Pineapple strawberry milk tea with strawberry, and mango bubbles and mango jellies. I asked for little ice!

We are not local to the area. Love Bubble tea and wanted to find a place where we could pick our own toppings and customize our drink. I must say, glad we chose Bubble n' Berry. Friendly service, clean, so many options of yummy bubbles and jellies, several drink options and even yogurt!! Highly recommend!

*****3.5 stars: Bubble tea review***** After passing by Bubble n' Berry so many times, I finally stopped by and tried out the bubble tea. My almond milk tea was pretty good and the boba was soft and not too chewy. It wasn't overly sweet and the nutty almond flavor came through nicely. C enjoyed his strawberry fruit tea boba, which was made with fresh strawberry. At first glance, the boba here seems like it's on the expensive side; however, there is only one size offered (24oz), so prices are pretty reasonable. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. There's plenty of parking in the lot, which gets quite busy during peak hours so you may have to circle around or park a little further out.

This is probably closer to 3.5 stars. I live nearby and got around to trying it out! My niece and I went when they had just opened for the day. Clean, spacious and well lit. First time so it took us a few minutes to look at the menu and make our choices. The person helping us at the counter was really nice and answered a bunch of our questions. My niece got the hibiscus tea with boba. Light. Sweet. Refreshing. Not a very strong hibiscus flavor but still tasty. The boba was sweet and bit on the softer side. I like mine with a little more chew. I got the lavender milk tea with boba. Went with non dairy powder option but think I'd try Almond milk next time. A bit sweeter than what I usually drink. The lavender was very mild. Tough when it comes to lavender cause too much and it'll taste like laundry soap. It was ok. I'll get something else next time. The teas remind me of Ten Ren. I'll go back and try the froyo, but when it comes to bubble tea, I'd pick KFT, Gong Cha or TBaar first. Still, nice to have Bubble n' Berry in the neighborhood!

I truly love this bubble tea shop. Ok so it also has froyo that you can mix and match and get all the toppings but I'm here for the bubble tea. Everything is made to perfection with such delicious combinations. Peach lychee, Mango passion fruit, matcha smoothie with some unique jellies and poppies to boot. Coffee jelly, honey boba, pomegranate poppers. There's a flavor here for everybody. Really, a wonderful store that deserves all the praise.

My daughter is obsessed with bubble tea and wherever we are, she always wants to try new places. We were in the area for lunch and decided to stop by and try. Its a cute little spot in a corner of the Redwood shopping center. We were greeted immediately and staff were so nice! The place was clean and had really cute colors. They offer froyo and a variety of milk teas...so many options. I tried the coconut milk tea and my daughter got the brown sugar. It was pretty good, but a bit on the sweeter side. My daughter liked hers, but its wasn't her favorite. If we happen to come back, we may need to adjust the sweetness level and Id definitely try some other items on the menu. Overall, not a bad bubble tea spot, and worth a try!

First time and loved it! Such a cute place and nice customer service. The kids loved it too.

Sweet service--even sweeter tea. Says my grown son. And for this guy to say it's really sweet means it's heavy on the syrup! So be warned, it might be a little too much. Located in the Redwood Shopping Center, a small neighborhood strip center, B n' B is brightly lit with a few tables for outdoor seating. I stayed in the car, but my son reports that the store was clean, and the service was swift and accurate.

They no longer have the buy one get one free promotion on the 11th of the month, thankfully that didn't stop us from coming. The service and variety are excellent. Froyo flavors: - Mango - Coconut - Lychee Sorbet - Salted Caramel - Original Tart - Taro - Red Velvet Cake - Strawberry - Cotton Candy - Vanilla - Chocolate We got a Taro frozen yogurt (.49 cents per oz) and ordered the Large Taro slushie ($4.75) with tapioca bubbles and lychee jelly (+1.00). Our drink came with plenty of the bubbles but barely any jelly. The cashier was extremely friendly and he even custom made our bubble tea upon request (we wanted a taro slushie instead of the milk tea). It was a great experience.

This is my first time coming here! And its located in the Redland Shopping center. There is plenty of parking and the store itself is easy to locate. When I walked in there was only one person working and she was super sweet and friendly. Customer service was AMAZING! I came in here with my whole family. My kids were super excited because they has oriental snacks that we usually get from the asian market there on the counter and super cute spoons! They had a good amount of frozen yogurt choices. But Honestly the only one I liked was the Birthday cake. Their peanut butter flavor was somewhat sour? We tried the chocolate and it was not that great. I honestly think this is more of an oriental flavored fro-yo place. It does not taste Americanized. BUT! I know many will still enjoy their frozen yogurt. BUBBLE TEA!! I love it! Their cookies and cream!! Was great!!! I was tempted on getting the coconut flavor since she mentioned that a lot of people order that flavor. I will definitely come here again!

A new bubble tea and frozen yogurt place in a semi-old strip-mall. I dig it! This is one of the closest places near my home that offers bubble tea and it isn't so bad. It is not the best option out there and certainly not a place to travel far and wide to get. However, it is a good option compared to the placed nearby, which are very seldom. I do appreciate how clean this place is considering that it is new, but I can understand how quickly new places become dirtier. The place seems organized and easy to manage. They do have a lot of options for snacks in addition to the frozen yogurt and also some cool choices to mix and max. There is a good amount of seating considering that it isn't near a movie theatre or anything like that. It is a good place to say "Hey, lets meet here". Sit down and chat for 15-20 minutes should suffice. Overall, good to have a place in this location with a pretty good selection of flavors. It isn't overly sweet and pretty good. I would say I would come here again since it is pretty much on the way home.

Thai milk smoothie. Not bad at all, probably shouldn't have gotten the pops AND lychee lol. But overall, great!

Great place! Atmosphere is cheery, bright, and welcoming. The workers are kind and welcoming! Music is funny and fun. Highly recommend this place. Better than average for a Local Bubble tea spot. They also offer "Asian" snacks like Pocky or Hello Panda so you kinda guess the theme here. I enjoyed their product and services! Will be back again!

Samples anyone!!! When I walked in the young lady running the show quickly asked me would I like some sample cups! She must know the way to my heart!!! I sampled strawberry, cotton candy, and this sorbet flavor that was out of this world amazing. I ended up getting strawberry, coconut, and birthday cake which turned out to be a righteous combination! I contemplated putting extra toppings on it but I was on my way to the gym and I already felt guilty enough having all of that sugar. The young lady working was wonderful and attentive. She explained all the toppings to me and she was so kind and helpful. I give this place an B+! It has great lighting, great staff, great pricing, and a food product. My only drawback was that there was no sugar-free option. I'm big into eating healthy 5-6 days a week so at least let me trick myself into thinking I'm having fun even when it's just a placebo!

It's our new favorite bubble tea place in the area. My sister-in-law took us here for bubble teas. The place is clean and wide open. It has a nice atmosphere. They have Covid guidelines signs all over the store. Also, a few tables and chairs are not used. They have a lot of flavors to choose from; if you wanted milk tea, slush, or smoothie. They have frozen yogurt but we haven't tried it yet. We ordered the brown sugar, strawberry slushy, watermelon slushy, and mango green tea. All of them were good especially the brown sugar. The boba is fresh. It's my kid's favorite bubble tea place and every time we are at my sister-in-law's house they always wanted to stop by and get slushies. I highly recommend this local bubble tea place to everyone.

Sat outside to have our froyo and mango green tea. Perfect night for it!

There were endless fruity and chocolate combinations to choose from. I had a chuckle at their Luck O' The Irish flavor, a leprechaun inspired mix of mint Oreo and Lucky Charms. There was a sign stating that samples were limited to two, but I appreciated that the employees let us try a few extra given the overwhelming variety. *Lavender Honey: leaned far more heavily into honey than lavender. I was disappointed by how faint the floral notes were. The base was overly milky and dominated by sweetness rather than any delicate herbal flavor. *Cherry Blossom: suffered from the same issue of muted flavors. Supposedly a rose water and cherry combination, neither ingredient made much of an impression on the base. The rose lacked any fragrance and the cherry failed to provide either tartness or brightness. *Salted Caramel: slightly too aggressive with the sea salt, though it could have worked if the caramel had more depth. Instead, the caramel lacked any rich, toasted flavor, leaving the overall profile rather flat. The variety was entertaining, but the execution fell short. Many of the flavors sounded far more exciting than they actually tasted. The mix-ins and toppings needed to be incorporated more generously, and the bases themselves required stronger infusions to carry the advertised flavors. In the end, the playful names were more memorable than the ice cream itself.

Calling the selection good would be an understatement. Flavors and styles lined the walls, and they have even introduced seasonal spring drinks alongside their custards and Italian ice. I ordered a gelati, which came with two flavors and the option to add a warm brownie in the center. They also offer prepackaged pints to take home. The only item that could not be sampled was the not fried chicken, their iconic Shark Tank inspired creation shaped like a chicken leg, where the novelty lies more in the form than the flavor. Some flavors had intriguing names like Tiger Blood and Midnight Fantasy, and the staff were more than happy to explain each one in detail. *Midnight Fantasy: featured a chocolate base mixed with chunks of brookie. It leaned heavier with a slightly grainy texture from the cookie pieces, but the chocolate itself was not overly sweet. It worked best when paired with something lighter. The brookie itself was well balanced, with a fudgy brownie component and a cookie that had a snickerdoodle like quality. *Mango Italian Ice: had a clean, fruity flavor and a smooth texture. It was not overly icy and paired nicely with the custard on top. *Honey Milk: was my favorite of everything I tried. The honey flavor came through strongly, both in taste and aroma, while the milky richness added a smooth creaminess. It paired beautifully with the Italian ice and balanced the richness of the Midnight Fantasy. *Spring Break Soda: was an interesting take on a Sprite style drink, with kiwi syrup, blue raspberry syrup, grenadine, and cold foam. It definitely delivered a sugar rush. There was a tropical feel, but it may be best suited for those with a serious sweet tooth. There is likely something for everyone here, and the friendly service makes it easy to find your match. While I would probably skip the sodas, the Italian ice and custard stood out for their quality.

Nice set-up but they are still awaiting their liquor license (as of Jan. 2026), so they only serve non-alcoholic juices, sodas and water (for now) and hot teas on the weekends. The servers are very sweet and really know the food and menu. However, I did observe they are either a bit inexperienced, or the place is still getting things in order-- as they carry the food out without trays. I observed one server carrying a soup very close to the rim with bare hands. Now, for the food. An excellent array of varied dishes from different regions of Peruvian cuisine. My husband and I have tried our fair share of Peruvian food both in Peru and across various U.S. states. It's our go-to-food. The food here had its highs and lows. The Good & The Bad: Grilled octopus was delicious with a generous portion of everything served on sizzling skillet. Chorros à la chalaca (fresh mussels) served with pico. Both had a lovely presentation and savory flavors. Lomo saltado (sautéed beef tenderloin pieces) with fettuccine à la Huancaina served over a bed of fettuccine in a spicy cheese sauce (IYKYK). The Huancaina sauce was on point as was the sauce for the lomo--The (lomo) beef however was not. Beef was overcooked and tough to chew. And being a Peruvian spot the Classic Ceviche was a work of art but the flavor and the spice-level was lacking. Finally, I asked for a side of sauce and was charged for 2 oz. of sauce. They also tacked on a service charge fee for a table of two. Overall, the ambiance was nice and friendly but the food coming out of the kitchen did not warrant a $130 bill. Honestly, the prices are comparable for this kind of food. But I would expect better product and less hidden fees. I hope this small business will keep improving I'd love to give it another chance once they work out the kinks-- but judge for yourself!

On several occasions I've seen employees on their phone texting and video with their friends which seemed more important than helping customers. They've made me wait until they finished their conversation on the phone which was annoying. I couldn't believe it when the employee put the phone down face up on the counter and their friends were still on the phone's video so they could get back to them after helping the few customers at the window. Rita's should make it a strict policy that when you're at work you're at work. No phones unless employees are on their break. Not to mention that touching the phone and then serving people isn't sanitary. I also feel that the employees at all the Rita's locations are not very friendly. No smiles, not eager to make suggestions. Maybe it has something to do with the work ethic of young employees? No matter, management should insist on professionalism and consider installing cameras at the window in order to remotely observe employee interaction with customers when management isn't there. I would suggest employing some retired folks to work for the company too. I think you'd get better employees. In addition, my significant other and I are on Social Security. It's disappointing to see prices rising exponentially. Charging $8 to over $10 per person for ice cream with no coupons -ever, and the cone size keeps getting smaller. From now on, I think we're going to go back to Dairy Queen or buy ice cream at the grocery store and eat it on the patio or front doorstep like old times.
