We wanted to have pizza from a reputable place, but also knew, that because of the Super Bowl, this was going to be a difficult task to accomplish. We popped in to discuss the matter around lunch, and the staff were super friendly in helping to choose a time to schedule to order to minimize risk of not having delicious pizza. We got the Mini Melts as an immediate dessert while planning to stop by Crust again later to pickup the dinner order. Unfortunately, Mini Melts definitely taste like a Dippin Dots knockoff and left a little deliciousness to be desired - 1/5. The order was completed in a super timely manner despite the Super Bowl - thank you staff! The Greek Salad unfortunately was sent with ranch dressing (not sure how that happened), so I opted to eat the salad without dressing. It was a fine salad, but nothing to write home about - 3/5. This place is a whole vibe. You walk in and order at the counter, then self-seat. They bring your order to you and prepare to enjoy the best pizza! It was delicious. We were a party of 9 and most ordered personal pizzas. No one had a single complaint and raved about their food. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. The food is good, but I can tell you that the fact that when you are getting a take-out and you go to pay, their 20% TIP is already added, unless you select 'No". WHY!? This is SCAMMY if you ask me. Ever since this tipping has started with all these companies, each one I've seen just asks the question and if you skip, the ridiculousness doesn't default to be already added. Why here is it automatically a charge 20% for a pickup. I'm not sitting down to be served. And when I do that, you're just bringing my food anyway (I'd tip then). But, come on people. And when I got my receipt that just has the food order, it wasn't how much I just paid or itemized with my SCAMMY 20% TIP! You'd never see it. Have been going here for years and they definitely earned the 5 Star Reviews back then. Maybe there's new ownership in the last 9 months or so but there is definitely something different. As you can see they have dropped to a 4.3 rating. Delivered pizza was cold around the edges and lukewarm in the middle. Only enough pizza sauce to be seen around the edges and the toppings just sitting on the unsauced doughy crust. Mushrooms look they forgot them and then tossed them on the top and they were overcooked and very dry. We really don't like pizza cut in squares so we have never requested such. This pizza was NOT in slices.....but squares. On a brighter note the ingredients have always tasted so good at any Crust location we go to including this one. read more

A nice, fast pizza place on the water that also has pastas, salads and beer. Only giving it a 4 out of 5 because both boys said the chicken in the Alfredo was kinda weird. I'm not exactly sure why but I figure they eat chicken Alfredo often. My husband got a stuffed crust meat and cheese pizza and he really liked it. His was cut into triangle slices. He said he preferred this place over MOD pizza. I got their normal crust with pepperoni, caramelized onions, jalapeños and pineapple. Mine was cut into squares. Both pizzas were loaded with toppings and really good. I was a little surprised the caramelized onions were red onions but they were really good. The jalapeños had a lot of spice to them! We also tried the cheese sticks with marinara, everyone loved these. And my husband and I split the crusted goat cheese salad, which was totally amazing!!! Like so good. We also got to sit by the window and had a nice view of the marina and had dessert at a the place next door. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Just ordered from Crust Pizza at Lake Conroe for first time. Ordered through door dash. Wow. Cold, greasy pizza was the best of it. Pizza came unsealed with pieces missing. Guess maybe delivery staff (Gina) got hungry? AND when I tried to call the store number repeatedly to report the incident, 936-588-0892, it just gave the "your call cannot be completed at this time".. This wonderful experience plus $10 tip cost me almost $50. Lesson learned. If there was a place to post a pic I would. read more

Can't say anything is overly impressive about Crust minus the lake view! They were okay with service (you order at the counter and they bring the food to you). The pizza was incredibly greasy and floppy. The flavor was there though. Staff were nice and did a good job tidying the tables when patrons left. read more

Excellent thin crust pizza prepared quickly. The best part is that a 10" pizza is perfect for one person and it costs $10 no matter what you put on it. Our go-to pizza shop for Friday night take-out and for whenever the grandkids are in town. They love having their very own pizza with whatever they can think of on top. You can have a draft beer and look over the marina while you wait. On top of it all, the people who work here could not be nicer. You order at a register first and they bring the food to you. I noticed people don't like this but I don't mind it. Waiters and waitresses were very attentive and polite before and even after we received our food! They have quite a few options and I am a very indecisive person. I asked the waiter what his 2 favorite things are and ordered both, the Carl's King pizza and baked ziti. Both were good, maybe slightly overpriced but with the view and the Thirsty Thursday half priced beer it was a nice little outing for every so often. Walk down to the pier where you can use the quarter machine to get some fish food and feed ducks and fish. Fish and duck activity are always very active in that area. It's great for kids! read more

I always find it interesting when a reviewer evaluates a restaurant on menu items that's aren't their primary strength. It's like when someone gives a bad review of a recipe then tells you all the ways they modified it since they didn't have the right ingredients. Anyways... If the word Pizza is in the name of the place, review the pizza. And ... the pizza is solid. I had The Don, an all-meat pizza. The crust is firm and chewy. The pizza has good flavor throughout. The service we received was terrible. Order our kids food and our pasta was delivered to a different table. Then when I asked about the pasta. I was told they would get it. Well the table behind us had a pasta that wasn't theirs so they gave back to the server with a fork in it. The server then tried to give me the same pasta that I watched the table behind us rake over it with a fork. I asked him was that the pasta from that table because I watched the servers talk about giving it to my table. The server couldn't answer me so then he turned to the girl that was taking orders and they both tried to awkwardly laugh it off. Then she was like it was free so it's fine. I told her it wasn't free because I only order kids meals and in order for it to be free we'd have to order an adult entree. we love Crust Pizza and we were surprised to see they had such a pretty location right on the water that we didn't know about. When we stopped in the GM took our order and was extremely helpful and friendly. He even gave our toddler a little dough ball to play with at the table which was very thoughtful considering toddlers aren't patient... The icing on the cake for our visit is that this location gives a whopping 25% discount to veterans which my husband and I both are. We enjoyed the lunch there we had a little pizza and salad and it filled us up. The flavor was good and the staff was very nice. The only problem is the parking situation and I hope the businesses in that high rent area with all the other businesses ask for a parking garage or something as we had a hard time finding a spot and the poor guys delivering stuff to businesses around that complex sure have a big challenge as well.
