I can not believe I'm actually going online and complaining about Chic- Fil-A esp considering monthly I use "their" customer service in my training with my job. However, the Conroe Chic-Fil-A is the exception to the rule I went last week and they had 3 lanes open (busy I get it) obviously so busy I was slightly disappointed to be treated like another number. Got to first person she couldn't run the iPad, new ok get it, added 2 extra drinks and 2 applesauces (didn't know). Went to second guy and paid thinking it was high but Chic-Fil-A is, LONGEST lines and screaming babies in the back finally make it to window, she starts handing me my 2 extra applesauce (order 1), and 2 extra sodas, order one, and then a apple juice? I was thinking this is the wrong order. I told her nope extra added items, by this point just wanted to go pissed I paid for extra food. I finally pull out of drive thru (which is a nightmare parking lot) to sip my soda and the "soda" was out all the carbohydrate, tasted the other two (I didn't even order I was charged for) and both had the same issue. So I tried calling while in parking lot, couldn't get out two babies who were now after 40 mins stuck in like, to tell them my drink tasted like the carb and they needed to switch it out. I called no answer after 4 mins of ringing, hung up called back someone picked up the phone hung up on me, and so I called 14x before I was finally put through. I then told them about what all happen today KNOWING this is NOTlike Chick-Fil-A to be told, "ummmm ok. What do you want me to do about it. I said nothing just thought you would want to know your customer experience today. I tried calling as a courtesy about soda hoping someone could run one out for me you know I was charged for 3 I didn't even get to drink, thankful now for the mistakenly charged apple juice. I'm just in shock and will never go there again. I'll drive down to Willis who seems to care. read more

Great food awesome costumer service I love chick fi la it's like top of the line in fast food

Don't get me wrong, I love Chick-fil-a but sometimes when something isn't right, you have to point it out. My 21 yr old daughter is living paycheck to paycheck and money is super tight. So the other day, I gave her these free meal cards that someone was nice enough to give me. However, my daughter and I didn't realize that they were location specific. So my daughter pulled into this location and ordered her food, expecting not to have to pay when she presented her free meal card. Ok so they didn't honor it. I get why, that's our bad for not carefully reading the back of the card. But it's how they treated my daughter. They were rude, said "NO" in a tone that was not Christian like and then didn't give her but one sauce in the bag and just the treatment was different after they said she'd have to pay. Maybe it's the franchise owner and the way he or she runs their location. The gentlemen at the FM1488 location in Magnolia is super nice and they practically give away food every other day. It's nice to drive by a fat food place and see a cow holding waving a sign that says free breakfast. My hats off to that location. That's awesome! This one at hwy105, not so much. My kids and I go to chick-fil-a for the AMAZING service and crispy chicken. Their waffle fries are always the perfect sizes and the chick-fil-a sauce is my favorite! Honestly buying chick-fil-a is MY pleasure! read more

I come here pretty often and am very pleased with the 10 count chicken minis! It's awesome. Fast service. Just would complain about the food tasting like fuel, and soggy sandwiches. And it's crazy how someone could mess up an order with no pickles every so often read more

We recently stop for breakfast here and was disappointed to find the menu had changed! We often eat the breakfast chicken burritos, we learn now they are putting hash browns in the burrito! And you do not have the option to order without the hash browns!! Very disappointed! read more

Always a problem with this location. They need to stop worrying about rushing through customers and start taking the time to make sure the food is right. We had something disgusting in our toddler daughters food. It was like really old and extremely burnt chicken. Black. She could have got really sick if she would have ate that. The manager offered to replace the meal next time but no thank you. This happens too many times at this location that I lost trust in the integrity of the food and the people. The line is always wrapped around the building and you're lucky to find parking. If you do find a parking space, it's hard to get back out because of the heavy traffic in the drive thru. However, I think the superb customer service is well worth it and they move very quickly (sometimes even walking out in the drive thru to take orders). The food, of course is the best fast food chicken. I haven't bad anything here that I didn't like... original sandwich, grilled chicken sandwich, salads, wraps, chicken soup, etc. I love their chocolate chip cookies. They are the best fast food cookie around. It would be very remiss of me not to mention the sweet tea and lemonade. I could drink it by the gallons... which they do happen to sale their tea and lemonade by the gallons. Regardless of what you eat or drink, your palate will be pleased. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the congested drive thru situation. read more
