Super cute shop with great boba at a great price! I got a medium cheesefoam black tea with boba AND a custard wheel for less than I pay for just one drink at other places. The tea, boba, cheesefoam, and ambiance were all spot on - my only complaint is the parking can be difficult on a busy weekend and it's easy to get stuck in the one way/exit lot. Totally not the shop's fault, just a heads up if you plan on visiting on the weekend!

Yu Fang is a legit boba place because if you're aiming for authentic tea based drinks, this is the place! They have self-ordering devices or you can walk up front and verbally order through the cashier. There isn't a lot of space when it comes to seating. The last time I went it was so crowded but my family and I were able to find a table. I'm also not sure if they still have it but there was also a ramen machine that was available at their location which was a cool touch.

After eat dinner we looking for drink place and talk. My friends took me this place and I like it. Order some dessert too for Togo. I loved to eat sweet and loved dessert too. We went to closed time before 30min but still a lot of people were insides.

I really like the bubble tea drinks here! They have a huge selection of teas and customizations that you can do and they specialize in fruity bubble teas. You can order at a kiosk or at the counter and bonus points because their cashiers can speak Chinese! There's limited seating inside and no outdoor seating, but I typically take my bubble tea to go, so it wasn't a problem at all. My boyfriend did not like the green plum tea that he got, but if you grew up eating a lot of Asian desserts, it was actually really pleasant for me (my mom and I ended up finishing it together). My favorites are the Yi Fang fruit bubble tea (their house speciality) and the mango pomelo sago. The former was definitely sweeter but the latter has a great slightly sour, slightly sweet taste that was very refreshing. Would come back!

You have to get the MANGO SAGO! It is so so good! There were a ton of people in the store but everything was so efficiently done. Service was very quick!

Yi fang drinks are always on point! Mango pomelo sago is the bomb dot com. I've also tried their mango-avocado drink, so good. Drinks never miss. It's so cute inside here, small tables on the side and enough space to stand and wait for your drink order to-go. The pancakes took awhile to come out, we received our drinks before the pancakes were ready. Wasn't really worth it, they were kind of mid. Lacked filling. I don't think I'd get them again, I'm gonna stick to my mango sago.

Yi Fang a lot of fun, diverse choices on the menu. We weren't huge fans of the drinks we got from Yi Fang though. The milk tea tasted a little watered down and the passionfruit tea was very sour. Since there are so many options on the menu, we might try something else next time.

Best bubble tea in the DMV hands down. Great selection and fun treats as well. Love the custard waffles. Mango sago is the best drink! Fast service and easy ordering. Great vibe with seating and easy to go.

Love Yi Fang. It's my favorite boba chain. I got the mango pomelo sago, and they didn't fully blend it so that there were small pieces of ice and mango unblended in it. I actually quite liked it that way. The boba here is always fresh and deliciously chewy. Highly recommend. Service was average. It's got the same typical boba chain vibe.

We got Mango pomelo sago and coffee jelly latte, both are so good! Get half sugar if you don't like them too sweet. Cute and unique decorations, quick and good service. Definitely will be back and try more drunks!

I was really craving a good milk tea and decided to go to Yi Fang but ended up leaving with my craving unsatisfied. Unfortunately, the milk tea was very watery and the boba had zero flavor which I never believed to be possible. My friend's green tea with cheese foam was better but the boba still lessened the appeal of the drink. Next time, I'll stick with their fruit teas and select different toppings instead.

Got the mango pomelo sago per my friend's suggestion. It is one of their most popular drinks. Tasted good, but it wasn't mixed well and it was super bitter when I drank small chunks of the pomelo. Proportion of the sago was off - too much of it. The 3 stars is mainly due to the slowness of getting our order. There were only two other people in the shop when we placed our order, so it was not busy at all. The cashier girl didn't even bother taking our order and just pointed to the screen to place our own order. Two boys making the drinks, one might have been training the other. It took around 15 minutes to get our two drinks (which were the same).

I love trying bubble tea shops and YiFang caught my attention for having sago drinks. On my first visit I tried the mango pomelo sago-the fresh mango was delicious and there were chunks of pomelo mixed with the sago. My second time I tried the taro sago latte with 30% sugar, it was the perfect amount of sweet and texture. This is my favorite drink in the DMV. The parking lot gets filled up, though there's usually a few spots near the 7-11. When you walk in, the menu is on the left, tons of options and you order and pay on the screen. You put your name in and get a number, and they'll call your name when your drink is up. There are some table and chairs inside if you want to stick around for a bit.

Tables not cleaned and most uneven and wonky. Just one sad front of house employee working that I saw just getting through the orders that are self order. This place has zero ambiance. I went to the bathroom and toilet tissue was nearly out and there was no way to even get anyone's attention to attend to that. Employee just kept their head down working. Food- drinks were great. My favorite is the watermelon coconut jelly. We had the pork chop pineapple bun. This is still a good sandwich. Tastes like they used to make it. Juicy pork chop, sweet pineapple bun. The construction of the sandwich leaves much to be desired because all the wet veggie ingredients slide the entire sandwich. Once you start eating, you should not put this sandwich down or it will come apart. They should put the sandwich in a sleeve. We ordered the fried chicken bento box. This bento has changed a bit from their previous version. With the new paper packaging, there are less compartments for goodies. The fried chicken recipe is different as all the batter fell off the chicken and was just a mess. There was close to zero pickles greens. With the dish which I feel brings this kind of bento together. Conclusion is food is decent, ambiance sucks. Would order to go from here but any fried food from here will be a disaster after you get it home. Had high hopes as I loved the previous location's food. Now being able to "look behind the curtain" and see how everything is made, I kind of feel question the cleanliness of this place.

My wife ordered a taro milk tea with a cheese foam cap and I went with a Vietnamese iced coffee with an ube cream topping. Both of our drinks were well prepared and had a ton of flavor. My wife liked that you can choose what kind of tea (black, green, or Oolong) for the taro drink, and we both found the cheese foam to be perfectly creamy and savory. Similarly, my strong iced coffee was prepared according to my taste with 0% sugar, and the cream topping had a discernible ube flavor without excessive sweetness. We both opted for grass jelly mixed into our potables and appreciated the soft, slurpable texture which indicated freshness. Our drinks averaged around $8 per, which is pretty standard. The interior of Ding was clean and bright, certainly pleasant enough in which to pass some time. We are glad we tried this place and can easily foresee returning when in the area.

As I walked past to find a different lunch place, I saw a different door with an open sign in it, and noticed the "big crowd" inside. Popping in, I found four people. One looked to be taking pictures for social media. One was sitting at a table, one at the claw machine, and the last, very bored, at one of the counters. Not a great sign. So, the hall reminds me painfully of a mall food court. There are six ish restaurants along one side, lots of seating on the other, and it's literally otherwise a hall. A bar sits at one side, and that was indeed closed. The restaurants are little more than counters, and all have kiosks. Behind them is their presumably shared kitchen. The restaurants are all fast food style. You can order from any restaurant from any kiosk. I chose the Japanese restaurant Milan, and Gong Cha for boba tea (hi, my name is Joshua, and I'm a bobaholic). Gong Cha was good, Milan was okay, but I'm reviewing the space here. Oh, and one of the restaurants also sells cheap, $7 rings -- also a good sign. I did go to the restroom, and it was slightly terrifying. There's a sign over the urinals thats said "DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING." I am not sure what that meant, but I was careful not to touch any surface in the filthy bathroom. You ever use a restroom and you contemplate whether washing your hands after is a net gain or loss? Gross. After eating, I asked the one staff member where to put my tray, which was a single trash can on the far area. None of the restaurants really impressed me, and they're all chain-like. I can get better food in lots of other places, without the mall kiosk feeling. Like traditional malls, this place is painfully dying.
