They do free alternator/battery tests as well as windshield wiper installations for free. The customer service is always hit or miss. I originally walked in asking if they can do a a battery/alternator test. He said yes, that he will be out in a few minutes and asked me to repark in front of the store. It took longer than 10 minutes for him to finally come outside. He did the battery test and said it's fine, but that it may not last much longer. I told him I would rather just have the battery changed and that I have one in the car. He was hesitant to install it in case it was the wrong battery, but I had purchased it from Costco and already knew it was the correct one. There is plenty of parking available, but they do share the lot with Gold's Gym and Dollar Tree (as well as other businesses), so I'm sure it can get busy. I'm giving 3 stars mostly because of the wait time. If I'd known I'd be waiting that long, I would've just gone to the other one on the way to my original destination.

To make things worse, the cashier checked it out before even confirming inventory, so I had to go back and return it. The website clearly showed it was available, but in reality, it wasn't. Unfortunately Car Quest lacked this, so up to the counter where the person at the counter didn't know who made the car much less could easily find what we needed. Eventually having to call a co-worker in to assist and they were able to find the wiper blades in the back area. Also the parking at this place is less than stellar, the time before I tried to go in but all of the spots in the front of the store were taken by their own parts delivery cars. So I ended up just rolling over to the other auto parts store nearby.

Their prices always beat AutoZone, Advance Auto, NAPA, etc. If they don't have an item in stock they can get the item there the same day (in the afternoon) or within a 24 hour period, since they have other locations nearby.

I recalled an O'Reilly store had opened up just up the street so I figured I'd have a look and see if they carried bolts. I walk into the store and I am the single customer. Two people behind the counter; a young lade and man. No greeting, no "can I help you"... they were interested in nothing except chatting to each other. I located the small selection of bolts in the store after a few minutes and I asked the young man if he had a thread gauge for the bolt. He responded with "no" and offered no assistance. I said "well then", set the bolts on the counter and walked out. I definitely wont go back anytime soon, if ever.
