I come to this mods often they know me by name now the pizza is always gone to my liking! The staff is really friendly and they will make your pizza however you want it if you tell them to make it burnt they will do it, can't stress that enough any way you want your pizza you're going to get it that way and with their app which one you first download it you get 70 points or 80 I can't remember and then from there every receipt you get from this place you scan it in every dollar you spend is a point I am on my second pizza and still going to be coming back!!! read more

I'm sure it's only a matter of time before authorities discover my addiction to what is referred as "mod". Yes, in the right mood, I can deal with only a mini at mod. But I find that my mastery of the art of selecting the proper ingredients for my mod is much too powerful to waste on a mere mini. Well, now they've done it! Opened up a new location on 336 S with a parking lot as big as Texas and a staff that's just hard to beat! My bride and I took a friend with us after church last week and Chance (sorry if I misspelled the name) rocked our world with a surprise desert that would bring a tear to any grown man. If you haven't tried MOD Pizza, and particularly this one, you haven't had pizza. And if you go and don't like your pizza, well guess what? It's your own fault since you can create whatever kind you want with a plethora of ingredients that you just don't find anywhere else. Move over Shack, Hut, Domino, and Dave'sx2. 0/10 came in here around around 9:30pm. Guy that works at the back is running the register/counting cash and then touching everyone's pizza with no gloves on!! Then puts ranch on the pizza which I didn't ask for, so I had to get another pizza made which took an extra 10 minutes. Second pizza barely had toppings compared to the first one. This is the worst mod I have been to! I am disappointed. 0/10 definitely would not recommend. read more

This place went downhill quick. The staff is very disrespectful and don't seem to enjoy being here. The quality of the pizza is already declining. We ordered four pizzas online, arrived to find two of them with barely any toppings and had the distinct pleasure of waiting for two more to be made while the "Pizza Barker" shouted at the top of his lungs. Popped in to this location for a quick lunch with my wife. We walked into a very busy lunch time and after a short wait we had our order taken by Taylor. She is the exact kind of brand representation a new location needs. Polite, positive, and even though the lunch rush was obviously stressful she and the rest of the crew did an amazing job of making every customer feel important and comfortable. Any minor issues with the food we had were so overshadowed by the staffs positive and make ot right attitude that we will definitely be driving the 20 minutes past other mod pizzas to visit this one again. read more

Agree with Stuart, employees more concerned about talking with each other and ignoring customers. Not good. Young man made our pizzas as ordered but we had to repeat our requests numerous times. Pizzas were very very good. Love there pizza. Plates had water spots or ??? Third string working afternoon hours probably. If the pizza wasn't so good, I'd be looking else where. read more

I ordered online spent 50 dollars to receive my order incorrect. I choose delivery because I don't have transportation to pick up the order. I call to get a new pizza delivered or a refund and apparently the Manager Lauren couldn't do either of thoses options. She refused to refund the order only offered to remake pizza with out delivery meaning I would have to walk in the cold to pick it up. You think as a manager the smart choice would be to eat the cost for delivery, which they are more than capable of doing. I am highly unsatisfied the worst customer services from such an establishment. According to Lauren her GM don't allow remakes with delivery... seriously not a good way to keep ur customers. I will be filing a corporate complaint. read more

First time at the new location and was not impressed. When the young lady making pizza's actually took her cellphone out of her pocket to read a text message, she did not change her gloves before finishing the order ahead of us. I did ask her to please change her gloves since she answered her cellphone and was still using the same contaminant gloves. She was a little annoyed that I asked for fresh gloves. This location just opened so I strongly advise that a strict no cellphone policy during working hours be addressed and better safety hygiene habits be addressed. I did not see anyone cleaning tables either. Customers were having to wipe down tables and chairs with dry napkins. Luckily I always carry Clorox wipes with me. Lots to address before we make it another visit back. read more

Happened in this place sort of by accident. Oh my! My pizza dream has come true. Thin crust with your imagination of toppings priced by size! I want to love this location because it is right by my house, and I love MOD! I am also not one to write reviews on things. However, after 3 times of going there I have yet to have a good experience. Every single time my pizza has been messed up, the first time they burnt it so bad they had to recook it. The whole place smelled terrible after that. This time my pizza was not cooked enough and the dough was soggy in the middle. I also felt extremely uncomfortable in the line the entire time and couldn't wait to get out of there. I know they were trying to be friendly, but there is a line between being friendly and trying to flirt. I felt like they crossed the line with both of the girls in front of me in line and with me and my friend. I was very uncomfortable with the whole situation. They asked what I wanted so many times I started getting confused. And when my friend told the second guy what she wanted he didn't even know what came on that pizza and asked her and then went and got a menu to look it up. The staff has been aggressively over attentive or extremely under attentive, but overall seem to not understand their actual job description. It seems more like a group of friends hanging out then people I trust to make my dinner. I will spend the extra 10 min drive to go to the other location from now on. read more
