A gentleman came out the door and held it open we started talking and he said how can I help you. Very personable gentleman. He tested my battery it failed I needed a new one. He looked up my purchases with my phone number. My last battery was in 2022 so the warranty was expired. He said we have 3 batteries in stock I got $22 off for trade in and paid $275 it comes with a 4 year warranty. He had a line so he told me he'll be out in a few minutes offered me a drink. Exceptional customer service. As he put my battery in I asked if he was the manager and he is. I knew it. He was super nice , knowledgeable and just pleasant. I just got off work and was really stressed, tired. I Will continue to come to this location and recommend it to others.

This location came through for me to make up for an online purchase gone south. I ordered expensive…read moreparts that had to be shipped - they weren't in stock. The parts have a limited lifetime warranty. The parts clearly failed, but online warranty service will only replace them, not give me a refund. I needed a refund because the parts had already been replaced (emergency/rush repair to get the auto back in service). This local Autozone did an excellent job working with me - they took the failed parts and got me a full refund, even though it was an online order. They didn't have to do that. They could have told me all I get is replacements. I appreciate them working with me to get me a refund, and will shop here again as much as I can.

The set up there was a bit different then we had found in other auto parts store, where there is a small computer you put in your make/mode/year of car and it tells you what fits. Unfortunately Car Quest lacked this, so up to the counter where the person at the counter didn't know who made the car much less could easily find what we needed. Eventually having to call a co-worker in to assist and they were able to find the wiper blades in the back area. Also the parking at this place is less than stellar, the time before I tried to go in but all of the spots in the front of the store were taken by their own parts delivery cars. So I ended up just rolling over to the other auto parts store nearby.
