I decided to try this place because I saw it had decent reviews after coming across the Groupon. So…read moreI bought the Groupon and scheduled and appointment to come in for a Brazilian Wax in addition to my underarms being waxed. The young lady who did my underarms was very insensitive in the sense that she did not displace great customer service. The wax was entirely too hot. I do not feel like she waited long enough for the wax to completely dry before ripping it off. There was additional hair in a crevice under my arm bc I am not skinny and she did not even try to remove it and just blatantly told me she couldn't remove it. I've gotten my arms waxed multiple times and never have been told that. I honestly just think it was the technician that I had..cause if I had Aja, it probably wouldn't have been so terrible.

I have been getting waxed for years and decided to make a change to Lindsay's. It was the best decision I have ever made. She did such a thorough job and I felt so comfortable the whole time. If you get waxed, do yourself a favor and try out Lindsay's. You won't be disappointed. I can't wait to go back! (Who even says that about a Brazilian??)

I got a gel polish pedicure the other day & the next day the polish was bubbling on my big toe. When I went to go get it fixed the lady was dismissive, talking about me to her colleagues AND put the completely wrong color on my toe. So I went back in and she was dismissive again. I just walked out and went somewhere else to get my toes done all over again. I will never go here again after they handled this situation.

She's very passionate and sincere about her work!! Oh I forgot to mention she gives fantastic bacials (like a facial but for your back). Men can join in on the pampering too. I'm so excited that she will very soon be doing Brazilian waxes, if she hasn't already started doing them.
