It was a day old, but it didn't have as much flavor as the first one and the walnuts were sort of sunken to the bottom of the muffin. A sugared brioche dough, fried and split open like a sandwich, stuffed with a marshmallowy whipped cream and perfectly ripe peach slices. In a word: divine. I went back more than once to have it again. The way you select your pastures is by grabbing a tray and personal set of tongs, going down the display line to select what you'd like. You then bring your selections to the register and can order coffee or tea at that time as well. There are non-pastry items you can order as well, including a bento box around lunch time and their signature cloud pancakes that take a while to make but come out looking incredibly airy. While you wouldn't necessarily make a whole trip to the area to seek out Teamania, if you're already in the area it's well worth your time.

However, I'll blame my choice of ordering my breakfast sandwich over a breakfast pupusa on the fact that I was still in sleep mode. ;) I thought the prices were pretty fair. My bacon, egg, cheese bagel + a side of potatoes + a can of Diet Coke was about 10 bucks. One tip (pun intended), bring cash for a tip. Unfortunately, their electronic payment system isn't set up to add a tip to your payment. Although I would not go out of my way to stop here, it is nice to have another early-morning breakfast option that isn't a fast food spot. One other thing: parking is VERY limited (like most places in this area) because I think the storefront only has 2-3 parking spots. I'd say their pastries are a step above their drinks based on my experience. I'm also in the service industry, so I try to be understanding when things aren't perfect. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect some willingness to make a reasonable correction when a customer is clearly unhappy with something they've barely consumed. I also ordered the mango coconut cream drink for my daughter. I do appreciate they use real fruit and that it looked pretty but I really don't see what the hype is about. I didn't like my jasmine tea and my daughter, nor I, liked the mango coconut tea. Definitely not a fan ... won't be back.
