This restaurant never disappoints. Went for late lunch on a Friday. The host promptly sat me at a…read moretable in the middle of the room. I asked for a table a little more out of the way. He said I can do that. Walked me to a more private table and asked me if this one would work. It did. I have PTSD. It can be a little embarrassing. I loved how easy he made it for me. No questions asked...just right! IYKUK My waitress Becca was very attentive despite managing several tables, even while engaging in conversations and even hugging some of her customers. Chicken parmigiana was delicious. Lunch portion was great. I took some home. Bonus for the "Little Jesus" she left with my receipt.

It would have been better with fresh basil and more mozzarella cheese. The chicken piccata was okay. It was a little heavy on the lemon but the artichoke hearts were a plus for me because I really enjoy artichoke. My friend really liked the chicken parm. And it was his birthday so he got a brownie dessert which was rich and delicious. Over all I was going to give 3 stars but our server Makayleigh got it bumped up another star because she was absolutely great: Great service, great personality. Of course I will come back and I will have pictures. We dug in before I could take photos. I will not order the chicken piccata again though.

I worked at this location for about two weeks, and while I genuinely enjoy working in food service,…read moreespecially at a pizza place- this specific store left me feeling disappointed and disrespected. From the start, I noticed that the work environment was disorganized and emotionally draining. Communication from management was often passive-aggressive, and when I asked basic questions, I was frequently dismissed or made to feel like a burden. I witnessed coworkers engaging in unprofessional behavior- some ignoring their tasks entirely, while others made disruptive noises or just chatted, leaving the real work to fall on a few people. Unfortunately, management did very little to address this and often allowed it to continue. I did my best to adapt and do my part, but the constant micromanaging, lack of support, and emotionally charged atmosphere followed me home at the end of the day. It made what should have been a fun learning opportunity into something mentally exhausting. I even brought up my concerns to a manager regarding to a task I needed help on, hoping for some guidance, only to be told to handle it myself. That's not teamwork, and it's not leadership. If you're considering working here, I encourage you to be cautious and prepare for a loud, tense environment where your boundaries might be tested. My hope is that sharing this experience helps others feel seen and helps the store reflect on how it can do better in supporting its team.

The delivery drivers used to carry $20 in change but apparently they no longer carry any kind of…read morechange at all. , I did not see any kind of notification that I saw of the change in their policy on their website. I'm sure that they probably have put it somewhere in the fine print or the terms and conditions, but wherever they put it, it was not noticeable and we didn't find out until they showed up at the door to deliver it. They also seem to be out of a lot of stuff lately. The last 3 times I've placed an order online they had to call to tell us that they were out of something that we ordered. The first 2 times they were out of the drink we ordered which was not that big of a deal, but the last time they were completely out of brownies... I will probably be taking my business to domino's from now on, they are actually still able to give you change when you pay in cash, and they have it in a noticeable place on their website that they only carry $20 in change with them.

Unprofessional and emotionally harmful management…read more I don't normally leave reviews like this, but I feel like people deserve to know how this place treats their workers- especially young employees just trying to do their best. I worked here for just under two weeks, and from the start, I was micromanaged and compared to others by the manager 'Jared Howard' before I even had the chance to properly learn. I asked questions, tried to improve, and kept showing up, even when I felt anxious and unsupported. The training was inconsistent, and it felt like I was being set up to fail. When I finally spoke up about how I felt to Jared, including some very personal things going on in my life--like being kicked out by my parents--my manager acknowledged it on the surface, but quickly shifted blame back onto me. He even used my personal struggles as a reason I was "maybe not fit to be here," instead of offering understanding or professional guidance. That moment broke something in me. A manager should never weaponize someone's trauma. On my last day, I was pulled aside and let go under the excuse of "not paying attention," even though I was genuinely trying to improve every day. I wasn't perfect, but no one is in their first couple weeks- especially with minimal training and emotional pressure. What hurt the most wasn't being fired- it was the way it was handled. Cold, dismissive, and lacking the kind of compassion or professionalism I expected from a place that serves the community. I hope this business reflects on how they treat people. Because employees are not disposable. We're human beings with lives, feelings, and value- even if we're not perfect from day one.
