Ordered on the app and when i got there it has "close" on almost every door. For a place that is "open 24/7" you should really update your closing time on the app and right outside your door. If I could give this place no starts I would, I waited in the drive through line a no one said a word to me. I spoke into the speaker waiting for somebody to respond to me didn't happen so I backed out of the drive-through line and went into the actual building and I got told to go wait in the drive-through line where no one was speaking to me. Very impressed with the service quality and speed here. The guy at the register answered my questions, was polite and had great manners. I know that should be standard but it's rare, especially at fast food places. Well done! Love the mini churros!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and try them. Also the egg rolls are awesome! I went 2 jack in the box on 12/20/19 and placed an order. I ordered the so called $1.39 16oz value drink. I get 2 the window and the employee hands me what appears 2 be an 8oz drink. I tell her that the board outside reads $1.39 16oz. She argues with me and yells that this is not so. So this location gave me food poisoning from the number 13 sourdough chicken sandwich and the chicken was raw and I noticed it after two bites and my stomach has been messed up all night and all day! There was a long line so I'm guessing they rushed my meal and didn't cook the chicken through. Keep in mind I was in line for 25 minutes I couldn't get out the line.
