First time here. First impression the restaurant is clean and bright. Everything looks nice and fresh. Very friendly employee I filled out the form and she created my Poké bowl and I was surprised at how heavy it was. I thought I was going to get two meals out of it, but it was so tasty. I'm extremely impressed by their poke! The service was great and they really pack your poke bowl with toppings (which are unlimited, by the way) with generous portion sizes! I highly recommend getting the 2 proteins (large size). More protein plus the bowl is considerably larger for just $3. To ease the ordering process, there are paper menus that you can mark so they can build your custom bowl more efficiently. The fish is fresh and they have a wide variety of toppings. I love their spicy mayo and always choose the house sauce. They were so kind to even give me a complimentary milk tea once or twice, which I was so surprised to receive!!! Oh my goodness! I was starving after playing golf in the area and saw this spot on yelp. On yelp, it said closed but when I approached the restaurant it clearly was open. The hours are as follows: M-Th 11am-9p Fri-Sat 11am-930p Sun 12p-9p So glad I stopped, the bowls are big and there are so many options! If it's overwhelming, you can fill out a piece of paper with a list of proteins and various toppings. I don't want to compare these bowls to Hawaii because nothing compares but these are really good and will fill you up! They have boba teas too. Try it out! read more

I went here for lunch as I was looking for something a little bit light and this place did not disappoint. Their menu consist of customizable sushi, bowls, and sushi burritos, as well as a variety of drinks and small bites. I got the B5 silver spring roll without the wonton chips and with added eel sauce. The service was very quick and the woman working in the store was very kind and helpful. My burrito was really good and the fish tasted fresh. I opted to eat in my car, but there is plenty of seating within the establishment if you have a small party. This place is pretty solid for its location MoCo doesn't have that many poke places and I think this is a very welcomed store in this part of the county because the closest build your own bowl is literally in Rockville. This restaurant does have other locations throughout MD. It's right next to UPS and upon arrival it was a pretty quiet and cute storefront. You have an option of picking preselected menu items or building your own bowl or burrito with one of the paper sheets at the front. Alternatively, order online. I got the Hunt Valley classic and it was a little sweet for me but overall it's a fine bowl since I had a craving for it. Will this place be like a legit Hawaiian poke bowl? No, but it's good for a craving. I haven't tried the boba yet and will so in the future. Overall it's worth a visit! read more

I have actually never been here but have gotten delivery many times. Each single time I have been absolutely floored by how fresh and plentiful the ingredients in the poke bowls are. I've never done a build my own but all of the signature bowls I've had have been absolutely delicious, just packed full of fresh fish and flavorful ingredients. Boy, have I missed having good Poke near by. Honestly, I still miss it, because it's a good 15 minute drive to get here. But, it's definitely more convenient and actually better than the other Poke place I found in MoCo, so it's going to be my go-to spot. I had the Spicy Dragon bowl over salad, my husband had one over rice. We probably should have ordered two different bowls, but oh well. We both loved our bowls. The fish (and everything else) was super fresh and delicious, and just the right size. Usually, we do build your own when we do poke but this combination sounded really good since they were willing to put it over salad (it doesn't say that on the menu, you have to ask!) I may try a BYO next time since they don't limit you on how many veggies you add, or one of the other signature bowls that also sounded good. We also had drinks this time; he had a matcha boba tea, I had a honeydew milk tea w/o boba. The boba itself was pretty standard (but we're picky since we used to have a local place in another state that made them from scratch fresh every day), and the drinks were both good. Honeydew was very sweet, the matcha was a little sweet. The lady working there said some people were surprised by the matcha, not expecting it to be bitter but we knew what matcha was and honestly it didn't seem any more bitter than usual for green tea powder, and sweeter than I expected based on her comment. Poke Bowl isn't cheap, the signature bowls are 15.50 and if you build your own I think it was $13 or 14 for a single protein and $17 for two, which is getting up there, and if you add a fancy drink your meal for two will hit $50 easily. I think most of the time we probably will skip the fancy drinks because they kind of defeat the purpose of having the healthy meal, and they significantly increase the cost of the meal. If we were having a cheat night at the Pizza Stop next door and picking up delicious pastries from the Passion Bakery in the plaza, we might just go all in and pick up some milk teas though! But, we try to do a healthy lunch out on Sundays to offset Friday night splurge, and Poke Bowl is definitely going in to our Sunday rotation. read more

I just discovered poke because my new job is right by another poke restaurant and liked it, so I was excited to try Poke Bowl because it's less than a mile from my house. I ordered the large bowl with rice/salad and that comes with two proteins. I did a surf & turf with the spicy tuna and tempura chicken. Everything was very fresh, there was absolutely no fishy taste to the tuna at all so I'm impressed by the quality. I also got avocado and that looked pretty freshly cut up as well. The bowl was great. They put plenty of spicy mayo on it. The service was great. There were two orders being prepared and someone came out to help me so I was waiting less than I thought I would, which was a pleasant surprise. I will be back. read more

So we went there for boba a few times now and every time the boba pearls had an excellent texture and my kids said it was better than a lot of the more established boba shops. We just had the poke and the we thought the ingredients were very fresh and they had a good selection of ingredients and house Poki creations suggested for people who are more indecisive. The house Poki creations were very large also so are probably a bargain compared to the ala cart choice. Compared to other poki shops they don't charge extra for some premium ingredients. read more

I have to admit this place did not impress me at first. At the time, there was another place I went to that had good poke cheaper than this. This place has grown on me and has become my default poke restaurant now and this is why. It doesn't seem intuitive they charge more for a 2 protein combo than other places. But after a while, i realize their one protein bowl has as much food as a two protein bowl elsewhere making their pricing actually decent. 2nd, in my opinion, they have the best toppings. There is a sauce they mix your protein in AND a dressing over the bowl. They are generally very quick at making your bowl. My only issue is that their app which is corporate, can use an upgrade. read more
