I'm glad I went. When people say the crust on the pizza was to be remembered forever, they weren't kidding. I loved how soft the crust was while also having basil sprinkled on top to heighten the taste. Everything looked clean, even the bathroom which is not the case in many restaurants. It was also easy to locate the drinks, napkins, and utensils. Warming up food at home was also easy; just two minutes for the basil tomato soup and one minute for the seven inch pizza. If I could provide one point of criticism, it's that it took too long for someone to show up to take my order. I know Monday was a slow day, but on days where there are lots of customers, you can lose business over having to wait a long time for a cashier to get your order in. We've been to this location multiple times and love it. Service is friendly and the atmosphere is nice and clean and very family friendly. They also have a nice sized patio for outdoor dining and pets are welcome on the patio. The pepperoni rolls are so cheesey and the breading has a perfect buttery/slight garlic/slight sweet flavor that is literally making my mouth water while trying to describe it. We've tried multiple different pizzas and they were all delicious, plus you can build your own. We get the personal size which is really a lot of food. The lunch special is a great deal and they also have kid's eat free day on Tuesdays. If they're not too busy, they usually will bring a dough ball for the kids to play with while waiting on food. We ordered a large pepperoni with extra pepperoni pizza to go. The girl at the window was friendly, currtious and polite. The pizza was $20.97 + and it was nice and hot! I don't understand why they named this place Crust Pizza Co because there was no crust on the pizza. The dough was very thin but the rest of the pizza was very good. Great flavor!!! Next time I will ask if they can make a little thicker dough for the whole pizza. In conclusion: I would definitely recommend trying their pizza as it was delicious!!!! I will be back!!! read more

The staff were very friendly and showed they cared about me and my time. Even though I arrived before I received the text telling me the pizzas were ready, both people I came in contact with kept me updated on the status of my pizzas. I was told they should be ready in two minutes, they were just out of the oven and being cut, etc. Both pizza's tasted great! The crust was thin and slightly crispy. We've tried an array of their pizzas - Wyatt's BBQ is a fave, followed closely by Madeline's Alfredo and the Buffalo Chicken. Kids always enjoy the pepperoni or cheese offering on the kids menu as well. We've had cauliflower crust and regular crust. Both are tasty! I was very surprised. I got the 10" BYO, 5 meats with jalapeños and sun roasted tomatoes. It was perfect, good amount of meat and cheese and sauce. We got a new Crust and Mod pizza in town, so I thought I'd give both a shot. I was very disappointed with Mod, so a week later, I tried Crust. Crust Pizza will now be my pizza! Great job guys. I'm guessing the owners or managers got involved and made sure that all the pizzas were consistently good because they are consistently great now. We love going to Crust Pizza in Willis! The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. The pizza is always good too - even the gluten free crust!
