When you call in the order, they will ask which design you want (by a letter code shown on the pictures). You can select what type of cake base & filling. I decided to try out design G with Green Tea cake base & Chestnut fillings. The whole cake was covered with mangos, strawberries and blueberries. It was the best cake we ever ordered. Prices are reasonable and there so many cake styles to choose from. This place will be our first choice for all future cake orders. I highly recommend this bakery.

He was tragically killed by a hit and run driver last year. He was a friendly, outgoing, and a pillar of the community. Truthfully, I teared up at a memorial in the bakery for this family man and excellent chef. We had many conversations when I came in to pick up family occasion cakes. It is hard to believe he is not there. The business is still running under the capable hands of his daughter and son in law ( and his right hand baker- Maria). My granddaughter's cake turned out beautifully and was delicious. The bakery is still here and although I really miss seeing chef Harry, but I am so happy his family continues to honor him and serve delicious baked goods.
