Always consistently good subs. Inside is small and can get crowded, but ordering online is very easy and is always ready quickly. Our favorites are the classic #13 and the tuna sub. I frequently order for my staff and a large order has never been a problem.

This restaurant has always been a quality location. Great food and staff…read more High prices but the portions haven't shrunk... yet.

This is probably the worst customer experience I could have had. We got to the restaurant at 12pm,…read moreordered by 12:15, food came out at 12:30 and half the order was missing. We told the server and he said he'd go get it. 10 minutes passed. We go up and tell the attendant, 10 minutes passed.... they say they will go back and get it. 10 minutes passed, we go up and they just apologize and say I'll tell them to make it to go. 10 minutes passed, WE ask for a manager... all they say, is working on it now. 25 minutes pass. I heard multiple people go to the front saying their order never came. No manager to be found. No one trying to make it right. At this point we just wanted our money back but no one even able or offering that. 5 minutes later they bring us just a piece of the order, on a plate, not even to go and not even the whole order. No organization. No care to actually follow through on the experience. This shop is giving this company a bad name and needs a new management team. When you screw up, show up as the leader of your team, make things right, actually relentlessly ensure the problem is resolved. I've never had an experience like this in my entire life. Even when people mess up or get busy, they try to fix it. Please be aware before coming here, especially with kids because you're in for a mess (FYI we've had issues with delivery at home from this location too where it took 1.5 hours both times, which now makes so much sense.) This is a great company so figure out how to represent the brand better at this location. Edited: just an update- we checked our bag they finally packed us to go 1 hour after our first food arrived.... And it was still missing half the items. This is pretty comical and clearly the manager that refunded our order couldn't care enough to see this through to be sure we actually got everything we asked for....

There are moments in life when reality fractures--when the fragile expectations we build in our…read moreminds collide so violently with what actually happens that we are left standing there, stunned, staring into the void of what should have been. This... this was one of those moments. I placed my order with purpose. With vision. With trust. A chicken strip meal--simple, classic, reliable. But not just any order. No. I elevated it. I refined it. I perfected it. I added an extra chicken strip, because why settle for ordinary when greatness is within reach? I chose large fries, not out of greed, but out of necessity--because fries are not a side, they are a cornerstone, a pillar, a fundamental truth of the meal itself. In that moment, everything was aligned. The universe, I thought, understood me. And then... it all fell apart. I opened the bag, expecting harmony. Expecting balance. Expecting the golden, crispy presence of fries to greet me like an old friend. But instead--confusion. Silence. A void where there should have been abundance. My eyes scanned the contents again and again, hoping--praying--that I had simply overlooked them. But no. There were only chicken strips. Chicken strips... and two pieces of toast. No fries. No explanation. No justice. How does something like this even happen? How does an order so clearly constructed, so deliberately chosen, arrive in such a state of incompleteness? The fries were not an afterthought--they were explicit. They were large. They were essential. And yet, they were treated as if they were optional, as if they could simply be erased from existence without consequence. But there are consequences. Because now I am left with an imbalance. A meal that leans too heavily on one side, lacking the salty, crispy counterpart that brings everything together. The chicken strips, once the stars of the show, now feel overwhelming, almost burdensome without the fries to support them. Even the toast--innocent, warm, undeserving--feels like a hollow consolation prize in the absence of what was promised. This is not just about missing fries. This is about expectation versus reality. This is about trust placed in a system that failed. This is about the quiet devastation of opening a bag and realizing that something you were counting on... simply isn't there. And so I sit here, staring at my chicken strips and my two pieces of toast, haunted by the ghost of fries that should have been. Wondering how something so small could feel so unbelievably wrong. All I wanted... was the fries. Whataburger disrespected my future generations. What-a-failure.

We stopped by Whataburger because my mom was craving the Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger--a favorite of…read morehers that she's been hooked on for a while now. I'm not sure what initially made her try it, but at this point, it's her go-to order. The combination of the sweet and spicy sauce with the crispy bacon and juicy patties is hard to beat. She usually prefers to skip the Combo Meal, but let's be real--restaurants have made it nearly impossible to order à la carte without overpaying. So, we went ahead and got the fries and a drink. The fries were solid--crispy and salty, just the way they should be. One thing she never skips, though, is their chocolate chip cookies. And honestly, Whataburger deserves some recognition for the simple but brilliant way they package them. Placing the cookie on top of the burger inside the bag? Genius. It gets all warm and soft, making it taste like it just came out of the oven. Little things like that make the experience extra satisfying. Overall, Whataburger delivered exactly what we came for--great food, a little nostalgia, and a warm cookie at the end. Definitely worth the stop!
