    Chocolate Mousse

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh how I wanted to love you, especially after seeing mochi donuts on the Pike Bakery menu. I've been to this location for bubble tea a few times and it's a solid 4stars. Love the efficiency of ordering, flavors offered, and cleanliness of the dining area. It's like a pretty cafeteria with wooden furniture instead of the cheap planks you'd find in a school cafeteria. Then I offered the donuts and it dropped from a solid 4 to a 3. They looked pretty yet tasted...oily. Like they were fried in the same oil as a fish fillet. Not sure why or how that's even possible. We ordered a few of them and they all tasted the same. Warming them up didn't change a thing. Now, it could be that the items weren't as fresh. Perhaps it was an off day, especially since the other desserts were beautiful and appeared tasty. The Chocolate Mousse didn't make us happy either, but maybe the other ones were good. The employees are always friendly and parking is kind of jam packed, so maybe carpool? Order via DoorDash or Uber if you can? Either way, I'm sure there's an option for someone here that's delicious. I would just steer clear of the mochi donuts.

I love the concept and variety, but the korean food kind of bummed me out. Kimbap was good, but deokbukki wasnt, korean fried chicken was soso, samgak kimbap wasn't, miso soup was too salty.. some other options might be better. Family liked sushi. Boba tea was fine, but the one I got was filled with ice and tasted more like a snow cone or slurpee from 7 eleven (some might like that). Maybe I'll try ramen or bulgogi next time. I really do like the place, but food just didn't do it for me. I don't remember seeing alcohol there, but it'd be a great place to have it and hang out with friends. Parking was easy.

Quick and convenient. From order to delivery is always fast and the food is hot and fresh. Multiple stations of different types of food with a centralize kiosk for easy ordering. Plenty of tables, music, and TV screens to enjoy while you are there.

Asian food hall with a lot of options. You can order on the machines and pick up at the counter. Pretty good system and everything was delicious. Pricing is ok. I had the poke bowl. My sister had the onigiri. My poke bowl wasn't that great. I had a different expectation. Ambiance is nice - not too noisy.

So good each time. I love the different options and stations. The soy jang bulgogi dosirak is my go-to. There's plenty of seating inside and the service is always quick.

    Rice Bowl

I've been going here since it first opened and I used to really enjoy it. But as of late this place has been gradually getting worse everytime we go. Since there's so many menu items, I try to tet something different. Im a huge pork belly fan, but this pork belly was the worst ive ever had. Even with the sauces offered, the pork was beyond overcooked and rubbery to the point where I couldnt eat half of it even after smothering it in various sauces. What really sold my "im never coming back" is when I emptied my rice bowl to pack it up, and saw the bowl's paint was peeling off. Luckily only a little paint was on the food and it was easily visible on rice. But the fact I could scrape the paint off with my chopsticks was disgusting. Super disheartening, it's not hard to throw out a bad bowl, especially at the risk of a customer's safety. Not worth the price or my health.

Originally went to Pike Kitchen for boba tea with my niece and nephew but then we stopped by Wingle for the tornado fries. They LOVED it and we ended up getting a second one. Wingle also had samples of their chicken which was really good! We weren't that hungry but we will definitely come back to visit. The staff was friendly as well.

    Bulgogi Dosirak

This is $15.95 for the Bulgogi Dosirak. These was only scrap beef, not pickled vegetables. This is embarrassing. Full price as well, I'm afraid what you do for lunch special.

The entire meal was delicious, it was flavorful and well seasoned.. the added vegetables in the bowl were perfection... this was a DoorDash delivery ordered. The driver was polite. Once I unbagged the meal everything look as it did in the picture so I was very happy. As for the ambience, I've been in Pike Kitchen before I loved that-place.

Pike's Kitchen - My Go-To Chicken CupBob Fix! If there's one spot that's become a regular in my UberEats rotation, it's Pike's Kitchen for their Chicken CupBob. I've been ordering the buy one get one free deal at least once a month since summer, and honestly, it's one of the best finds for a quick, protein-packed meal. I usually go for the Korean Sweet Spicy flavor, which has just the right balance of heat and sweetness, but every now and then, I mix it up with the Garlic Soy for a milder, savory option. What I love is that these bowls are packed with chicken -- enough that I can split one bowl in half, save the rice for later, and easily turn it into two meals. It's perfect for anyone looking to stay full without breaking the bank. When I'm not ordering online, picking up is super easy. They have a well-organized pick-up area, and the process is seamless. Occasionally, I'll dine in -- the space is open, clean, and has plenty of seating if you want to enjoy your meal right there. Pike's Kitchen has become my reliable go-to for quick, flavorful meals that don't disappoint. If you're into bold Korean flavors and great value, you've got to try the Chicken CupBob. Just don't be surprised if it becomes your monthly (or weekly) obsession too!

If you can't decide what to eat, this is the place to go. They have a variety of different Asian food options- sushi, Japanese and Korean dishes, and also fried sandwiches and chicken. They have kiosks all around the store and you can order from multiple vendors at one time which is convenient rather than visiting individual stalls. They usually have Vietnamese food too, but the stand was closed when I visited I got the stuffed tofu skins from the sushi stand and it did take some time to prepare even though there were barely any customers in the store. The chicken skins were really good and weren't too spicy. However, the rice didn't seem to be cooked all the way and was a bit crunchy. The bulgogi was good as well but the consistency was more like ground beef rather than traditional bulgogi.

I've been to this food hall (think food court but hip) a few times, both for dine in and takeout. Everything I've had was delicious. The items that come to mind are pad Thai and a pastry (croissant, pictured). The seating is all inside and is comprised of large picnic style benches. Service depends on where you choose to get your food from, but it's always been good. Give Pike Kitchen a try!

Invited my Goddaughter to this establishment for the first time, and after ordering our food we went to find a table to eat. Unfortunately, my Goddaughter didn't eat her food because she saw a roach crawling over the table which made her feel pretty disgusted. I felt really bad we experienced that!

The fried rice is prepared well. Fries are crispy, but you don't want to wait to eat them because of the box they come in.

Do they sell Korean corn dogs at the K street food stall?

Don't think they do at the K Street stall but they have Korean corn dogs and mozzarella dogs on a stick at the bakery.

Are there any gluten free options here? Do any of the places have Japchae (sweet potato glass noodles) or soba (whole buckwheat noodles)?

I think they are better at more floral teas but this wasnt bad. 2/5 Banana Pudding Matcha - Banana flavor was not strong, it was not sweet when it should have definitely been more sweet and the flavors just didnt mix very well 0.5/5 Portugese Tart - pretty good but nothing too memorable 2.75/5

The tofu steam bun -- easily my favorite lunch item in the area -- really didn't work. It's still an interesting experience but I really can't recommend a place I now avoid. --- PROS - Interesting selection, interesting food, lots of options, overall friendly staff. - Bathrooms were clean. The interior of the restaurant seemed like a good meeting/date spot. Although they had Wifi, I wouldn't call this a great place to come and study or get work done, although I saw people doing that. I've had the Vietnamese coffee twice, the first time was great, the second time was just okay. Food items are very unique, so much so I didn't like some of them but I still enjoyed the experience. Try something that sounds weird, it's half the fun of coming in here. CONS * Allergies - it wasn't clear what all everything was made with so if you're trying to avoid gluten or peanuts or eggs, I didn't see much on ingredients. I know for some people that's a red flag. * The tea. We just thought it was above average but not amazing. I mean its right in the name, come on. * Collecting items - you gotta look for the little trays and the salad tongs. That's what you use to grab stuff out of the cases. I know for most people that was super obvious but it wasn't for me. * Summertime note: during the hotter months I've noticed they seem to have some issues with keeping things cool.

One disappointment was when the counter person asked me if I wanted room for cream in my coffee, I said yes and asked if they had nondairy products. She said they had almond and soy. I asked for soy and she returned with my drink. When I went to pay, I saw they charged 79 cents for almond, soy and oatmilk. Ok. Here's the thing. I assume it's on the board and I should have looked, but she also could have mentioned it. Also, charging for these items when they put a little in your coffee leaves me feeling like I'm being abused for not being a dairy person. Anyway, it's a nice neighborhood place and there's a lot of treats there.
