This is probably the worst customer experience I could have had. We got to the restaurant at 12pm, ordered by 12:15, food came out at 12:30 and half the order was missing. We told the server and he said he'd go get it. 10 minutes passed. We go up and tell the attendant, 10 minutes passed.... they say they will go back and get it. 10 minutes passed, we go up and they just apologize and say I'll tell them to make it to go. 10 minutes passed, WE ask for a manager... all they say, is working on it now. 25 minutes pass. I heard multiple people go to the front saying their order never came. No manager to be found. No one trying to make it right. At this point we just wanted our money back but no one even able or offering that. 5 minutes later they bring us just a piece of the order, on a plate, not even to go and not even the whole order. No organization. No care to actually follow through on the experience. This shop is giving this company a bad name and needs a new management team. When you screw up, show up as the leader of your team, make things right, actually relentlessly ensure the problem is resolved. I've never had an experience like this in my entire life. Even when people mess up or get busy, they try to fix it. Please be aware before coming here, especially with kids because you're in for a mess (FYI we've had issues with delivery at home from this location too where it took 1.5 hours both times, which now makes so much sense.) This is a great company so figure out how to represent the brand better at this location. Edited: just an update- we checked our bag they finally packed us to go 1 hour after our first food arrived.... And it was still missing half the items. This is pretty comical and clearly the manager that refunded our order couldn't care enough to see this through to be sure we actually got everything we asked for.... read more

Last week I dined in and couldn't find a clean table to sit at. There were 2 tables with people sitting at them and no line. The restaurant was not busy and yet all of the tables had food on them and in the chairs. Today on the way out of town so though I would run make an online order on the way out of town. Drinks were messed up and it took way too long to correct the issue. We waited longe rode the correct drinks than we did for the food order. Then, there was a PLU grocery sticker in my avocado. Gross! The quality and care of the this location needs attention. In addition, when making an online order the tip amount is preselected to 15%. A 15% tip for driving through the drive through to pick up my online order. The service is not good! read more

Not sure why such a low review rating - we went here Sat 3/14/26. Staff were so helpful it was our 1st time here. Restraunt was spotless clean, staff happy to be there and extremely welcoming. Food was ready fast & they brought it to our table. Food; the tacos ARE delicious! Generous sized tacos I ordered 2 and couldn't finish the 2nd taco. My husband order 2 also he LOVED them. We will definitely come back more frequently now that we've been introduced to quality food (NOT FAST FOOD CRAP). Interior is fun, decor is well presented like stepping into another parallel universe lol very cool! Great for all ages. Kids would DEFINITELY love this place! My partner and I ordered 2 tacos and a small queso on the app with a scheduled pick up time of 1:17pm. We got to the store at 1:12pm in order to check in early in hopes of our food to be ready at the estimated time for pickup. Around 3 minutes after the scheduled pick up time we were checked in on and told the kitchen had the order and was working on it. That was the one and only time we were checked in on during the 40 minutes it took for us to receive our food. The store was busy and we were not the only customers left waiting for over half an hour for our food. After waiting 35 minutes I walked over to an employee and asked about our order and mentioned how long we had been waiting for our food. In the 40 minutes we waited for our food, we watched multiple customers come in, order food, sit down, eat, and leave before we got our food that we ordered ahead of time. read more

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I'm so disappointed in the taco of the month. I was excited to try because I've had previous bad experiences with torchy's. They pineapple was just thrown on the taco it didn't look like the picture and the tortillas were so soggy the masa was getting stuck to my finger. Placed an order to be ready for pick up. Waited for over 30 minutes after order was said to be ready for pick up before any staff gave an explanations as to the delay to my order. Was told they had messed up part of the order and had to start again. Waited in total 50 minutes after order was originally said to be ready for pick up. Roughly 15/20 orders were made after I arrived and order completed before my order was ready. Nothing offered from staff while I waited. Will not be back. I love how their never busy and always late on my order. And takes 5 min for someone to finally even ask me if im here for pickup or needed anything. Instead they just talk to each other the whole time. They have messed up my order several times in a row as well and just rudely apologize as if i was the problem. Ive worked in the restaurant industry and your job isnt that hard to just do it right, do it in a timely manner, and have some decent respect and attitude. The drive thru and pick up always takes FOREVER!!! I suggest that you go back to having people wait in parking spots if the order is taking 10+ minutes. This was an awesome eating experience. The carne asada and carnitas tacos were tasty, and you cannot go wrong with the avocado crema! The Hillbilly Cheese Dip was a great appetizer, and the chips were light and fresh. The customer service was refreshing-that is to say everyone was very pleasant. The location was nice and clean, and there is ample parking. The place was bustling with customers, but the overall atmosphere was calm. I would recommend this location for a visit. read more

Came to get a Togo order. No one acknowledged me when I was trying to place my order. I went from the bar to the front. Still no acknowledgment. Employees standing around talking amongst each other. The restaurant is not crowded. Once I placed my order they told me they might or might not be out of margaritas and I said well are you or are you not? I ordered a breakfast burrito but instead I received an overwhelmingly stuffed bean burrito with eggs and bacon I had to try and find somewhere in my burrito. The flavors were fine but breakfast burritos should predominantly be eggs and meat and a small amount of beans. The democrat taco was a pile of mush the meat was cold and soaked in some kind of oil making it a pile of slop. the corn tortilla was so soggy as if the meat had been sitting in it for 2 hours and you could tell it was on purpose because the foil wrap was so crushed up it looks like they picked it out of a trash can. I left it on the table and took my other taco because I was out of time. Yuck. Don't ask them to fix their mistakes they will mess with your food and give you back trash. This place had the best shrimp tacos in 2024. Now they're terrible. The shrimp aren't fried correctly and the slaw is awful. The tortillas don't hold up because the filling is so greasy. The queso used to be wonderful but now it has a strange aftertaste. I hope the last 2 times were an off day. I'll give them one more try, but if it doesn't improve to the way and quality as it was before, it'll be our last time. read more

Real sloppy service this morning, after the morning rush when there was only one or two other customers in sight. Two out of two orders were wrong, so that's unimpressive. They were apparently out of an important ingredient, but failed to tell us, so when we went back in, "Trey" shrugged his shoulders and couldn't care less that they had two dissatisfied customers. I've always been a fan of Torchy's Tacos, but this location has been slipping. I probably won't be back anytime soon. Yes, I dislike when I am asked for the tip before the service is completed, from now on I will not tip until I am done eating and will bring cash. I ordered the Democrat tacos, the tortillas were not only cold but they were rubbery which indicates they were microwaved. Microwaving tortillas should be a crime anywhere in the world. I let the waitress know and it took forever for them to reheat the tortilla. I had to get up and look for someone to give me an update. It seems like they had forgotten my order because it came back cold again. Not only I had to interrupt my meal because of something unpleasant, the promise of making it better was not delivered.
