Most inefficient and slow drive thru I've ever seen in my life. Get ready to wait 15+ minutes. Not coming back

Got the nacho box and all of the chips were very stale. I threw it out, let the staff know and she said "thank you" really you should offer something else, money back or at least an apology just for good customer service. Waste of time and money! read more

Normal quality taco bell. Service was normal for fast food. Location is clean and condiments were stocked. Easy parking and plenty of room to get in and out if you are pulling a trailer which is why I frequent this location often. However, the main road tends to be busy and can take a couple minutes to pull out. read more

Worst Taco Bell we've ever been to. Food was freezing cold. They put refried beans on our stuff, instead of the black beans, and even SKIPPED the beans on half of our order. The food looks slapped together by a drunk baby (even giving us food that looks like it came from a diaper). I could go on & on, but you get the drift. This Taco Bell is DISGUSTING. I went there at 11:45 and they close at midnight all lights were off. Apparently they called it a day. Poor management I guess. We are usually not review writers, but we just had a very bad experience at a place we go to regularly. We went through the drive through and part of our order was a crunch wrap meal, and we asked for a lemonade to go with it. Then the employee very rudely corrected us saying we wanted a "number 9" not a "crunch wrap meal." Then when we pulled up to the window both the lady taking the orders, and the cashier guy, were talking about cussing people out. Saying they both cussed their managers out on a regular occasion and we're going to do it again, and saying the next person to irritate them was getting cussed out too. We come to this Taco Bell very often and that was by far the worst service I have ever seen. They got our order right, but their attitudes and language and negative energy ruined the service and our moods. They kept the drive through window open the whole time we were waiting and we could even hear the lady taking the orders being rude to the customers behind us. Very bad customer service. read more

My daughters ages 18 and 14 both ate a quesarito from this store on 12/23/17 at approx. 3:30 PM and both began vomiting at 12:30 AM 12/24/17. Every 10 to 15 minutes for several hours. It is now 10:34 AM and they are both still vomiting but it has slowed to every hour now. This was the one thing that they both ate yesterday. My sister in law also ate but not the quesarito and she is not sick. I believe it may be the chipotle sauce or rice which was the only common denominator that was not in the food that my sister in law ate. read more

The service at this particular location is generally questionable, however last nights drive through service was the worst I've ever seen. Out of a 10 item order they managed to get 10 out of 10 wrong. The man running the cashier window could not operate the register or communicate with his coworkers. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect a miracle going to Taco Bell at 10:30 but at least minimum competency. For now I'll give up on this location until the next batch of hires happens. read more

Have visited this location many times and was usually pleased because manager/cashier, a veteran, was very clean and watched over operations. Unfortunately, the veteran manager was off for the night and another cashier, a scraggly 50's white guy, was on duty. I drove up to the restaurant and saw said employee outside smoking and wiping his face. Nothing unusual about that except that he didn't follow proper hygiene when re-entering the restaurant. All food workers are required to immediately wash their hands after breaks and during operations to prevent foodborne illness especially critical during COVID-19. As I approached the counter, this employee re-entered the building via another side door and immediately walked to the register without washing his hands. Extrapolation was that he had to walk out the door for his break and touched the door handle where everyone else before him also touched that same door handle; then he touched everything in-between while on break including body parts, the building, cigarette package, lighter, and trash can. He also likely visited the bathroom on his break and was handling money throughout the day. When he re-entered the building, he again touched the door handle used by everyone else before him. Now he was going to take my order, probably carry the order to my table, or be in the vicinity of breathing on my order, which would transfer all of those collective germs to my food and/or table. He also restocked the sauce packets and napkins when refilling the supply counter, which means I would be contaminated and all respective germs transferred to my food when handling said packets to pour sauce on my tacos. I was shocked at the guy's indifference and asked him if he was going to wash his hands. He looked at me like I was crazy, but left to supposedly wash his hands (??). Needless to say, I left the restaurant. Food workers must be clean and be respectful of potentially lethal germs that are now killing people. WASH YOUR HANDS! read more

Please just shut this place down. The food is horrible, disgusting, rotten, 10 day old nastiness. If only there was a way to get to someone above the general manager, cause honestly that guy doesn't give a rats ass who he poisons. Literally serving food poison. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I got Taco Bell yesterday a steak enchilada and a hard taco. I woke up at 4am the next morning throwing up. I threw up 16 times and when I went to the dr it was diagnosed as food poisoning. I will NEVER eat here again and I suggest no one else unless you want to spend your day throwing up every 15 minuets even the water you drink. When I called the Taco Bell in willis they told me to come fill out a report then hung up on me. The only reason why I put 1 star was because it said I had to if I wanted this posted. Exceptionally clean, friendly, efficient Taco Bell with top notch service! My family stopped for lunch at this Taco Bell, on our way to Huntsville State Park. This team obviously takes pride in providing the BEST Taco Bell experience possible. A delightful young lady named Amanda greeted us and took our order, which was completed quickly and handed to us cheerfully by a young man named Brad. Amanda then checked to make sure we had everything we needed. While we were eating, we noticed that anytime there was not a customer at the counter, Amanda was cleaning the counter, the tables and seats in the dining room, checking and replenishing the condiment and drink stations, checking on the satisfaction of guests, and then was back at the counter to serve the next guests as soon as they arrived. Our food was the best Taco Bell food can be, and looked just like the pictures. While we were there, an elderly woman placed her order and then sat down at a table. When her order was ready, Amanda graciously took it to her at her table, and made sure she had everything she needed. The entire team worked efficiently and cooperatively. All wore hairnets and gloves, and the folks on the line maintained meticulously clean stations. This was definitely the BEST Taco Bell we have ever visited. read more

Sat the window for 20 minutes before I even got the food, my ice was melted in my cup by the time I got home. Not to mention that my order was messed up.. And I paid extra for certain things.
