This little diner is a blast from the past, right out of the pages of a 50's diner. Orders are taken at the walk-up counter. Making a choice amongst the plethora of custom burgers, sandwiches, and appetizers is a challenge. My favorite is their Philly cheesesteak, with just the right amount of cheese and steak! Round it out with a side of fresh onion rings or tater tots and a fountain beverage. The orders come out quick, served at a table of your choice. The staff is amazing at this family-owned establishment, always greeting with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude. Don't miss this hidden gem!

Came here with a few girlfriends. We saw a review on tiktok so we decided to come and try it out. I ordered the Avocado Sunrise burger with a drink and tots. The burger was so juicy and the tots were extra crispy! The ambiance was great as well. Gave off diner vibes with old metal signs everywhere. The restrooms were clean as well. They were busy so we waited for a little bit for our food but it was well worth it. We will be back!

Just the best dang sauce ever. Eat it on everything.

The only great burger joint in Conroe. If you ain't been then get on over. May I suggest the chili con caso burger? It's a lovely mess of fantastic flavors. Get sum

We have been to Burger Fresh a few times. Customer service is always great. Food is most times fresh. Tonight lacked a little however still a good dinner. I asked about the catfish being authentic and indeed it is not. Places selling catfish should really disclose if it is catfish or Swai. I was served Swai. The hush puppies served on the platter was more than done. See the picture. The food runner switched the burgers up and did not give them to the correct person. Therefore leading each person to bite into a burger that was not theirs. Three stars just because the cashier was amazing and the food was palatable to my kids.

Burgers are good, but not exceptional. Reminds me a lot of Whataburger, to be honest - - Salty, a tad greasy, but has that nostalgic "old diner" style. Sides & appetizers were very, very small portions (I regret paying $8 for 10 tiny corn nuggets). Won't be my choice for the next burger craving.

Check out the closing time next to Friday and Saturday. Zero desire to make new loyal customers.

We arrived at 8:45 and they told us they close at 9:00pm. The door had Friday and Saturday hours deleted. Yelp says it closes at 10:00pm on Fridays. The cashier's attitude was terrible, had a smile on her face but the look of annoyance. She said the kitchen closes at 9:00pm so we quickly ordered. It took about 20 minutes for the food to be ready and all that time they were cleaning around us. They were using a nasty smelling mop next to us, we ate with the smell of dirty restrooms because of that mop, picking up chairs and just mad that we were still there. Food was not that great either. I ordered chicken tenders, they were the frozen kind, some of the sweet potatoes were burnt and all were dry. The place looks dirty and dusty, it has retro decoration that looks forgotten. Service was subpar, attitude was terrible, not clean, not delicious. No, I am not coming back and no, I do not recommend.

I've driven past Burger Fresh for nearly a year, always meaning to stop--and today, impulse won. Soon as I walked in, I felt like I had time-traveled into a 1950s diner. The "poodle skirt" playlist was vibing, a life-sized Betty Boop statue welcomed me, and the furniture looked straight off the set of Happy Days. I placed a to-go order, and while the server was polite, their energy was a little flat. But no biggie--my order was ready in just six minutes, which was way faster than I expected. The burger? Whew. Fresh for real. Cooked just right, dressed perfectly, and honestly, it was huge. The fries were piled high--definitely not one of those stingy fry portions. All in all, Burger Fresh delivered. I'm glad I finally listened to my cravings because this spot is officially on my rotation now

Drove by and noticed it on my way to my Air BnB. I was greeted with smiles. David suggested their Philly cheese steak as one of the best. The bun is deep fried so it doesn't get soggy like most Philly sandwiches. They used shaved rib eye. I alao ordered the brisket egg rolls for dinner later. The building definitely reminds me of diner days I would see in the movies as a kid. Donna walked my to go order out with a smile and suggested the barbecue sauce with the brisket egg rolls for me to try and share with my Son. David's suggestion was 100% accurate. The bun was crispy. I split the huge sandwich in half to eat the rest later for dinner. Bun was still a bit crunchy. The meat was tender and quite tasty. It's go back for that order alone. The brisket egg rolls honestly were tasteless. The barbecue sauce was a bit spicy, so I couldn't drown in the sauce to eat. They taste like some frozen dropped in grease, over cooked concoction. I gave them to my adult Son who'll try anything. Overall, i love the atmosphere, the service and the sandwich. Maybe the egg rolls are just a matter of preference. Prices were reasonable. I will be back

Kitschy decor reminiscent to the 1950's. Ordered at the counter and they bring the order to the table. My daughter and I decided to split a burger and ordered sweet potato fries and deep fried mushrooms. I was pleased and impressed that they took the time to split our order in the kitchen before they brought it to the table. The burger was excellent from the bun to the patty to the fresh crispy toppings. The sweet potato fries were some of the best I've had, crispy and nicely seasoned. Everyone was very friendly.

At some point, we lost count on the songs, as one blended into another and each sounded just like the one before it. Hey, it was Thursday and he was a local putting himself out there for us to listen to. It's nice to have live entertainment during dinner and the background music was just background enough. Our seats were near the bar at the high top tables that gave a commanding view of the stage and bar area. The place was crowded for a Thursday night, filled with regulars enjoying the food and ambiance this century old building exudes in spades. Much like the breakfast menu we enjoyed a few weeks ago, our meals were almost identical. We both enjoyed the Reuben sandwich for our dinner. I personally wished it had more kraut, but the corned beef was tender and flavorful. I had added the sweet potato fried and we shared the cheesy fries as an appetizer. Cheesy fries do not do it justice. They were coated with more than enough cheese, accented with chopped onions and other herbs that added flavor and texture. Our waitress was wonderful and explained anything we had a question about during our meal order. I had an amber beer with dinner that really accented the reuben nicely. All in all, the dinner service was as enjoyable as our venture in there for breakfast. The Red Brick Tavern has now become a place we will go to more often ... not only for the food, but for the ambiance. Ciao, Darrell

I've had…read morethis place on my radar for awhile as I am a huge fan of visiting breweries everywhere I go. Come to find out days before our trip that Southern Star has decided to shut down at the end of June. Sad to see one of Texas' oldest breweries closing down. I had to get here before they did because their beers are great. It's right off 45 and easy to find tucked away off a side road. The grounds are beautiful as well as the building itself. The inside taproom isn't large but the building itself is so I'm wondering they have more hangout spaces. They also have a nice deck where a lot of people were hanging out. Customer service was great. Most everyone in our crew got a flight so we could try a few things. Prices here are excellent and won't break the bank. That's what I love most about breweries. I went with the Strawberry Blonde, Southern Brunch (citrus shandy), Texas Lager, and Pit Stop (cherry cider). I really enjoyed them all especially the Southern Brunch. My friends ordered some apps for the table such as fried pickles, fried mushrooms and waffle fries. They came out piping hot and were all tasty. I saw some pizzas leaving the kitchen and they looked excellent. They also had deals on whole cases of beer for 20 bucks. Killer deal that my friend took advantage of. Sad to see this place is closing. Great breweries are a dying breed from what I have read. If these places weren't so far I would support them more. I wish everyone in the company well and hopefully see them come back in the future.

Southern Space was down a tree lined road kind of in the woods in a very nice space. I didn't get to see what the outside area was like (If there was one) but I did see they had a large front porch to hang out at. We got here around 8 or 9 pm and I ordered my usual flight. The place was happening; country music was playing which is not to my taste but at least it wasn't quiet. My flight consisted of a Bombshell Blonde, a Bombshell Hefeweizen, Bombshell Smash IPA, and a Valkyrie (DIPA). Why isn't this place just called Bombshell brewing? Anyway. The beers were all decent but nothing that wow'd me. If I had to pick a favorite, it would probably have been the Hefe. They had a kitchen onsite serving up burgers, pizzas and all the fried apps that places usually do. Unfortunately, we had already eaten so I can't really report on that.

It normally comes with their house sauce, but I added the house‑made ranch since people on Google were raving about it. If you choose any heat level, it defaults to Nashville style breading; Coop's Classic is reserved for kids meals or no‑heat tenders. They asked if I wanted to swap the fries for something else. I asked what counted as an even exchange, and the only option was coleslaw--which the Double Clucker already comes with--so that made no sense whatsoever. I stuck with the fries. Oddly, the meal doesn't include a drink, so I added an Oreo milkshake since that also had good reviews. The staff was very friendly, and the milkshake came out first and fast. They served it to my table in the empty dining room. Flavor was fine, but it didn't come with the cherry shown in the photos and included in the menu description. Worse yet, it was extremely watery--super runny, not cold, and definitely not "Frosty" as advertised. See my videos. Big disappointment. When the food arrived, the tender itself was great--moist and flavorful. The mild heat level barely registered for me, but the ranch dip was better than the house sauce dip. The coleslaw didn't do it for me. It lacked flavor, and the cabbage pieces were cut way too large. Lastly, the fries. Oh boy. Not refrigerator cold, but definitely cool. Not warm, not hot--just... cool. And ack. Overall, I can only recommend the tenders. They do sell them à la carte for $4 and change, and those are the only thing worth getting that I tried. The sides and the milkshake were just a huge letdown.
