My mother in law's Cozumel Chicken Salad looked really pretty. I didn't take a bite though because that would've been weird. I like Gringo's and would come back to this location. We had good service and the restaurant was clean and well kept. I love that they offer red and green salsa, although their chips are a little thicker than I like. I wanted to order 2 margaritas to go. They informed me that I am required to buy food as well. Okay? Weird rule but whatever. So I ordered a large queso and chips, so I could get my margs. I got home and they gave me a whole bunch of queso but the smallest bag of chips. Literally 10 chips! I ate them with as much queso would fit on each chip, and it didn't even put a dent in my food, which was expected! So I went back and told them that the chip to queso ratio was way off and I needed more chips for the queso I was forced to buy and guess what.... They told me it was $2 more for another tiny bag of chips???????? That still wouldn't be sufficient for a large queso. Never going back! especially not for to go read more
