I was shockingly suprised at how good the pizza was. We got half pepperoni, half pepperoni veggie and it was very good. The crustt was very thin and crisp. The pizza sauce was very good. Next time I would get extra. The vegetables were all delicious. The pepperoni was good. I was really just expecting a basic pizza and this exceeded my expectations. Drinks were good and I like to set up of the drinks being at the front of the restaurant bathroom in the middle ordering at the back. We have seen crust pizza in The Woodlands but when they opened one up closer to us in Willis, we decided to try it out a couple Saturdays ago. We went around 11 AM so there was just a couple people in there when we got there. iIt's new, so it's very nice and clean inside. They have menus up on the wall or they have menus on top where you can see above the counter, you look at the menu and order at the counter and then someone will bring it out to you when it's ready. The food was good. Some of us ordered pizza, some of us ordered salad. We also ordered an appetizer of the cheesy breadsticks which were really good. They have a drink station where you can get different sodas or tea. They also have some hot sauce and cheese and pepper if you want to put that on your pizza. The food tasted really really good, although someone in our party commented on how salty their pasta dish was. You can also get your pizza without the crust, which is how I chose to eat mine and it was small portions, but it was filling. My kids and wife both liked their pizza, the main problem was the wait time it took to get our food to us . Fortunately, we were friends, so it didn't matter as much, but if it was just the four of us, we would've been really disappointed with how long it took for them to get the food to us. That may just be a learning curve for the new restaurant, but overall it was good food it was good service. We visited here and were quite hungry so we ordered far more than we needed. Haha! Started with meatballs which were so flavorful and saucy! There were four meatballs that were covered in sauce and shredded basil, alongside garlic bread. Yummy! Would totally eat just those. Hubby ordered a pepperoni/sausage pizza. I ordered a potato pizza (this was the only thing that cost them the 5th star...it has a weird vinegar type flavor). The crust was nice and crisp but we both agreed we'd ask for them to be cooked a little longer next time. Service was impeccable and someone came around to check on us after food was delivered. I have a teenager who is currently obsessed so we frequent this location weekly. We've tried an array of their pizzas - Wyatt's BBQ is a fave, followed closely by Madeline's Alfredo and the Buffalo Chicken. Kids always enjoy the pepperoni or cheese offering on the kids menu as well. We've had cauliflower crust and regular crust. Both are tasty! Yum! I finally dragged the reluctant husband to Crust. He was the type that believed pizza was to be delivered. Or previously frozen & heated in an oven. Well, that has since changed. I LOVE Crust Pizza. The food is the best and prices are super reasonable for what you get. In a day in age where everything you buy the quality has either suffered or you get less-Crust Pizza continues to give you a quality product in everything they offer and make. My favorite is the spinach salad and veggie pizza. The warm goat cheese and huge amount of walnuts and cranberries on top of the huge amount of spinach with dressing-spot on! And where can you get a pizza you can put on up to 10 toppings and only cost you $10? And I can never eat it all-take the leftovers home every time-and they give you a box and Togo containers with a smile. And you might think opening a new location in Willis might take time to get going, or have it 'together'. Since day 1 this location has not let me down. Their staff are SUPER friendly. If I could give a negative star o would. I have tried several times to trust this place to make a pizza the way I order it and the last 3 times it was sooo wrong. I don't understand how following directions could be so hard. I ordered a 14" pizza with garlic , olive oil, mozzarella, ricotta and Romano cheese and mushrooms. The pizza I picked up ( without checking first) had spinach, tomato's, purple pinions and bacon, no mushrooms. Blah! What a waste of time and money! Very disappointed in Willis Crust. We ordered takeout and paid $45 for 2 pizzas and meatball plate. Got home and the pizzas were just nasty. Very greasy like it had been sitting for a long time and one of the pizzas was completely wrong, not what we ordered at all with weird toppings. The meatballs were very over cooked, dry, and just tasted bad. We didn't even keep the food, trashed it. Just disappointed because the original Crust in the Woodlands was always amazing. I am a food delivery driver and went for my first time to pick up for a customer. I asked for the order and was told it should be done soon. So, I sat down and waited to be called. I waited 15 minutes and finally decided I needed to check again. Went to the pick up area and the pizzas had been waiting in there box behind other orders in the warming box. Who knows how long. The order ended up being way late. Bad service for me and their customer. They said it was a 45 minute wait for any pizza. That's worse than little Caesars! Absolute fail. Walk in there's one customer seated and one ordering at 6:26pm on a Saturday the place was empty guy took our order in a timely manner then we sat down, and waited and waited and waited and wait some more. 30+ minutes later a greasy sloppy poorly cut pizza finally shows up barely hot. There was 7-8 employees standing around lallygagging, wasting time, chatting among themselves as paying customers wait. The pizza literally fell apart and wasn't even cut all the way through some tiny pieces some huge and undercooked. This place is clearly mismanaged it does not take 30+ minutes to make a single 10 inch pizza and considering mod is in the same shopping center with better quality, fast efficient service this place is going to bomb. We will never be returning, absolute incompetence personified. Whoever invested in this restaurant needs to fire the entire staff starting with the manager and start over. I've had better frozen pizzas and unlike these fools I know how to properly cut a pizza. Avoid at all costs. read more

Crust Pizza.......my wife's new fave Pizza spot. The food is pretty good. However, salad and Pasta portions are kinda light , if you feel me. The service here is my major beef. I live 20 minutes away, unlike, say, Mod Pizza, the order is never on time or even close. When you arrive , they want you to drive up to the Takeout window. If your order isn't ready and someone pulls in behind you, they ask you to , "Make a lap" and come back. One time , they said it would be 10 more minutes, even though their text message said it was ready. They asked me to go park and come back in 10 minutes . 15 minutes later I drove to the Window and of course, not yet . The website says they have curbside and they will " bring it to your car",. Unfortunately, there are only handicapped parking spots in front of the building. There are no "curbside" spaces. Tonight I got the Chicken Capri pasta with zucchini noodles. I didn't even eat half of it. It was like soup, and very sweet. I think they use their "tomato basil soup" for the pink sauce. It's kinda gross, way too sweet . The soup tastes ok for a few bites, had it last time, then it starts to taste sweeter the more you eat . Not a huge fan. My wife loved the Pizza. I say , meh. I much prefer Mod Pizza when it's done right. Of course, Mod doesn't put much on their pizza anymore. It looks like if I want a pizza, I'll have to go to The Hut or Domino's, at least they are consistent pizza Shack is good if you like huge crust. I hope this Crust place gets better. read more
