I would give 0 stars if I could. Went through the drive thru and sat for 35 minutes & when we got to the window and they told us they didn't have our food and the system was down. Told us they couldn't take our order or process our cards. We offered to pay cash & they said they couldn't take that. When we ask about the remaining people in line they told us they were getting their food "promoed" aka FREE. Absolutely the most AWFUL customer service I've ever seen. Didn't offer us any sort of option other than leaving. Truthfully I am baffled at the customer service. read more

Ordered from door dash left meal out I bag offered to stop by and pick up missing Item but Heidi acting manager refused because I ordered from a 3rd party. Extremely frustrating since order is sealed at the chick-fil-a location. Door dash will refund the item but not the delivery, tip and fees. Holy moly, Chick fil A is good about keeping the drive through line open, but this location was unreal!! They THREE LINES, there were about 12 cars when we pulled up and we ordered, paid and got our food in less than 10 min!! This chick fil a tastes good a vast majority of the time, but they are so incredibly busy any time I drive past them that I would basically never go there. We need another Chick-fil-A in Conroe because the three drive through lines at this one is way too much for me to want to deal with. Great food, fast service, and plenty of locations across town. I get the same thing every time a number 5 - 12 pack, 1/2 diet lemonade 1/2 unsweet tea. There have only been a couple occasions when the fries were soggy or the chicken wasn't crispy enough, but the vast majority of my lunch visits are very satisfying!! One of the best recent upgrades to this chain is finally getting dippable ketchup. It took them long enough, but I am so glad for it. The management in Chick-Fil-A is always top notch. I have yet to visit one that doesn't run well. They are on top of their customer service even during the most slammed lunch hours. The corporate policies they have implemented through the years really show in the success of each restaurant. I don't eat the fake food at Mcdonald's, BK, or most of the other nasty fast food chains. I guess I just don't get that sinking feeling that I am being slowly conned out of my health at Chick-fil-A, at least not yet anyway. I agree that the Sunday policy is sort of wacky, but I don't see it stopping people from patronizing CFA's doorstep the rest of the week. If it keeps their employees happy that is all that matters. My son thinks it's a treat to go out on a school night and get dinner. He is a picky eater but likes to come here. My wife and I do our best to avoid fast food ourselves when we can but we caved and took him last night. I got the buffalo spicy chicken sandwich and it wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese. It was just barely warm enough to eat. I suffered through it because I didn't want to delay our family dinner but think next time I will just eat at home after my boy gets his nugget fix. read more

Chick-Fil-A, how I always crave you on Sundays when you are closed! I used to go to this Chick-Fil-A religiously. I would go after swimming practice, before school, after school, on week-ends-except-on-Sundays, on week-days... The staff began to know me after several visits, and they knew what I wanted. They even gave me free French fries, nuggets, drinks, and other assortments of Chick-Fil-A goodness. One time, I got a free Ice Cream Sundae. That was awesome. I've seen the Costume Cow out-and-about in front of the restaurant. My team had some memorable times and a lot of fun hanging out with the Cow trying to advertise for the restaurant to drivers on 105. Great memories. Good food, fast, friendly service. read more

Service and food not bad but only 2 stars because in the morning when busy 4-7 booths are taken by single employees on break or eating breakfast. Paying customers have no place to sit because of inconsiderate employees. I go in with 3 kids under 7 who want to stay and play but was forced to leave because of the single employees taking up a full booth for themselves. They need a break room or someone to tell them they aren't royalty and can sit with each other. This is a great chick-fil-a! Is updated, clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh and well seasoned. When you dine in, there is always a server that comes to the table and asks if you need any refills. There is a guy that is constantly cleaning, sweeping, if he sees you carrying your tray to the trash he will offer to take it from you and throw it away. Very polite!! The parking lot is already a mess and they mess it up more with the people walking along taking orders in the drive thru. They cause large gaps in the front of the line and the back ends up blocking other cars. I absolutely hate going there because it is entirely too busy and disorganized. The lines for ordering are undefined, people who come get in a line and wait their turn get cut by new cashiers asking to help someone else. When you wait for your food its cluttered. There needs to be a dedicated food pickup area and order line. I like the food but it isn't worth the trouble. read more

Food is always good here. Employees are always so polite and courteous. Manager is a super nice guy.

In the area for work and decided to come to Chick-fil-A. It was a weekday lunchtime and the place was absolutely packed. There were easily more than a dozen cars in the drive-thru and 3/4 of the inside was filled. I feel like the staffing was perfect with the right amount of people to make sure everything went quickly. I felt for the amount of customers, we didn't have to wait very long at all, maybe 5 minutes. The staff were really friendly and came by to take our trash, fill our drinks, and offered us mints. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and they had little flowers in a vase at each table. The experience exceeded my expectations of a Chick-fil-A which is already far and above the expectations I have for other fast food restaurants. I will be coming back here next time I am in the area. I love Chick-fil-a and this location serves up great food. My only issue is that it gets very crowded! If you go during rush hours they will have this outdoor order system set-up for the drive through. When I first saw it I thought it was clever but was worried it was not going to work. They have one person walk over to take the order, another to run your debt card and then you pick up on the other side of the building. Well, I tried it and I was right... it was not effective. They got my order wrong and even after I had them correct it, it still was wrong... Well, I won't go there during rush hour again. read more

Me my 8 yr old little brother and my grandparents came here for lunch on a Thursday. As we ordered the cashier sat there and laughed at us and was quite condescending and rude on top of this they completely got our order wrong. From our table as I'm writing this I can see her acting the same way to other customers as they try to order. Very disappointing. Every time I come to this Chick-Fil-A there is always a long line. But also, every time I come, the line is moves very fast! I was on my lunch break and had to run to Wells Fargo which is nearby, and decided to stop here to grab a bite to eat before I headed back to work. From the time it took to order my food and to pick it up was around 8 minutes. Mind you, this was at noon on a Monday, I think they did a fantastic job. Each person was very kind and directed me accordingly. They had a person who stood in the beginning of the drive-thru line to direct vehicles according to how they were paying. A second worker took my order, another took my payment and told me when to fall back in line and then the lady at the window handed me my food. For there to be so many parts, Chick-Fil-A ran like a well oiled machine. I ordered a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich meal, a lemonade, and two cookies. My sandwich was hot, fresh, and crispy. My lemonade was tasty, and it wasn't watered down like I've had at other places. My waffle fries were fresh and the cookies were hot and perfect. All in all, my experience couldn't have been any better. read more

The food is standard chick fil a. I haven't been inside in awhile, but hopefully the remodel helped a little. The managers don't walk around like in several others, it would be nice if they did. The employees don't service the tables as much as at some other locations either. The number of tables was? Is? Kind of smaller for the traffic that flows in. Now there are two drive thru lanes but it seems to be causing confusion as to where the lane is supposed to start. That's all on the customers though. Read the signs people! This Chick-fil-A has 2 lanes built in. For some reason this evening they chose to make a third lane. Chaos reigns. I sat in line (blocked in) for 30 minutes waiting to get to the window. It took almost 15 to get an order taker to come to my car. The baby in my car start screaming at 20 mins. Never again will I go through the drive thru at this location. We are big Chik Fil A fans but we will NEVER come to this location again. We have been stuck in the drive through line for over 20 minutes now. They have a 3rd lane open, thus locking us in or we would leave. They are letting cars go that ordered after us. Basically appears that no one knows what they are doing. It's 7:30 on a Thursday night. We have a hungry one year old in the car. No restaurant is worth 30 minutes in a drive through. Chick-Fil-A is known for its yummy chicken and amazing customer service. This location did not disappoint! We stopped in for a quick bite to eat on the way to Dallas! My family ordered two grilled chicken wraps (my husband said it needed salad dressing - but of course you can choose any of their salad dressings or dipping sauces)! My son had the grilled chicken sandwich with a side salad and I had a side salad with the Apple Cider Vinaigrette dressing, coleslaw and four grilled chicken nuggets. It was all fresh and delicious. Her server was very friendly and helpful, the manager came by and checked on us and two employees rushed over to clean up a mess when we inadvertently dropped a salad bowl while trying to throw it away. They were so understanding! Bathrooms were clean and so was the restaurant. Winner, winner - chicken dinner!! read more
