When I finally got there I was left waiting while an employee who had been helping coworkers in the kitchen came to the bar and began filling what I think were call-in orders. The gal who has been helping people in line just backed away while he worked. She or the employee who had been working the register could have spent their time cleaning up the food bar, which was an absolute mess, or filling orders of those in line including me. I waited an additional 10 minutes for him to finish before being asked my order. My salad was a whole other issue. It was passable, but not great. There were a few spinach leaves at the bottom, but no lettuce. I assumed it would be placed on top like is done with their bowls... but there was none when I got it back to my hotel. In all, I spent about 25 waiting to be served for a so-so meal. The only positive was that it only cost me $10.
