They've always been helpful in steering me to the product that I need or helping me with a repair that should be easier and more simple than I've made it. Today I went in simply to get oil specific for my vehicle and put some in since I was at least a quart low. What was an easy fix became more difficult when I dropped the oil cap down behind the engine and couldn't find it. I bought and returned two oil caps that were supposed to fit for my model car but didn't. Jordan and other staff members assisted with trying to use flashlights and other devices to locate the oil cap, but to no avail. They went above and beyond the call of duty over 2 hours. Even after I retrieved a new VW OEM engine oil cap from a local dealership, they were there to assist to make sure my car didn't sound like there was a loose cap somewhere below the engine. This has actually been similar to my experiences with other AutoZone shops around the area. I highly recommend to visit here if you need something simple or even something more complex because they are there to help and make sure that what you need has been taken care of. Make sure to ask for Jordan although all of the staff members were able to assist in one way or another. Highly recommend!

A gentleman came out the door and held it open we started talking and he said how can I help you. Very personable gentleman. He tested my battery it failed I needed a new one. He looked up my purchases with my phone number. My last battery was in 2022 so the warranty was expired. He said we have 3 batteries in stock I got $22 off for trade in and paid $275 it comes with a 4 year warranty. He had a line so he told me he'll be out in a few minutes offered me a drink. Exceptional customer service. As he put my battery in I asked if he was the manager and he is. I knew it. He was super nice , knowledgeable and just pleasant. I just got off work and was really stressed, tired. I Will continue to come to this location and recommend it to others.

The parts have a limited lifetime warranty. The parts clearly failed, but online warranty service will only replace them, not give me a refund. I needed a refund because the parts had already been replaced (emergency/rush repair to get the auto back in service). This local Autozone did an excellent job working with me - they took the failed parts and got me a full refund, even though it was an online order. They didn't have to do that. They could have told me all I get is replacements. I appreciate them working with me to get me a refund, and will shop here again as much as I can.

I came in needing a specific tool bit to remove a TPMS sensor -- something I'd only use once. I politely asked if I could quickly use the tool in the parking lot after buying it. The employee -- a shorter Asian man working around 7 PM on Tuesday, July 9 -- told me, "I do mind, actually." I respected his answer and responded by saying I'd just buy the tool and return it in a few minutes. What he said next shocked me: "I hate customers like you," and he repeated it more than once. I was stunned. I hadn't been rude or demanding -- I was simply trying to solve a problem and had been transparent about what I needed. He then added a condescending remark, suggesting every man should already have a full toolbox. I do own a toolbox -- just not that particular bit. This kind of judgmental and aggressive attitude is completely uncalled for, especially in a customer service role. I waited patiently, then a women started to rush and check me out. So I asked, can you install my wiper blades? She answered, WE DON'T INSTALL THEM IN THE RAIN. ‍ Me being caught off guard, I repeated it back a few times and each time it was the same answer. I'm like it's not even raining that hard right now; she goes to check and say "oh we can put them on for you." She tried to pass the "job" off to male coworker but he wasn't having it. So after she asked me to bring the car up to the front, she reluctantly came to service me. My thoughts, if you dont want to get wet or dirty or whatever, find a new job. When I brought my truck to Kartunes for the installation, the manager would not let me see the covers before or during installation. When I finally was allowed to see my truck, the order was incomplete, and the seat covers looked awful - they were industrial style for my $80,000 vehicle. I had the manager remove them and I asked for a refund. I've contacted them to ask when will I receive my almost $900 refund and have not heard back from them nor have I received my refund - it's been over two months.
