Food was great. Being from Austin, Texas (home of the original) it's hard not to compare. But they met expectations and then some. The restaurant was clean and set up well. But the stand out was Hannah. She greeted us, was patient with us, answering all questions. Took our orders, Working the counter, delivering food to the tables, cleaning the tables and chairs, speaking to everyone. Give her a raise and make her a trainer. I would like to say how thankful and appreciative I was when my son asked for a pizza, we were close by and I decided to go by schlotzsky's since he likes their pizzas, and not even thinking we drive up there and when I get to the door I realize it's 8pm and they close at 8 I wasn't going to open the door but the sweet lady at the register her name was ( Elena ) she was waving me down to come in! I was like are you sure i'm so sorry! She was like it's okay! I told them what my son wanted right away so they didn't have to stay any longer, and the cook ( Carlos ) didn't get upset or anything he was smiling and made my sons food fresh and hot! They were extremely nice to us and Carlos even handed me some soup he didn't want to throw out, it was very thoughtful and kind. I'm glad Schlotzsky's has amazing employees like Elena and Carlos! This is the cleanest Schlotzsky's I've ever been to. Everyone is always in a good mood, the food is always fresh and everything is prepared exactly as it should be. I go out of my way to go to this one. The service is top notch. I like that it's right off of 45 so it's convenient to grab a quick bite when I'm in a hurry. read more

Just popped in after months of not visiting and found a few changes. Not good experience. Firstly the girl at the counter got my order wrong and sold us a medium and not giant size. Then they sold us 2 French onion soups and it had no onions. They sent someone to the table to offer chips or cookies but it was too late. Schlotzsky's just lost a longtime customer. read more

I got the Original and as usual it was kick my grandma good! I love the jalapeno chips! The reason I am writing a review today is because of the excellent customer service and the cleanliness of the store. I was helped by Mia and she went out of her way to make me feel welcomed and valued as a customer! I go to certain restaurants that I know has good iced tea. Schlotzsky's is one of them. I went today at 6:30 PM and AFTER paying for an extra large drink discovered they were out of tea. When I asked them, they said "it's past the time for tea". How hard would it had been to make more tea? It's not like it was any where close to closing time. Just laziness read more

We frequent here often, and some locations are better than others. This location is one of the better ones. I went to lunch here w/my mom and sister last week and again today. The girl taking our order was sweet and kept a smile on her face. She gave me a recommendation when I asked her what soup I should get. I ordered the pick 2 which is a 1/2 sandwich and a cup of soup. This was the first time I'd ever ordered soup there, and it was very hot and tasty. The smoked turkey breast sandwich was good and a 1/2 size w/soup was plenty to fill me up! The restaurant and restroom was clean, and I always appreciate that! This was exactly what you'd expect from a Schlotzsky's. We'll be back again for lunch and take out for sure! read more

I've been going to Schlotzky's since they ran the first one in Houston in the early 70s. I'm hooked on The Original. In fact, it's the only sandwich on their menu that I have ever tried because if I'm at Schlotzky's, I just can't miss the oppotunity for another Original. read more

People here were friendly and nice. Chips were good. Sandwich was not worth the money spent in my opinion. Very little turkey and guacamole on a sandwich that is named "turkey and guacamole". I seriously thought there was no turkey and guacamole until I pulled the bread apart and found two pieces of turkey and a thin spread of guacamole. Schlotzkys is one of my favoritest food places. However, this location let me down. The bread tasted somehow off just a bit and there was more lettuce than anything else on the originals . The olives were definitely put on sparingly. I think I saw one. Everyone was extremely nice, the service was great and the place was clean. Unfortunately the food just didn't live up to what I've got in Euless or Wichita Falls. read more

Sandwich mayo tasted like perfume and asked for another sandwich to be made and young male manger looked at the sandwich and said it looks ok. Didn't taste it. Only one bite missing off if sandwich. I love Schlotzskys but I'm going to have to give up on this location. I kept hoping the unbearably soggy lettuce was just a single or two time occurrence but it's EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Which, in turn, makes the bread soggy and gross. Conroe Schlotzskys needs to go visit the Willis location and learn how to prep their ingredients. read more
