The food is just like all other Chick-fil-A's out there. The ambience isn't bad either. It's just the service that ruins this location. People taking your order seem to have either zero cares about what you're actually ordering or they're wearing headphones. I can't tell, but just check your order if you drive thru. Otherwise you'll be disappointed when you get home. Like literally got the exact opposite of my order. The order is the most pivotal part of their business. If there was a restaurant that's co-name was "Perfection" It would be Chick-Fil-A. The Chick-N-Minis are absolutely delectable and the Chicken Sandwhich is delicious. The service is always amazing getting your order right every time and not forgetting anything. (which is very rare nowadays) Finally, if you walk into one of these places you'll feel at home. The lighting and clean tables will give you a safe space for anything and sauces are a must try too! read more

Today was my first time ever to walk into Chick-Fil-A...or at least this one. I actually used the app to place my order even though I was dining in. I wanted to cheat the system and bypass the line. I placed my order, walked in only to discover there was not a line. In the comments on the app I said I would be dining in and that the order was not a carry out. They still packed it for carry out. Whatever. No big deal. I told them it was for dine-in and they quickly put everything on a tray for me. I like the fact that I can get a meal but for $1.10 more add soup instead of waffle fries. I'm trying to eat less fried stuff so I ordered a grilled sandwich with soup. It was really good. The restrooms were spotless. I appreciate clean restrooms. My general rule of thumb is that if the restroom is clean, I can also be pretty sure the kitchen is clean. Technically, I guess I should say the restroom (singular) was clean since I did not visit the women's restroom. Anyway, kudos to them for having clean restrooms and a flower on the vanity. They do have a really cool table in the middle of this restaurant if you have a large group. I love the plaque that is on the table talking about how it was made (see my photo). I only wish that table was further away from the kids play area. My kids are in college and I don't have grandkids so I typically sit as far away as possible from the germ farm that is called a play area. No, I don't hate kids. I just simply don't want to listen to yours scream and play while I'm eating. Typically, I'll sit as far away as possible from the play area and enjoy some peace and quiet. Today, however, I decided to sit at the nice table in the center because it sits higher than a normal table. Bottom line: The food is what you would expect from CFA. I'd like to first say that the food at this location was good! The chicken noodle soup was delish, one of the best Chick-Fil-A soups I've had as well as the fries and sandwich being fresh and piping hot! However, the packaging for my to-go was really the downfall of my experience. I understand long wait times mean orders will be rushed to keep the flow going, but forgetting napkins and a spoon for an order with soup is inexcusable. The bowl of soup was also not shut right, basically spilling everywhere in the bag before I could even have a taste. Overall it's a 4/5 as the food ( the main reason in coming here was good! ) and negatives of my experience were most likely just silly mistakes. I always get the kids menu option of chicken nuggets, fries, drink and if I return the toy, I can get an ice cream cone Who can ask for better than that? I love all CFA stands for and will continue to patronize them as long as I possibly can..Clean restaurant, courteous Staff, clean restroom and exterior. Speaking of exterior.. This place is always craziness busy. They have all that figured out by having staff outside on the two or three lines taking orders and payment too. The chicken never tastes quite as good and there have been times I threw it away for being very undercooked! It's a crying shame, Chick-fil-A used to have the best drive thru service of all. Unfortunately, this location seems to be slipping badly. I went there yesterday, 7-22-22, and ordered a 12 nugget combo, 12 grilled nuggets , ala carte and 2 southwest salads. The girl at the window assured me that the order was correct. They are always busy , so I took my order and drove off. Got home with one salad. How is it possible to miss an item that large? It's a big salad, too large to not include in the oversized bag . This, sadly, is not my first disappointment with this particular location. It has become routine to have items missing in our orders. It is a function of poor planning and management, I guess. This restaurant is far too busy to accommodate all the would be diners. We routinely drive past because it is too packed. All that traffic in a compressed area, they even do a third Drive thru lane during peak hours. They need a better location and more quality workers. I wish this place could be better. This location is always clean. The staff is super friendly. I have been an unsweetened Ice Tea drinker for years, and this has been my go to place for the freshest Tea. I've been a couple times now and the food has always been good. Occasionally the fries are cold and the lines get jumbled up but overall it's a good experience. I always get grilled chicken nuggets for my pup and typically a grilled chicken sandwich with pepper jack on it. I don't venture to far out in their menu. If I could give no Star, I would. I place an order online 7 days ago for my daughters party. I selected the delivery option, entered my address, placed the order. The morning that the order was set to be delivered, I receive a call that they cannot deliver the order due to it being a residential address. No where when ordering was it noted that delivery is for commercial/business addresses. Now the day of my party.... with 3 hours notice, I have no order. Unacceptable!
