We decided to stop by on a weekday evening. The establishment was somewhat busy upon arrival and more people showed up shortly after. The space is reallllly small, much smaller than expected, It's not meant for large groups at all. Ordering was pretty easy and arrival of food was speedy. We chose to order two single patty burgers with spicy ranch fries. All items were freshly made with quality ingredients. They do not have fountain drinks which was a bummer. Canned drinks and tea are the drink options. Overall impression of the establishment is that it's too small, the seating flows into the ordering area which leaves you feeling crammed in a tight space. Well this place has potential to be good but the seasoning is just not cutting it. If the burger was seasoned it would be ok. The bread is fresh and the fries are really good. It is truly a smash burger with the crispy edges it's just missing the salt other than that it's ok. It's a small little place mainly set up for to go orders but you can sit in there and eat. It's nice and very clean. Service is expected as is for a place like this. It is worth a try. Work on the seasoning. read more

I had ordered delivery from Bun Slut when it was a virtual store so I was excited to see when they built brick and mortar locations. I placed an order for pick up at noon on a Sunday which included: a single with no onions, spicy cheese fries with ranch added jalapenos and slut sauce (def recommend) and a salted caramel milk shake. The order was ready on time and was still warm when I got home. I'm not sure what they put in the fries but they were awesome. I normally salt my fries but these were so tasty none was needed. The seasoning hits just right. The burger was juicy and has such a unique blend of flavors. I don't put pickles on my burgers but the ones they use add just the right amount of tang. The milkshake was good, I could have used a little less salt but that's a personal preference. I'll definitely be headed back again! read more

Horrible service and food! Save yourself the $$ and time! Ordered at 7:03 and an hour later the 1st door dasher had to leave because they were still waiting. Finally at 8:34 an hour and a half later the second door dasher was finally able to pick up the completed order. On top of the 1.5 hr wait the total for 2 burgers and 3 milkshakes was $103.00. When we called the restaurant and waited 10 minutes for someone to come on the line we were told that no one spoke English. If we could give negative starts we would. The actual taste of the food was absolutely not worth it at all. We will never order from here again!! read more

I understand new establishments often go through growing pains, but this place really needs to get it together if they want to succeed. I had a genuinely disappointing experience. I placed an online order scheduled for 6:15 PM. When I arrived, there were four people waiting to order and no designated pickup line. I waited, and once I reached the front, I was told my order was "being worked on." Fifteen minutes later, a different employee was at the counter, so I checked in again--especially since multiple customers who arrived after me were already receiving their food. He went to look into it and discovered my order hadn't even been started. He came back with a vague explanation about a "glitch," which was frustrating but I tried to stay patient. A manager then stepped in, apologized, and assured me they were starting my order. Another fifteen minutes passed. By now I'd been waiting over 30 minutes for an online order while my husband and two kids sat in the car. A second manager apologized and told me they weren't short-staffed--there were ten people in the back--but they "keep having this problem." Not reassuring. He offered me a canned Sprite for the inconvenience, which honestly felt dismissive. When my order finally came out--35 minutes late--I checked it before leaving and immediately noticed a burger missing. The manager had to recount before realizing they'd misread the order. They also couldn't figure out which burger was missing. Once I got home, I discovered that six out of seven burgers were made incorrectly anyway. I understand minor hiccups during a soft opening, but this was far beyond that. The food itself was mediocre (though the fries were good), and the overall experience was incredibly frustrating. We live right around the corner and would've loved to support this place regularly, but after this experience--and with even the managers unable to offer anything beyond "sorry" and a Sprite--I won't be returning. Avoid Bunslut at all costs. What a disappointing experience. The place is tiny. Tables are jammed so close together that you're practically sharing your meal with the strangers next to you. Ordered their cheeseburger, no onions. What arrived, onions no ch. Sent it back politely. Second burger shows up... still covered in onions. At that point I just gave up and picked them off because I was starving. When I mentioned the double mistake to the manager, he really didn't care. Felt like I was being an inconveniencing. The receipt showed 2 burgers no cheese, so the guy who took my order got it right, it was the cook who messed up. The burgers were ok. My receipt had 2 burgers and 2 fries with drinks and came up to $40+. Actually, AI took my order and got it wrong, I was supposed to have 3 burgers and 3 fries ... so one person didn't get their order. Not sure about this AI thing ... and it also repeated the order and it was correct, but still got it wrong. Pretty pricey for 2 meals. Went for the first time today. Ordered a single burger with fries. Burger was just ok- the meat was rather bland. Fries were awful- they put WAY too much seasoning on them. Tried to scrape it off with a napkin but a lot of it stuck so I couldn't finish them. They only have like 4 drinks available, all in a can, plus bottled water. If you want tea or lemonade (both in a bottle) you have to pay $2 extra so that was annoying. The place is really small. Service is mid. Not impressed. read more

The food was decent. The shake MM for $7.00 was not that great. Our total meal was $44.00 for two of us and one shake. When five guys is half that price and better quality so for me it's hard to come back or recommend . Even the sauce was flat. And I'm not a spice person so I was surprised there was zero flavor. The bun was stale and cold. And almost $3 for a CAN of Sprite or Coke? No fountain drink options.
