Very impressed with the service quality and speed here. The guy at the register answered my questions, was polite and had great manners. I know that should be standard but it's rare, especially at fast food places. Well done! Love the mini churros!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and try them. Also the egg rolls are awesome! Crazy that those two things are what I crave from Jack In The Box but they are. You will too if you try them. Your taste buds will throw a party in your mouth. Sweet Tea Rating: 6/10 The sweet tea was ok but it's better at other locations I've been to. Maybe it was just a little old. read more

If I didn't have to give any stars this place would have negative stars. The number says it's not in service. I went through the drive through Aug. 20 about 6:30pm I was the only one there and sat at there for about 4 minutes saying hello hello hello is anybody there hello nothing. I then tapped my horn and a guy by the name of Alejandro finally took my order. When I got up to the window he asked if I honked and I told him yes that I had been sitting there for some time and he said he was in the cooler and he couldn't herar. I asked him if he was the only one taking orders and he said yes and that he couldn't hear me in there and he was just doing his job. There was two ladies standing there glaring at me like I did something wrong. I told them if they looked at me that way again I would report them. Alejandro also told me if I didn't want to wait I could leave. I asked for the manager and he said there wasn't one there. He was very rude and I said boy you're pleasant and he said yes I am thanks and slammed the window in my face. I've tried numerous times to call the location and the phone is not in order. I will never ever go to the place again. Karen read more

The services atrocious. My sister was waiting on our order. They weren't that nice either when ordering the food. I decided to use the lady's room. While I'm in the lady's room an older black woman comes in starts screaming telling me I have to get out. I'm surprised by all this and I told her I just got here and she proceeded to call me a black women which I'm not I'm not. She proceeded to say I've been here for half an hour. I told her to stop saying I'm black and that I haven't been there more than a minute and all she said "what ever color you are get out I need to clean the restroom". I was so upset I told my sister that id wait in the car. I didn't want to eat here anymore. The place was not that nice nor clean and if the employees have such a disgusting attitude towards customers imagine what they do to your food! read more

Staff has a bad attitude, very unprofessional they will let you wait at the drive thru without taking your order and pull up at the window with no one in sight, if the staff doesn't like working here then I suggest getting another job, manager needs to get fired with all the other employees as well. Don't come here if you wanna wait for 30 minutes for a sandwich. VERY LAZY PEOPLE!!!!! Do not come here you will be late for work.. read more

The service is completely disastrous. They took forever to take our order and it took them 20 mins to get our food. The people at the register were completely ignored by the workers. We had to leave before we could even get our food. This is the worst Jack In the Box they always are on some bs. This location needs new management or something idk what they got going on but I will drive somewhere else to a different location because these people are clearly not competent. read more

This place is totally crap!! All workers are totally non professionals and attituded!! They will let you wait in drive thru and keep doing their stuff even tough there is no busy at all!! Never coming back!! read more

I received the chicken wraps, one crispy, and one grilled and the crispy chicken wrap tasted stale, as if it had been sitting here for a while. I spoke with Nayda and she expressed her concerns and offered me a free meal. I came back to this Jack-in-the-Box and Anna. The manager on duty refused. Stay far away from this Jack The Box as possible. read more

Ordered on the app and when i got there it has "close" on almost every door. For a place that is "open 24/7" you should really update your closing time on the app and right outside your door. Also spoke to manager who was still there closing the store and told me he couldnt help me with getting my order or a refund. read more

If I could give this place no starts I would, I waited in the drive through line a no one said a word to me. I spoke into the speaker waiting for somebody to respond to me didn't happen so I backed out of the drive-through line and went into the actual building and I got told to go wait in the drive-through line where no one was speaking to me. I can't rate the food since I never got any. read more

Bathroom is filthy. It doesn't look like it's been cleaned properly, ever. Very dirty, wouldn't even eat there.

EVERY mother fucking time I order food from this piece of shit place they always forget something. Tried to call no one answered.

Great selection and the ultimate cheeseburger is one of my favorites. The egg rolls are some of the best I've had!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. got our food but no words were spoken to us except "do you want sauce" and that's it. not even a "here you go" . every employee was frowning. looked like they hated their lives. got 3 family meals and only 2 had fries. ambience was awful. read more

Very sweet and considerate employees :) It's always a pleasant surprise to get super pleasant service at a fast food joint.

Computers go down every morning at the exact same time, but rather than teaching their cashiers basic math skills, they just SHUT DOWN the store for 30 minutes until their computers come back up. Employees just sit around doing nothing... Bring back basic math skills and actually provide service to your customers. It's not that hard... Guess I'll go to Whataburger - their systems never need a 30 minute backup for some reason... read more

Do not eat here!!!!! Unprofessional management the food is never right!!! You cannot reach them by phone to complain about your incorrect order.... Unbelievable!!!! If I owned this location I would be embarrassed at the way my employees treated their customers read more

Ordered on doordash, I was missing all my sauces, no silverware, I got pancakes instead of French toast sticks, food was cold and when I tried to call, no one fucking answered. This ain't the first time I've had issues with this place. And when I told doordash what happened, they offered to send my food again and they "weren't accepting anymore orders" read more

I went 2 jack in the box on 12/20/19 and placed an order. I ordered the so called $1.39 16oz value drink. I get 2 the window and the employee hands me what appears 2 be an 8oz drink. I tell her that the board outside reads $1.39 16oz. She argues with me and yells that this is not so. I then go and take a picture 2 show her but she still states that the value drink is this obviously smaller drink. She tells me 2 call the corporate number and slams the window in my face. read more

My wife and I stood at the counter for easily 20 minutes until I asked if someone could wait on us. An employee replied "just a second, I'm busy." TERRIBLE customer service. DO NOT GO TO TO THIS LOCATION. If you are looking for a record-breaking terrible customer service, this is the place! We took our business to the League Line location. Message to the Manager, get your people under control! This is how you lose a customer base! read more

The people here have attitudes and never get my order right and when I try to be nice about it and let them know they want to have an attitude about it. I will no longer be going here. Trash. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. First off I got food poisoning due to how unclean this place is. It's been 3 days & I've been drinking & eating starch only due to diarrhea & stomach pain. Either the workers are unclean or the restaurant itself is unclean. My wife had the Grilled sandwich & vomited not even a few hours later. And this is that we rarely eat out. Someone please get some hygienist workers in there. read more

EVERY TIME - my order is wrong. It literally doesn't fail. It's like the staff goes out of their way to make sure it is wrong. PUHLEASE. Read the screen, put the correct food in the bag, and send it out. read more

So this location gave me food poisoning from the number 13 sourdough chicken sandwich and the chicken was raw and I noticed it after two bites and my stomach has been messed up all night and all day! There was a long line so I'm guessing they rushed my meal and didn't cook the chicken through. Keep in mind I was in line for 25 minutes I couldn't get out the line. The fries were stale and cold... worst pain ever guys. From 2 am at night until now which is 8:00 pm. I will never go back here again. I became dehydrated and had to go to the ER because the cramps from my stomach ache was unbearable. Avoid this place read more

I was told someone would be right with me five minutes later no one took my order I left now getting wonderful service at Taco Cabana

This was my first visit to Jack in the Box ever. I have to say I was very pleased with the entire visit. The food was fresh and hot, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was very polite and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend it! read more

Forgot the sausage in my sausage egg and cheese croissant. Only one tiny piece of bacon on my supreme croissant.
