The app was not working. I ordered at the counter and the staff couldn't find their left or right hand much less get orders out. One of the staff was trying to get it together but the team was not cohesive. No bag, no details. Just barely keeping their head above water. Please get it together. I got the food. Not sure after the fiasco if it's even edible. Oh and the soda fountain had little to no ice either. Maybe that's why there is no one dining here. Sad. I usually love tacos and jumbo jacks. I'm not sure how often people review fast food locations, but I thought I would do one on this Jack in the Box. I went through drive through early evening on the Sunday before Memorial Day. There were a few people in the restaurant eating. We ordered easily and moved up to the window. We paid and received the correct order. We live about 15 minutes away from the location and by the time we got home, the food was cold. The spicy crispy sandwich was neither spicy or crispy. The curly fries were good. The tacos were a little soggy and cold and the spring rolls were slightly warm. I realized 15 minutes is too long of a car ride for fresh food from this location. Lesson learned. The young lady in the drive through was very kind which is why this store gets the 3 stars. read more

HOLY COW! This Jack in the box is the WORST one I have ever seen. I ordered tiny tacos NOT loaded and they LOADED it! I said NOT loaded 5 times and they still don't get it! Plus I see like 3 people working there a day. We need more employees working instead of 3! You may think this place is amazing but NO. dumbass people. never been to a Jack-in-the-Box before and ordered a breakfast croissant only to have it delivered in the f-ing wrap up paper and looks like someone literally punched it with their hand. It's so squished i don't even want to eat it. Women's bathroom was gross. Toilet paper stuffed between stall cracks, and pretty sure there was an employee on one of the toilets on their phone watching a video meaning there was only 1 toilet which wasn't even clean itself. read more

I mean come on. How can someone not pass up the best mushiest dog meat tacos out there? These divine, fried, spawn of satan. Will for sure make sure you are ready for your next colonoscopy. Pair that up with a box of seasoned curly fries. You have just conjured up the best 5 star, trailer park dinner date meal possible. I think we all know what Jack in the Box is. Fast food, average taste, better food when you've had too much to drink. Otherwise average to below average. I went to get my wife a Coke. Location was what made me go here. My boys like the burritos and they both said they were hungry so we ordered one for each. I got one the meat lovers and the other the grande. They are big burritos so neither boy (8&5) could finish them. I tasted both and both were kinda gross. The grande added hash browns and cheese, but it was a melted cheese and it made it taste way below average. I wouldn't order it with the cheese. The meat was okay, but again way below average. I can't recommend this fast food place. It's only good to have breakfast served all-day if the breakfast is good. read more

This service is horrible. Didnt get 8 tacos I ordered plus another burger messed up. Manager at establishment was very rude, and acted like it was a big chore to replace items that they got wrong. She made us bring back wrappers of food we had already consumed because my kids were hungry and ready to eat, and she acted like that was a problem for her to replace meals that were messed up. I literally ordered everything through mobile app so there shouldn't have been any confusion on what we ordered, like there is sometimes with ordering in drive-thru speaker. I have worked in some capacity in customer service my whole working life, and have never treated customers with such disrespect and rudeness that this female manager had treated me and in front of my 12 year-old. Very disappointed with the service here. Food was also sub-par, cold, fries old. I told them after the manager argued vehemently with me about replacing items that were missing and food was cold, that I will never be back to this Jack-in-the-box again! read more

I don't expect a lot from fast food places but I can believe how bad this location is. I ordered a buttery jack with Curley fries. I got a double cheeseburger with mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup only. And they gave me regular fries. The window guy repeated my order to me perfectly multiple times during this process but missed the mark. read more

Absolutely terrible service. You would assume with how long it took to get our food that the place would have been packed. NOPE, not even close. A few people in the entire place and our food still was barley warm when it came out. Our 12 year old even stood at the counter for about 8 minutes waiting to ask for some sauce to go with her meal and the employees and even manager walked passed her multiple times without ever asking what she needed. I finally had to go up and and get their attention. First time at this location and I have ZERO plans to ever return. Yeah, no matter how hungry I am I'm not coming back. I'm a first responder and came in one night for dinner. The cashier was so sweet she asked the manager for a discount. I don't expect any discount, I plan on paying full price for everything. The manager walked over and asked if I was a police officer and i replied no ma'am. She then quickly said, "oh then no absolutely not" with an upset face and walked away. The poor cashier was mortified and I felt horrible for her. read more

So everytime we go to South Carolina or Texas we have to stop at a JITB. My mom grew up on these tacos and gets quite the hankering for them... this last time we were a bit disappointed . There was no hot sauce and no cheese in the taco... I dont know who makes a taco with no cheese... but thats a nono in my book, cheese should be a staple part of tacos. Absolutely the worst place I've ever been to. Worst customer service experience. Manager Sylvia is rude and more worried about herself than the customer. Staff spend more time playing and laughing than making food. May be if had a better manager would have better straff. read more

Just went and got two homestyle chicken sandwiches. Got halfway through one realizing that something was a little off and after inspecting the chicken it seems like someone deep fried some rubber. Seemed like this cooked through but the texture and firmness to it is just off putting and inedible. Drink and fries were fine but either they are using old meat or the cooking process is flawed. horrible!!!!! they work so slow! the guy at the front worked like a sloth while i was there i ordered and it took around 25-30 minutes when it should've been less. when i got my food my fries were cold and the tacos were cold as well. while i was waiting they lost about three customers and they had a long line waiting. you can see the kitchen while waiting, there was this lady that looked like the manager and even she was working slow. i dont recommend. read more
