I am a very picky sandwich guy. The bread makes or breaks it. Although the bread was toasted, It was not to my standards. I will give the meatballs a +3.5. Also very tough on meatballs. That is above average 7/10 good overall. Staff was friendly and informative. Cashier complimented my cologne. She actually told me (+60 white guy with graying hair.) Your cologne is making my nose smile it's delightful. She said look around, I was the only man in there. 2 women were walking out after eating. (LV Imagination gets noticed often) But I am dead sexy...lol true, but just a wee joke read more

I had a great experience at Potbelly! I ordered a turkey sandwich with Swiss cheese, and it was delicious. Everything tasted fresh and well made, and the flavors came together perfectly. The customer service was excellent, with friendly staff who made the visit smooth and enjoyable. The restaurant was clean and well organized, which added to the overall positive experience. They also offer great options and prices, making it an easy choice for a quick and satisfying meal. I will definitely be coming back! read more

We ordered online with NO problems! We ordered the Farmhouse salad where I customized the contents to my liking! I doubled the chicken and received two dressings that made my salad total fire! We also ordered the Chicken Club sandwich and everything was totally delicious. Seeing that previous reviews weren't great, they must have listened and straightened up because my order was totally right and I will be going there again! Our order was ready when we pulled up! No issues here! read more

Except for being told where to stand to order, we were completely ignored. No 'one moment', no 'how can I help you'. Just crickets , and we were the only ones in line. And there were 4 employees behind the counter!! So we went to Honey Bee Ham over the freeway, our 2nd time, for a completely different experience read more

I put in a mobile order. I arrived 20 minutes later in the drive thru, waited 8 minutes to get to the window, and waited another 5 minutes at the window. The lady at the window was nice but told to drive back around because my order was still not ready. I drove around again but had to wait another 10 minutes because there were 4 other cars in front of me. I get to the window AGAIN and my order was still not ready. A complete waste of time. read more

Food is good but the availability of the food and how long it takes is outrageous. I ordered my sandwich and cookie at 12:03pm and I got to the window after waiting in the drive thru for a long time just to be told to drive around again and wait through the long line. Total time to get a sandwich even with ordering ahead is 30 minutes which is half of someone's lunch break. Not to mention last time I came they didn't have the cookies I wanted ready which I had to wait 40 minutes for. Often they'll give you the wrong cookie too so check the bag before you leave. read more

This location sucks Terrible place to order online they always cancel Iv never had them accept my order and they never have metal ball sandwiches subway is superior and your better off ordering from subway read more

To update my review, not very pleased with the customer service on a corporate level. As seen on my previous post the business manager directed me to email the customer service. I emailed them on 02/07/25, have had no response. Questioning if I'll ever go back now... read more

These sandwiches are huge, and delicious. I always get the turkey, and avocado and it never disappoints. The inside is set up nicely. Staff can be a hit or miss, but I'm sure they don't always get the sweetest people in line either. If you're looking for a filling sandwich, Pot Belly's is worth a try. Plenty of space inside, and always clean. read more

Sandwich was great great vegetables. Service was fast, and great. The ambiance felt rustic, warm, and welcoming.

Friendly staff working the drive thru. They were super helpful as this was my first time to visit this eatery. While they were out of the soup I wanted, my sandwiches I ordered were absolutely delicious. read more

Rudest workers ever. Walked in to grab dinner on the way back home. From so many places to choose and yet we pick this place and walk in with no greeting. No - how can we help. They just stand there and stare at you. The lady taking the order seemed bothered when I asked to double toast the bread and then again when I asked for extra pickles. I asked for peppers on the side. Didn't get them. Bro you work there, that's your job! Ridiculous. Next up, the boy who rang us up. No "hello" or "how are you??" He never said a word. He didn't offer us a bag or anything for all of our sandwiches. I had to ask for one. I asked for a cup of ice. Pure silence. Management must teach these people how to interact and be friendly. They clearly didn't learn that at home. read more

amazing food. I tried this for the first time and I ordered the meatball sandwich since I had heard this was one of their specialties. The meatball sandwich was not disappointing at all! The bread was toasted perfectly and the meatballs had a lot of flavor. Can't wait to try something different next time. read more

They have the best sandwiches!! We customize our sandwiches and they always turn out great.

Service was fast but no greeting when came to the window, no thank you, no receipt when asked for one due to the machine not working. I wanted a receipt to do a review on the guy at the windows horrible customer service. He basically handed me my food took my card and that was it, honestly I didn't even get told a total. The guy Had a mustache with a fire department shirt on, couldn't tell you his name. Hope it tastes better than the service I received read more

This is our first time in. I've heard about it but have not seen very many locations in our area. Mother and I split a original Wreck sandwich on a toasted multigrain bun. The bread was delicious the meat was more than enough and topping selection the limited does give you everything that you should be. Will be back again! read more

I've been a couple times and keep going for the Italian on white bread. I add the lettuce, tomato & onion to feel a little healthy. No mayo or mustard cuz the juice (grease ) from the pepperoni & salami soak into the bread and make it the perfect texture. The outside is nice and crispy while the inside stays soft enjoyable. The drive thru is fast & efficient, it was all around a great lunch option. However, and not to knit pick but having worked in the food industry....when you're preparing food & wearing a hat that purpose is to keep your hair out of the way of potentially falling into the food NOT having your long hair hang under the hat, all around your face now posing the same hazard as not even wearing the hat, just saying. read more

Friendly staff and quick service. I was lucky to catch them at a slow moment because the rain, but all the staff stayed busy cleaning stations, tables, and the drink area. My sandwich and soup practically flew to the front counter. While I felt like a bit of an interruption to their cleaning routine, usually the staff is always extremely outgoing. read more

I recently went to potbelly after not going for a couple years because I had moved states for a short time, and I was not disappointed with my first experience back! I've always thought their food was pricey, but it is great quality. I was surprised to see staff with a million piercings, tattoos showing, and every color of hair under the sun. Lol but that's just how it goes these days I guess... didn't take away from the good service and friendliness. Forgot to take a picture of the food but I had a meatball sub, soup, and their delicious cream soda. Thanks Potbelly! read more

Nasty place. On 3/24/22 and at 2:35pm I entered this establishment. I told the employee that I had never been before and he just responded with "ok". Tried to ask questions. No response. After finally navigating their menu and figuring out what was what, we finally paid. As we went to sit down we found that most of the tables were dirty. Food, crumbs and trash on the tables. The 3 employees behind the counter were more interested in talking and laughing amongst themselves to be bothered to do anything else like clean or speak to a paying customer. After all of that we found that they made one of the sandwiches wrong and then wanted to argue about it. Worst place EVER!!! Save the headache. Go to Subway!!! read more

Always a good sandwich. It was nice they had the calorie count on the broad for all the sandwiches. I also was able to switch the bread to a flat bread which made it less calories. Not very many people eating there while Covid-19 is going on so we could easily spread out. read more

Drive thru customer service was excellent t. Ordered the original Italian on white. Yum!!! Love this so much better than subway next door. Actually has flavor and is fresh. The only down side is the price. Over $9 for just a sandwich is a little pricey. read more

I fell in love with Potbellys after having a sandwich at the location across from the Woodlands Texas Mall, but this Conroe location gave me a trash sandwich in comparison, with barely anything on it. read more

Well . I originally gave them a low rating for sloppy Customer service. Then a manager reached out and I amended it to 4 stars. Now it's back to 1. Why is it so hard to order a sandwich? This store always act like they are in a crisis and rush you at the speaker like they have 10 cars in line , but there aren't. Just me. We have Been loyal to this place time after time when they consistently make mistakes on the orders. My wife is allergic to raw tomatoes and I never ask for tomatoes on her sandwich. Guess what they continue to put on her sandwich? Tomatoes. She cannot take them off and eat the sandwich anyway, because the juices are still in the sandwich. Folks just don't care. read more

Our first time there was very disappointing. We ordered a PB&J and was asked if we wanted it toasted, then ordered tuna sandwiches, when i saw my sandwich coming out of the toaster, I said I didn't want mine toasted and apologized, the girl said they toast all their sandwiches (i did not know that) as she whipped the sandwich into the trash, i apologized again and she still ignored me. The other 2 employees were very nice but this girl was miserable !!! The sandwiches were mostly bread and the bread was not all that good either ! First and last time for us to go to Potbelly ! read more

Here lately the staff has been questionable, doors closed only drive through. Staff not friendly. Almost had a real argument over how I wanted my sandwich. I wanted Turkey and ham. Told me they would have to upcharge almost double for a sandwich. Ok ill take that sandwich that has turkey ham salami and roast beef, just leave off the salami and roast beef... they said they would still charge me double. Then I stated how on earth does that make sense? The employee then stated he already had his two weeks in and doesn't care. I liked this place but lately not so much. read more

Went here today with my mom and sister for the first time. Wow I had the Avo Turkey and let me say it was delicious. The prices are a little up there but honestly a meal at cheap fast food is about the same price. Definitely worth paying a couple extra bucks for hot amazing food. read more

I love Potbelly! The food never disappoints, but unfortunately, the employees at this location do. I went twice in about a months time & the same female (Red head) was there both times. She either needs a vacation or a new job because her customer service was just non existent. The first time I chocked it up to possibly a bad day ( we all have them). The second time I was hoping for a better experience as I walked in & seen her there. Nope. Same thing! I felt as if I was inconveniencing her by being there. She was not friendly or welcoming. I felt uncomfortable. The gentleman making the sandwiches seemed clueless. In the future, I guess I will find another location or order through one of the delivery apps just so it's not awkward again... read more

Based off of our first and only experience here, we weren't really impressed. We tried 3 different sandwiches from the menu. Flavor wise, something was lacking. I felt like I was at an average sandwich shop. I could've made a better one at my house lol. Probably won't come back. Just not worth the money. The menu placement is really awkward too. But that doesn't affect the number of stars I've given. read more

Although I'd prefer to see nutritious options in Conroe, I welcome any new eats in this food desert. First impressions: The restaurant is shaped like a rectangle so seating arrangements are kind of weird. Counter/Ordering is at the back left corner of the place. Bathrooms are all the way in the back. Ordering: Because it was so packed, an employee was coming out to the line to take orders through a tablet. He was friendly and explained any questions. I ordered the pastrami sandwich on multigrain bread and a cup of broccoli and cheese soup. Food (see photos): Soup was nice and warm, cheesy and had lots of broccoli in it. I'm glad I could see green pieces floating in there. Pastrami Sandwich comes with pickles and mustard (I think) but I added mayo, oil, lettuce, and tomatoes. Verdict: Potbelly makes some tasty sandwiches. Is it healthy? Doubt it. I don't want to know how much sodium I ingested, but it's nice to see this place pop up in a place surrounded by fast food. read more

My husband and I tried Potbelly for the first time a couple of weeks ago. We both really enjoyed the food and the service was very fast.

I never leave reviews but they did such a terrible job on my sandwich that I feel obligated to leave a poor review. Literally checked no cheese, add lettuce tomato and pickles.
