This place is horrible. They get your order wrong every single time and then they get mad when you ask them to correct it. This would be my third time ordering shame on me. I will not go here again. Neither should you. read more

Service is either spot on (20%) of the time or waiting with 10+ people for pizzas 20-30 minutes late and often crap quality.

Had my pizza waiting for 40 minutes, 10 minutes in they told me all that was left was my crazy puffs it took them 30 minutes to just start making them never again. read more

The application said my order was in the oven at 7:23 with pickup between 7:37 and 7:42. Upon my arrival at 7:32, the pizza was boxed up and sitting on the counter, but the crazy bites weren't even in the oven yet. I had to remind the workers to process my order. The pizza remained sitting on the counter until the rest of my order was complete at 8:13. Multiple peaople came in and placed new orders after me and left before me. This place used to be very good at getting orders done quick. Now if you order anything it will be at least a 30-40min wait in the parking lot before you get it. Most of the employees just do not care at all about customer service at all. Several times ive sat out front waiting on my pizza while watching the employees at like kids running around and on their call phones instead of cooking food. Overall it has turned into a terrible place to order pizza from. Do not recommend. read more

Hot and ready? More like cold and sloppy. THEY DIDNT EVEN CUT MY PIZZA!!!! Don't even get me started on the weird crazy bread. One employee said they work for tips. Guess we gotta tip them for a cut pizza and some regular crazy bread. This must be the Cheech and Chong special. read more

We ordered "no contact delivery" but they still waited at the door lol however our food was on time, it was decent, we also received the wrong dessert but it was still delish. read more

This location is the worst one I have ever seen. I don't even stop by go there anymore. They NEVER have anything in the hot and ready rack. Useless employees. Bad management. Even if the pizza was free I wouldn't bother to go there. I'm thinking of opening a competition pizza joint next door to them and take all of there business away. read more

Ordered delivery.... order never came couldn't get ahold of anyone in the actual store to find out what happen to my food. I will be going up there in person tomorrow to find out what happened and get my full refund read more

ordered at 6:10, showed up at 6:25 and waited an hour inside. don't order from Willis location. never again

Very bad customer service, ive called twice to this location to try to put in an order, took 15 (more or less)minutes to answer, and the app was not working, once i got there i watched my pizza sit in the counter until someone was able to help me which by then my pizza was cold. read more

Clearly captain handlebar stache is overwhelmed/over worked , the rest of his staff look like they're perma-high on whatever the substance du jour is. How simple of an order is this, 1 meat lovers, 1 cheese. That will be 8 minutes, okay no problem. 8 minutes goes by, then 16, then 20, still no pizza. Meat lovers is cold now (thanks), we're just waiting on a cheese, finally get my pizza's 25+ minutes later (8 minutes my rectum) and of course as stated the meat lovers is cold, soggy and disgusting, and what was hot our cheese pizza is actually a pepperoni, which our son hates. Do you think you possibly be any more incompetent? This wasn't a Friday or Saturday night, it was 8pm on a Thursday, and 2 pizzas took nearly half an hour.. Maybe if I was as high as your employees I wouldn't care, but alas my time is VALUABLE too.. read more

I would give a negative five stars if I could. The Willis location was closed down for multiple reasons but I didn't know that and the little Caesar's app was still taking orders for that location. It charged me for the order, but they were closed so the order was never fulfilled, and I was never reimbursed and the order was never honored but they still took my money. I will never go to little Caesar's again and I will do my best to make sure everyone I know doesn't go as well. read more

New quattro pizza told were out sorry couldn't make any this is such bs how do u run out of the newest item I think not want to make since is a split style pizza read more

Pizzas are always made sloppy and have too much sauce. To get light sauce they will charge you $1 for making it a custom pizza. That's ridiculous, I pay for more less ingredients? Customer Service always have an attitude and my to go orders are never ready on time. I'll take my $ and time somewhere else. read more

This place used to not do so well. I noticed management changes and the service has greatly improved. I don't have to wait forever for pizza which is the reason a lot of people choose LC also because it's cheap. Pizza definitely is made better and tastes better. I'm glad it's back to being good. read more

We've been to a lot of pizza places over the years. Let's face it, Little Caesar's (LC) is pretty much the junk food of the pizza world, everybody knows that. So, my expectations for a "good" pizza are pretty low when I come here. What I want is fast, cheap, available, and hot. Something quick, that I can pick up amidst the chaos of any particular busy day. Usually, I have no problem with this with LC at most of the locations I visit. However, this one seems to be different. On just about every occasion I happen by the Willis LC, there is inevitably a wait. Yes, a wait.. for their well-advertised hot and ready pizzas. I understand things get busy at times, I know working fast food sucks, especially low paid pizza gigs. What I want to address is management. There is just simply no reason to always have such a long wait time EVERY single time people come in here. Obviously there is a demand for your service, so either hire more people, train the people you've got, or step aside and let someone else who is capable of managing take over. It should not be difficult to make pizzas. The location in Conroe by HEB excels at having pizzas HOT, READY, and without a myriad of people standing inside, out in their cars, all with facial expressions reminiscent of a wait line at the DMV. C'mon, get it together. The last two times I have attempted to come here, I've had to leave, just simply because I don't have the time to sit around and wait 30 minutes for cheap pizza. Until you improve, I'll be looking elsewhere. read more

Tried out the Little Caesars Pizza in Willis... I had the "Cheesy Pretzel Crust Pepperoni Pizza". It was a good pizza... but I have to say... it was a very Greasy Pizza! Maybe it was just due to the "Pretzel Crust" ... that's why I just couldn't give them a 5 star rating. read more

This location is usually better. The last few times we have gone, the pizza has been soggy and not evenly made. There will be a ton of sauce in the center and nothing around the edges. Or the pizza will be burnt and hardly eatable. read more

I've probably walked in and out with hot and ready pizzas from this location twice. And in the last two years, we've come here at least once a week (because it's the closest one to where we live and we love pizza) The pizza is what you'd expect. Not anything amazing but we still enjoy it, especially the three meat pizza and the cheesy Italian bread. And it's way less of a cost than getting it delivered. But we almost always have to wait 15-20 minutes for them to make it. I started buying Kroger frozen pizzas instead because if I have to wait for pizza I might as well do it at home for cheaper (they're usually like 3/$10). The food is probably worth 3 stars. The staff and availability of hot and ready pizzas are worth a 1. I just haven't ever had so many issues at any other Little Caesar's before. Management needs to get it together and hire people or schedule/plan better. read more

Every time I go in they never have pizzas ready the wait is always about 25 min the Mato it hot n ready this place sux !!!

This place is a disaster.. First off i walked in and wanted 5 pizzas (any kind that was ready nothing perticular) and 4 orders of crazy bread. I was told that they only had 3 pizzas ready and 1 crazy bread and that i had to wait 15 min. I could see several more pizzas and crazy breads in the warmer ready . I stepped to the side and a lady behind me walked up and said she needed 3 pepperoni and 3 cheese and 3 orders of crazy bread and he turned around got it out of the warmers and gave it to her. I confronted him and asked why i was told nothing was ready and he said they must have just filled up the warmers which like i said is BS.. He had very long hair and it was not up or anything and hes back there making food with hair flying everywhere . They are back there using their bare hands making food scratching their faces and who knows what else before touching it. This place needs serious training and schooling... My 14 year old daughter could run a restaurant better.. read more
