Attention to detail and had my order completed quickly with precision. New to the area so I'm glad I found my neighborhood Five guys.

Good burgers? Yes. Good fries? Yes. Good service? Ehhh, well not so much. Came in with kids (aka tiny humans who spill everything), and made what I thought was a pretty standard request: a water cup with a lid. You know, to prevent turning the table into a splash zone? But apparently, that was a bold and unreasonable ask. The adults not getting lids? Fine. But the kids? Tough crowd. Then I asked about a booster seat and you would've thought I requested a throne carried out by royal attendants. They don't have them which is fine but the attitude to tell me that? Not necessary. All in all: great food, clean, and super convenient location, but the service missed the mark. Plenty of other spots around that seem a lot more excited to have our business. read more

Horrible service, I made an online order at 6:48 pm today and showed up to the restaurant during the time zone it said it would be ready. While waiting at the pickup area they were helping customers and getting orders out but not acknowledging me. I had been waiting for about 20 minutes and finally a worker asks what I'm waiting for, I tell her I had made an online order over 30 minutes ago and she said that they had missed it. They started making my new order and then another coworker notices that my order had already been made before I even walked in, I had been waiting for no reason except negligence. Pretty disappointing. read more

Rude & lazy staff! Sunday afternoon with no customers and yet we were made to feel unwelcome - Our family was excited to try but the treatment from the team was unsavory to say the least & we wont be back personally. read more

It was good. Same as all the Five Guys. Now prices have gone up but that is true everywhere post Covid. Our burgers and fried were made to order! And just as we requested! Great food and great fries, oh the fries are huge too!! Don't forget the malt on the counter. I like to add the malt to my ketchup and eat the fries! So good! Thank me later! Enjoy! read more

The buns were stale as the fell apart just picking it up. The burger patties used to be nice and flat. Plus we each had the little burger ($10.95/each, shared a regular order of fries and two small drinks was almost $40. read more

Everything was good. The service was also amazing. The atmosphere was really good just a bit dim inside but other than that everything was executed the proper way. Will be coming back in the future. read more

Should say 5 Guy's NO combo's! Everything is charged individually- my 15 year old daughter & her friend are there now & for 2 kids burger. One order of fries & 2 drinks- it's over $32- this is RIDICULOUS! Could go to olive garden or pretty much any other restaurant for less@ read more

Burgers are good. Could use more seasoning, but it's quality beef and fresh veggies. Service is good. Fries aren't overly salted like most, but I wish they were a little crispier. read more

As if this location even deserves one star. They don't. Everyone must be high because no employees seemed to care about their job. EVERYONE needs to be fired at this Conroe location and they need to completely re-staff all employees. I'm never this passionate about such disappointing customer service, but WTF?! I'm calling corporate and explaining that their food is cold, burnt, dry and total crap. Of course the order was not at all correct. We ordered two burgers plain with some toppings on the side. Why did they just decide to SKIP THE SIDES? Eating the puny burger proved to be something I couldn't do, even though I was STARVING! Seriously?! Five Guys is getting their name dragged through the mud severely at the Conroe location and everyone seems to agree according to the pathetic reviews. Shame on you. read more

I have seen them turn 10 customers in 15 minutes away because the employees don't want to make more fries. It's 8:40 pm and you close at 10. Sad to see as a former restaurant owner. People will not return with that kind of service and lazy employees . I can't imagine your rent is cheap. read more

Give me what I ordered. A small burger with grilled onions. Just received a burger plain , no onions .

Good food great burgers and fries. Only drawback is it's pretty pricey for burgers and fries

A buddy and I went here for lunch the other day...the burgers were great and the staff was accommodating...I'll be back.

Best fries, pretty much anywhere. We went to order burgers as well and they were out of cheese and bacon, but the fries paired well with patty melts from Whataburger. They lost a few more sales from walk in traffic while we waited on those oh so delicious fries. read more

Delicious food service. A wonderful group of people were smiling faces get there early because it is packed. Thank you.

Been awhile since we came here. The food is still delicious and the service is still fast. I don't think have adapted to a COVID world as well as other restaurants have, but they make an effort. read more

Great service, the lady that was working the cashier was very polite and very patient, I would stop by again if in the area

There was a day when I would desire a Five Guys burger. Apparently this is no so anymore. Well, I was in the mood for a good burger and I was in Conroe, so we stopped. I am sorry we did. We ordered a plain cheese burger for my daughter and a cheese burger, all the way with jalepenos for me, an order of fries to share and two regular drinks. Just a spot under $30. St the register, I felt rushed even though there was no one in line behind us. My younger daughter was trying to figure out what to have on it and all I heard repeated was " regular or large size(sodas? Maybe) as we were not past the what she wanted on her burger. We got our drinks and the Mello Yello was really off tasting. Our order came in a time one would expect. And it was greatly anticipated as we had not had a meal here in quite some time. We were greatly disappointed. The burger was crushed and wrapped I the foil, the fries were just warm, not hot like they were fresh out of the drier like I have experienced in the past. The burger itself was bland. One was cooked med, the other well done. Not sure how this happens on the same bun. Over all, it was dissapointing at best. I will give 5 guys a try again, but not this one. read more

Tried this location for the first time during the weekday! Was a bit put off that they have soooooo many fries. Like really?!? But besides that , i ordered the smaller version of the regular burger (forgot the name)... oh well! Burger was solid , could have been hotter but overall an okay burger place. Not sure if i will go on another visit! read more

Five Guys - First time here, let's see how it goes ! - Burgers Near Me - Conroe, Texas

First of all, the burgers are good but a bit pricey. However, the customer service is AWFUL! They must hire the dumbest people they can find. They mess up the order EVERY SINGLE TIME! The first time they messed up we figured, oh well, it happens. But, they have completely botched our order the last three times in a row! Even though we order on line and the receipt always shows exactly what we ordered, they still get it wrong! Makes me wonder if any of them can read? Items completely missing, wrong additions to the burgers ordered, food we didn't ask for, etc. We are DONE at this location!! read more

You would think that for a 12 dollar burger that they would use fresh mushrooms, in stead of soggy waterlogged out of a can, that sure weren't cooked on the grill. Disappointed is an understatement. Fries would have been great if the whole shaker of salt hadn't been put on them, still not worth the $5 they charged for them. Don't waste your money. First and last time eating there. read more

Excellent location. Staff was on top of things, and whipped out our burgers quick. Patties were perfect; not overdone or undercooked. And the fries were exactly like you expect when you go to Five Guys: hot, plentiful, and seasoned. read more

Horrible service. Will not get your order correct. You will get attitude from the employees even if THEY are the ones to make a mistake. I work in service industry and the way I was spoken to was not okay. I had an employee walk away from me at the register when trying to figure out what happened to my order. Will not be giving my money to this establishment again and will definitely be in touch with corporate about how employees are trained CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

Great front counter customer service !!! First he greeted me I almost thought I was at Chick-fil-A. As I ordered my food I told him how I wanted my fries, so he went back to make sure I got what I ordered. Ok I'm not done. Been to a few Five G's in other cities and really glad one is in Conroe, but given it's bad location at the very end of a shopping center, I hadn't been to this one yet, but it doesn't disappoint. I love actual burgers and a place that makes a good one is great. Not a five star dining experience, just a notch above fast food. Huge interior though, clean, bright and well maintained. Burgers are hand formed and while not huge, a perfect size for the bun and for stacking, since if you dont like the size, you can get more patties. But the best part is all the toppings, all fresh. You want raw onions, grilled onions, fresh mushrooms, green peppers or whatever they got them. Btw, they have fresh jalapeños as well, which means they aren't pickled. That means there is no pickle taste. Instead they are just hot but not too hot. I also got the bacon which I don't recommend as it had no flavor and just adds fat. Save that for the fries which are freshly cut and perfectly fried then topped with a sugar/salt mixture. Also, be aware the large portion feeds 2-4 people. The place is not cheap (sonic prices) and if you don't want a hot dog, burger or veggie only sandwich, or if you want a milkshake or something this place isn't it. Understanding it is a burger joint, and given the fresh quality and awesome fries, I give it around 4 stars and hope for it's success in our poor restaurant starved Conroe. read more

The great thing about Five Guys is the fact that is is a decent chain and has consistent burgers and fries. The burgers and fries are good quality, but it would be very hard to rank them within my top ten burger and fry joints. I liken a five guys burger to that of a VERY good Whataburger. The quality is great, and the fries are very good, but not out of this world as some may have you believe. The coolest part about Five Guys is that you can eat and shell peanuts while you wait for your main course. I REALLY like this. It makes for a fun visit, and if I were starving, would help to take my mind off the wait. A very good burger and fries, but not in my top ten. read more

Five Guys - Burgers Near Me - Conroe, Texas

A few weeks ago, I Went in about an hour before closing, ordered, didn't wait very long for the food, maybe 10 minutes and I was really craving some five guys so at first I was happy. When I got home is when the problems began, I opened the bag and the order was so far off from being what I wanted it's crazy. Instead of a plain bacon cheeseburger, I got a burger that was full of jalapeños and all the vegetables that be possibly put on the burger. I called up and the manager asked what I wanted to do, I asked if they would remake it and let me come pick it up, and it was about 10 minutes before closing, I know that sucks but that's not my problem, after they close I don't have much of a choice in Conroe but other lower quality fast food joints. She said I could come in and get a burger on her next shift, which may be all good for some people, but everything else is closed, this would've been a 5 star review if she had stayed open an extra five minutes to make their wrong a right. read more

I went in and ordered a kids cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger for myself. I must have not looked at the menu correctly but I could've swore they come with lettuce tomato etc I guess you have to ask for that at the time of ordering I wish the cashier would've said someone I spent a lot of money for two burgers I didn't like (my fault) it's been a long time since I've been there so just in case someone hasn't been or it's been a while since visiting ask for your toppings before you spend a lot of money on a dry burger. read more

We eat here frequently. The food is always wonderful!! Have no complaints. However the establishment needs a good thorough cleaning. With flu season here and the Corona virus I was very disappointed to see most tables dirty. The establishment only had two other customers at the time of my visit yesterday the staff was not busy - just hanging out. One lady came out to clean the tables with nothing but dry paper towels. Very unsanitary regardless of flu season. The floor is filthy too. It made me wonder how clean is the area where my food is prepared? Desperate need of a strong manager here with an eye for a clean, well represented restaurant. I love the food but probably will pass on it for awhile. Hoping they will clean it up. With all the rave reviews on burgers and fries one would think the owner would value cleanliness too. read more

I give this place two stars because of the prices. Burgers now cost more than ever. I don't eat here because of the burgers, I like the fries. I think the burgers here are good, and I enjoy the Cajun fries the best. This place is like others making up for covid I guess. A regular burger that is two patties with cheese and a small fry is now $13.50+ with no drink. I'm done with this place. I can go eat at a good non-fast food restaurant and get a drink for less than $15.00 You should not have to pay $10.00 anywhere to get a good burger and fries. Small fry now is about $3.59, really? They give you lots of fries, I get it. Maybe ask me If I want a tiny fry which would be a small to me and sell it to me for a reasonable price. How many others here are done taking your family out for a lunch burger and spending $60-75.00 on it. People that actually work, that are going out to lunch every day are not going to spend $15+ dollars for lunch. read more

Messed up our order twice. Second time was almost certainly on purpose as it was almost completely wrong. My son asked for lettuce pickles and cheese only, they gave him a burger with ketchup and onions. This was after mistakenly adding mayonnaise the first time. We just kept the second one and asked for some lettuce and pickles on the side to add to it. Didn't want to ask for a 3rd burger for fear of having them spit in it. Will not return. read more

never have I seen such childish teens put a bag together and yelling across from each-other while people are inside beyond unprofessional.

No flavor Was expecting a great burger for paying $16 for a burger with fries and a drink. It's just fast food quality. Really bugged me they didn't season the meat on the burgers. Was watching them for 15 mins making burgers.. They just take the patties and sear them. No season or heart. Plus bread is cheap so it's gets mushy fast. You can to go Saltgrass for less money and way better quality. read more
