He even told me to sell the part online to get my money back. The manager was completely dismissive, unprofessional, and had zero accountability. When I called customer service, they said nothing could be done and promised a call from the general manager within 24 hours. It's been almost two weeks with no contact. Staff clearly don't know what they're doing, and this manager can't handle even a simple situation. Extreme red flag. Avoid this place entirely unless you know exactly what you need and can deal with rude, incompetent staff.

They do free alternator/battery tests as well as windshield wiper installations for free. The customer service is always hit or miss. I originally walked in asking if they can do a a battery/alternator test. He said yes, that he will be out in a few minutes and asked me to repark in front of the store. It took longer than 10 minutes for him to finally come outside. He did the battery test and said it's fine, but that it may not last much longer. I told him I would rather just have the battery changed and that I have one in the car. He was hesitant to install it in case it was the wrong battery, but I had purchased it from Costco and already knew it was the correct one. There is plenty of parking available, but they do share the lot with Gold's Gym and Dollar Tree (as well as other businesses), so I'm sure it can get busy. I'm giving 3 stars mostly because of the wait time. If I'd known I'd be waiting that long, I would've just gone to the other one on the way to my original destination.

Also the parking at this place is less than stellar, the time before I tried to go in but all of the spots in the front of the store were taken by their own parts delivery cars. So I ended up just rolling over to the other auto parts store nearby.

Two people behind the counter; a young lade and man. No greeting, no "can I help you"... they were interested in nothing except chatting to each other. I located the small selection of bolts in the store after a few minutes and I asked the young man if he had a thread gauge for the bolt. He responded with "no" and offered no assistance. They've always been helpful in steering me to the product that I need or helping me with a repair that should be easier and more simple than I've made it. Today I went in simply to get oil specific for my vehicle and put some in since I was at least a quart low. What was an easy fix became more difficult when I dropped the oil cap down behind the engine and couldn't find it. I bought and returned two oil caps that were supposed to fit for my model car but didn't. Jordan and other staff members assisted with trying to use flashlights and other devices to locate the oil cap, but to no avail. They went above and beyond the call of duty over 2 hours. Even after I retrieved a new VW OEM engine oil cap from a local dealership, they were there to assist to make sure my car didn't sound like there was a loose cap somewhere below the engine. This has actually been similar to my experiences with other AutoZone shops around the area. I highly recommend to visit here if you need something simple or even something more complex because they are there to help and make sure that what you need has been taken care of. Make sure to ask for Jordan although all of the staff members were able to assist in one way or another. Highly recommend!

A gentleman came out the door and held it open we started talking and he said how can I help you. Very personable gentleman. He tested my battery it failed I needed a new one. He looked up my purchases with my phone number. My last battery was in 2022 so the warranty was expired. He said we have 3 batteries in stock I got $22 off for trade in and paid $275 it comes with a 4 year warranty. He had a line so he told me he'll be out in a few minutes offered me a drink. Exceptional customer service. As he put my battery in I asked if he was the manager and he is. I knew it. He was super nice , knowledgeable and just pleasant. I just got off work and was really stressed, tired. I Will continue to come to this location and recommend it to others.
