Absolute horrible staff, horrible management. I show up to pick up a DoorDash order and they lied that "another driver" picked up my customers order so they wouldn't have to make it 3 minutes before they closed. The order should have been made and should have been waiting for me to pick it up. There's a reason this wendy's has a high horrible review rate.! It's pathetic and lazy for what they do here. The lady that takes the orders over the speaker doesn't and can't even speak English.! I called the customer and the customer stated that she didn't receive her order and did not have another driver delivering her order to her! read more

Wendy's is called Wendy's because Wen dese Yelpers with awful taste give this place more than 2 stars it's a crime. This Wendy's is way north, about 10 miles north of Conroe off the west side of I-45 at a Pilot or a Love's - I forget which. We ate here when heading out to Dallas earlier in the year and the salads are really crap and I can't believe anyone would pay that much for them - and they feel like they've been in the freezer for a month. When I first came in the guy at the register was texting on his phone which is the nastiest thing you can do when your handling food. Most phones are filthier than toilets and I know has been used in a toilet and now he's handling his phone and ppls food . Out of the 4 people working, all of them was handling food, but ONLY 1 was wearing gloves. I will NEVER return to this Wendy's again. read more

We routinely stop here on our way to our lake house. Every 2019 stop has been terrible. Here's advice, if you choose to stop here: Check your bags before you pull away. Taste your pop. Coke Zero is usually served flat with no ice. Ask for ketchup and napkins. Otherwise, you don't get any. Ask for salt on your fries. Otherwise, nada. If you don't specify that you just want a standard meal, they will give you a large. And charge for it. They might also give you bacon you didn't ask for and, you guessed it, charge for it! Don't except the fresh produce items (lettuce and tomatoes) on your sandwich. Last but not least, the screen to confirm your order doesn't work but you also won't get a paper receipt. Good luck!!! I used to love Wendy's, but this location has made me not want to ever go there again. Whoever runs this place is a horrible manager. The last 6 or 7 times that I have gone here, with exception of maybe once, they have made mistakes and usually multiple in one order. This time I ordered the apple pecan chicken salad and some of the lettuce was black, the apples were very large chuncks, and there was no one single piece of blue cheese. Ummm wtf That is a main ingredient. I called and the woman didn't want to hear what I had to say when I brought up the management so she told me "ok have a nice day". Orders are always wrong and their employees are slow. I had 2 guys walk up and have to get their order corrected while waiting on mine. The kid taking my order spoke at an inaudible level and I kept having to ask what he said. He over charged me and when I told him I didn't order that many combos he said "well that's what I charged you for". If I could give no star I would! Pass this place up it's awful horrid and absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen in my entire 37 year! The manager is a joke!!!
