I've been coming to Jenny's all the way from Middletown because their salon stays open till 8 which works with my work schedule and EVERYTIME JENNY IS NONCHALANT,RUDE,MONITONE AND UNCARING. WHICH IS WHY I STOPPED GOING TO HER AND switched to Ms.LuLu. But there are 3 DISPICABLE times that stand out beyond the other times when customer service was Lacking from Jenny! . I came at 6:30 ONE DAY, 7pm ANOTHER DAY AND 7:10 for the very last time only to be told that there were no more technicians available to serve me while there were 2 technicians sitting at their stations on their phones the first time, 4 technicians moving about the salon at 7pm the 2nd time and 2 technicians including Jenny and Ms.LuLu( who my appt was scheduled with) who were just sitting at their desks. Jenny didn't even acknowledge who or what I was there for because she was glued to her phone until finally after 20 mins of sitting in her face I spoke up and reminded her that I was there for my 7:05 appt. Now for the third disappointing visit I was told that I'd have to reschedule because they were closing earlier than their advertised 8 pm closing and this was even after I let Jenny know over the phone that I had a wedding to attend the very next day. . dont go here they got roaches that be crawling over ur legs and on the walls, they are unprofessional as hell and will absolutely talk about you during your service. it smells like toe jam and sweaty arms in there and looks like it smells that way. it was so bad i would give it 0 stars if i could. on top of it all they do a subpar job on your actual nails as well. not sure why this place is still open tbh, but with some prayer they will be closing very soon! read more

My daughter went to this nail salon and they played on her fingers. She showed them a picture of what she wanted and walked out looking like a kid did her nails I wouldn't suggest anybody go to this nail salon it's been horrible for years but because they are cheap my daughter thought she would give them a try. She's only 16 years old and learned a valuable lesson That cheap isn't always good. These people are beyond rude. They don't appreciate your business at all. No one greets you when you walk in. They either stare at you or continue doing work. You sit and wait with no idea of what's going on. I came in on a Wednesday and got my nails done. By Wednesday night, my nail polish was chipping away. (Mind you I have GEL nail polish on) I called Thursday morning to get them fixed and make sure the girl who did them would be there. I come in Thursday after work and the girl is not there ( even though I asked what time she would be there until). So I leave asking when will she be back Friday. I was told 9am. I get there Friday at 9:15 & once again the girl is not working. I waited until 10am, still no girl. So now I'm irritated and just want my 4 nails fixed. Jenny proceeds to tell me she has no idea "IF" the girl will be in today. Then says if I want my 4 nails fixed I have to wait hours until all the people with appointments are handled. Which is absolutely ridiculous!! I have to wait hours because your initial service was terrible. I do not recommend coming here. They do not appreciate their customers at all. This is a larger facility in DE that most people come to, but I say go else where and spend your money where it's appreciated. read more

Horrible and very unsanitary, used a "cheese grater" and sponge block on my feet, then cleaned it with my dirty feet water and placed it back into the drawer, DISGUSTING. This is my second time attempting to patronize this place and it never seems to work out with each time resulting in me leaving prior to being serviced. I came for an eyebrow wax and manicure. Nothing too crazy. I sat in there for 30 minutes after being asked to pick my polish. I asked if I could at least get my brows done first while I wait for someone to do my manicure. The first thing I was asked was "how are you paying?" I told her I was using a card and she told me I had to wait. Not even 10 minutes later, someone else walked in asking for a brow wax. She asked her the same: card or cash. She had cash. She quickly directed her to the back to be serviced. I know that places like these do shady stuff to circumvent the IRS process, but this is disgusting (and I always tip extra to offset the fee they pay). I will not be returning. If you can find another place (and there are plenty in the general area), go somewhere else. These people do not care about service or quality. read more

The guy put 2 coats on my nails. By the time I got home, the middle polish just came off. Believe it or not, throughout the day the rest just started to chipped off....looking like cheap nail polish. This was my 2nd time there and it will be my last. They were quick to get me out if the chair. I'm so over it....I just want my money back for the manicure. My biggest issue with them is that they won't let you talk. If something is wrong, IMMEDIATELY it's your fault. I've been getting my nails done for years! This place is horrible staff was friendly however they need to be go back to nail school! I got my nails done on Wednesday 1st issues was my gel nail color came off or two toe nails, 2nd issue my new full set is now lifting! I'm extremely pissed. Jenny has horrible customer service she tells me that the same guy that messsd up my nails will fix them!!! What??? That's when I got very upset! Also I paid a total of $161 for a full set with gel and they charge for shaping the nail smh I also got a pedicure. My mother got a pedicure and gel manicure which was $75 so all together I spent a total of $161! This place needs to be shut down. Horrible read more

I was referred to go to Jenny's nails. I am not normally a complainer and will leave, but just not return, but I must do this review. I went in for a pedicure and full set. The pedicure was so rushed and the nail painting was as if a 5 year old did it. Not painted on the complete toe nails and just sloppy. I said nothing about it at first, but when I got to Jenny's station I decided to mention that I needed at least another coat of paint on the toes because paint was not good. She began to speak in her language and to her fellow worker and it was very disrespectful! She was rude and clearly irritated! When I asked her if she could see the problem, she ignored me like I said nothing. It was so rude, I asked her if she heard me, and again ignored me. I gave the lady and this nasty business owner (Jenny) a tip and let them know that I would not be back. Still would not look at me as though what I said meant nothing. Before I left, I told her that she should be careful being rude to people because we have a choice where we spend our money and word does spread. Another lady was complaining about her attitude while I was leaving. As I see, her overall review is a 2 and many are saying they are not friendly, especially the owner called Jenny. WOW!! No stars!!!!!! My daughter and I came in to get a full set...both of us... we came in at 630 and they closed at 8 so I called on my way to make sure we had enough time and she said yes come on in. So we get there and there was 1 person ahead of us and all the nail techs were busy so we waited. Then a group of 8 people come in....4 of them for pedicures and 4 for full nail sets and pedicures...so somehow those 4 people got taken ahead of my daughter and I. Then we finally got our turn and the lady who did my nails did a HORRIBLE JOB. She rushed right through because about 10 more people walked in as we sat down. Then my daughter gets taken back and the lady was trying so hard to convince me to get her gel polish on an 11 year olds nails..I said no 3 times before she finally got the point. Then when my daughter showed her the design she wanted she said oooooh I only can do if it is gel polish, u want gel, ooooh and it $22 more...I said NO! And told my daughter to pick something else..so she said ok I just want a watermelon design on my ring finger. The lady had no idea what a watermelon was and my daughter said no that's not how u do it...and the lady snatched her hand and yelled WELL I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH YOU!!!! Very rude. The nail tech kept yanking my hands then pushing them away. So much to the point where she accidently hit her own hand on the nail drill and she blamed me for that. She also made a lot of side comments on why I should have long nails. It was blatant that she was talking about me to her friend. She did a nice job and I was excited about my trip to Vegas so I wasn't going to let this woman's attitude stop me from tipping her work. I'm from New York and on the way back home caught a flat tire and needed to get it fixed at the Pepboys nearby. As I waited for the car I decided to stop in here for a gel mani. The place is not that great looking inside, there were flies flying around, and I waited for quite a while to be attended to. The lady was not that friendly at all but she did my nails well. The gel mani looks great , shiny, and neat.Three stars solely on the basis of how my nails came out. If I lived in the area however, I may consider going to another salon. read more

If i could give a negative rating i would. I've given her business so many chances and I'm fed up. For starters she's rude. Second her business opens at 9 and most of the time her staff doesn't stroll in until almost 10am and there's a long wait. Well today was my final straw for Saturday her business hours are from 9:00am to 8pm. So, i get there 6:30 and i just needed my nails cut down, she didn't say hello or anything just yelled out they are closed. I proceed to say how are you closed when your sign on your door says you're open until 8 in addition your business door is wide open AND the open sign it lit up. Agree with the previous reviews. I've gone twice and the males did an awful job both times on my toes. They got the polish all in the sides of the nail and on my skin and the final coat was rough, not smooth. I shouldn't have to go home and touch up my nails right after I get them done. Also, the paint chipped off 1 week later on both occasions. Not going back and I'll be sure to tell my friends the same. read more

Do NOT go here. It is FILTHY! I honestly can't believe some inspector hasn't closed them down. The work stations, lights, chairs, floors disgusting. I had to ask for the inside of the thing they use to dry the gel nails to be cleaned because my hand was sticking to it. And they got MAD because cause I asked for it to be cleaned. The manicure was awful- I have 4 square nails and 6 round ones now. The older woman at station 4 was more interested in constantly talking to the woman at station 3 then she was in doing my nails.
