The food was reasonably good. The service was abhorrent. The restaurant posts hours on Yelp saying they close at 9:00. As I'm ordering the food, I ask, what time do you close? The employee says 9. Yet, after I order my food, and they hand it to me, and I sit down, I'm advised that the dining room closes at 8:30. I should have known something was up when I attempted to order something off the menu 30 minutes before the posted closing time and was advised that they stopped cooking. When a restaurant stops cooking that's concerning. What the attendant did not know was the other attendant already informed me that they would make me fresh what I asked for. Apparently the fact was lost on this restaurant employee that when you serve a customer in a dining room, regardless of what time the restaurant closes, the customer gets to finish their meal. I rushed through my meal and got out in less than 10 minutes. But I was definitely made to feel as though I inconvenienced the staff. Restaurant owners should be more careful to hire people that will positively represent their business. I'll never be back to this Panda Express. read more

I ate here last night (To-Go). Miss Tonisha and her co-worker greeted me when I walked in. I got two large Ala carte entrees: orange chicken, which had just come out of the wok, and Sesame Chicken. I wish I could find a good contact for this Panda Express's GM or owner, I have a feeling they would be interested to know that the staff opens 30min to an hour late everyday and for the past two times I've come at night they lock the doors an hour before closing and greet you in the drive through with "thanks for coming to Panda do you wanna hear what we have left tonight". I wonder how much profit is lost due to the fact that the staff causes the business to loose almost two hours everyday of potential sales. We go here very often and have never had a problem. Sometimes the Chow Mien is very dry but that doesn't ever ruin our experience. Would recommend this location to every one! I went to Panda Express expecting to see and taste Panda. Unfortunately the only panda I saw was on the logo. No exotic meat like people or bears on the menu but the bright side of it was their cook in the back who I could tell was the brains and backbone of this operation. He swiftly greeted us and took our order, mind you, all while cooking and doing all the cleaning himself. He was the whole restaurant. He also granted me magic and the power to believe again. This Panda Express was filthy to say the least! I saw a cockroach on the floor, and I could see dirt. The service was not the best and the workers were extremely rude! We had to wait outside in 103 degrees weather because of their "one person at a time" policy. There were like 4 or 5 worker there and we still had to wait 20 minutes for a man to get his small box of chicken. And the bathrooms were closed. The worker told our mother not to sit on a chair even after she said she has a severe back problem. I had a ridiculous experience with this restaurant and an employee. We were traveling through headed home from our vacation. I have a bad back and had been driving for 2 and 1/2 hours. All of us in the car were hungry and needed to use the restroom. They would only allow 1 person at a time in the restaurant and the first employee to greet us had a nasty attitude. I pulled the stool they had to block people from entering the dining room and with an ugly attitude she demanded that I return it to its spot 12 inches away even though I told her the reason I was sitting down was due to my bad back. No inquiry as to what we required and if they could help. It was total bad attitude from this girl from the start. I couldn't even catch my breath from standing in pain while they took forever to get a gentleman a small order of an entree before she barked at me to put on my mask. She clearly didn't care that I was in pain. If I had thought about it I would have found out her name and posted that too. Before you say that I'm just mad because I didn't wear a mask or didn't want to follow the rules, I do wear a mask and try to be aware of the rules but remember we were one woman and two young girls driving a very long distance. If she couldn't help us, she should have made suggestions rather than attack me right out of the gate. I got attitude right away with her because she had no manners what so ever! So anyway, I have a coupon card for a free entree with the purchase of a 2 plate entree, I ordered 2 plates and a bowl, 1 medium Dr. Pepper and 2 Large Dr. Peppers, so I tried to put it in online and since there is no promo code on it I wasn't able to use it. So fast forward when I get there I tell them about my coupon card and they would not accept it they told me I had to do it online. How was I supposed to do it online if it didn't let me?!
