The sauces are also on the side for you to fill into cups or add directly onto the tacos if you're dining in. It took a bit longer than I expected for the order too. I did like the horchata (but can you really mess that up?). The flavor of the meat was average and the cook was also average. I know some people rave about this spot, but it's a pass for me. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, unless it was super late and the only taco spot open that the time. I'm not sure how busy it gets late night weekends, as it was pretty empty around 11pm on a Saturday when I was there. There were plenty of tables to sit down at and eat. It seemed like a chill casual spot.

I was concerned since there was no motion inside and no cars out front. Upon closer inspection I saw that the lights were on, so I tried the door and went in. The staff seemed surprised to have a fine in customer, but dutifully made my burrito. The good: Food was fine. Dining area was meticulously clean. Manager seems to be doing her best. The bad: Bathroom was a disaster and things in general were run down. The other employees were not rude, but clearly were not excited to be there. I would eat here again if I have a Freebirds craving, but if I was introducing someone to the chain, I'd probably take them to one of the other locations.

The texture was nasty and completely unsafe-looking. I lost my appetite instantly. What made it even worse was the way the store handled it. I called asking for a refund and got told they 'couldn't do anything' because the person who took my order wasn't there. Since when does a refund depend on ONE employee being at work? Then they told me to call the number on the receipt, and the automated system wouldn't even take the call. So basically nobody wanted to take responsibility. I paid money for food that looked unsafe to eat and got nothing but excuses and runaround afterward. This was beyond unacceptable and honestly makes me question the cleanliness and food safety standards at this location.

Came in with kids (aka tiny humans who spill everything), and made what I thought was a pretty standard request: a water cup with a lid. You know, to prevent turning the table into a splash zone? But apparently, that was a bold and unreasonable ask. The adults not getting lids? Fine. But the kids? Tough crowd. Then I asked about a booster seat and you would've thought I requested a throne carried out by royal attendants. They don't have them which is fine but the attitude to tell me that? Not necessary. All in all: great food, clean, and super convenient location, but the service missed the mark. Plenty of other spots around that seem a lot more excited to have our business.
