chocolate shake is a very good one, on the thick side. Hard but not impossible to get through a straw, you don't quite need a spoon. The staff was still learning but very polite and enthusiastic. The restroom was clean and ready. They have two gendered restrooms with identical fixtures, which causes waiting that does not make sense to me. But it's a fine thing to have this mall fixture in our neighborhood. read more

I was so excited to see a Charleys opening in my area, it's one of my favorites but never want to go to the mall just for a sandwich. I ordered through the app and had a few minor issues and the managers were AMAZING! at making it right! delicious food & a great managerial staff! Just ate here at my husband's request as he is always on the hunt for the greatest cheesesteak. He enjoyed his but says he'll request extra cheese next time.
