Very impressed with the service quality and speed here. The guy at the register answered my questions, was polite and had great manners. If I didn't have to give any stars this place would have negative stars. The number says it's not in service. I went through the drive through Aug. 20 about 6:30pm I was the only one there and sat at there for about 4 minutes saying hello hello hello is anybody there hello nothing. I then tapped my horn and a guy by the name of Alejandro finally took my order. When I got up to the window he asked if I honked and I told him yes that I had been sitting there for some time and he said he was in the cooler and he couldn't herar. I asked him if he was the only one taking orders and he said yes and that he couldn't hear me in there and he was just doing his job. There was two ladies standing there glaring at me like I did something wrong. I told them if they looked at me that way again I would report them. Alejandro also told me if I didn't want to wait I could leave. I asked for the manager and he said there wasn't one there. He was very rude and I said boy you're pleasant and he said yes I am thanks and slammed the window in my face. I've tried numerous times to call the location and the phone is not in order. The services atrocious. My sister was waiting on our order. They weren't that nice either when ordering the food. I decided to use the lady's room. While I'm in the lady's room an older black woman comes in starts screaming telling me I have to get out. I'm surprised by all this and I told her I just got here and she proceeded to call me a black women which I'm not I'm not. She proceeded to say I've been here for half an hour. I told her to stop saying I'm black and that I haven't been there more than a minute and all she said "what ever color you are get out I need to clean the restroom". I was so upset I told my sister that id wait in the car. I didn't want to eat here anymore. Staff has a bad attitude, very unprofessional they will let you wait at the drive thru without taking your order and pull up at the window with no one in sight, if the staff doesn't like working here then I suggest getting another job, manager needs to get fired with all the other employees as well. The service is completely disastrous. They took forever to take our order and it took them 20 mins to get our food. The people at the register were completely ignored by the workers. I received the chicken wraps, one crispy, and one grilled and the crispy chicken wrap tasted stale, as if it had been sitting here for a while. Ordered on the app and when i got there it has "close" on almost every door. For a place that is "open 24/7" you should really update your closing time on the app and right outside your door. Also spoke to manager who was still there closing the store and told me he couldnt help me with getting my order or a refund. read more

If I could give this place no starts I would, I waited in the drive through line a no one said a word to me. I spoke into the speaker waiting for somebody to respond to me didn't happen so I backed out of the drive-through line and went into the actual building and I got told to go wait in the drive-through line where no one was speaking to me. Computers go down every morning at the exact same time, but rather than teaching their cashiers basic math skills, they just SHUT DOWN the store for 30 minutes until their computers come back up. Employees just sit around doing nothing... Bring back basic math skills and actually provide service to your customers. It's not that hard... I went 2 jack in the box on 12/20/19 and placed an order. I ordered the so called $1.39 16oz value drink. I get 2 the window and the employee hands me what appears 2 be an 8oz drink. I tell her that the board outside reads $1.39 16oz. She argues with me and yells that this is not so. So this location gave me food poisoning from the number 13 sourdough chicken sandwich and the chicken was raw and I noticed it after two bites and my stomach has been messed up all night and all day! There was a long line so I'm guessing they rushed my meal and didn't cook the chicken through. Keep in mind I was in line for 25 minutes I couldn't get out the line. The fries were stale and cold... worst pain ever guys. From 2 am at night until now which is 8:00 pm. I will never go back here again.
