Unfortunately Car Quest lacked this, so up to the counter where the person at the counter didn't know who made the car much less could easily find what we needed. Eventually having to call a co-worker in to assist and they were able to find the wiper blades in the back area. Also the parking at this place is less than stellar, the time before I tried to go in but all of the spots in the front of the store were taken by their own parts delivery cars. So I ended up just rolling over to the other auto parts store nearby.

This local Autozone did an excellent job working with me - they took the failed parts and got me a full refund, even though it was an online order. They didn't have to do that. They could have told me all I get is replacements. I appreciate them working with me to get me a refund, and will shop here again as much as I can.

Hands down, this was the most unprofessional treatment I've ever received as a paying customer. I was forced to use this shop on a warranty claim for a part. One of the employees (maybe the manager or owner) got very agitated that I made a valid claim on the part during the warranty period and berated me in front of the other employees and customers about how my car was faulty, and it was responsible for the malfunction, not the manufacturer. Maybe it was my car, maybe not. Regardless, I would've appreciated a simple: "Thank you for your continued business. Sorry this malfunctioned. Let's file the warranty claim for you. By the way, this is somewhat unusual to re-occur so I'd recommend you get your charging system inspected." Quotes from the employee: "I've been working with cars for longer than you've been born" "You just aren't listening to me. Whatever; it's your life" "See you in 2 years when it fails again" The other employees were actually pleasant to work with and sympathized with me as he walked away.

I came in needing a specific tool bit to remove a TPMS sensor -- something I'd only use once. I politely asked if I could quickly use the tool in the parking lot after buying it. The employee -- a shorter Asian man working around 7 PM on Tuesday, July 9 -- told me, "I do mind, actually." I respected his answer and responded by saying I'd just buy the tool and return it in a few minutes. What he said next shocked me: "I hate customers like you," and he repeated it more than once. I was stunned. I hadn't been rude or demanding -- I was simply trying to solve a problem and had been transparent about what I needed. He then added a condescending remark, suggesting every man should already have a full toolbox. I do own a toolbox -- just not that particular bit. This kind of judgmental and aggressive attitude is completely uncalled for, especially in a customer service role. She answered, WE DON'T INSTALL THEM IN THE RAIN. ‍ Me being caught off guard, I repeated it back a few times and each time it was the same answer. I'm like it's not even raining that hard right now; she goes to check and say "oh we can put them on for you." She tried to pass the "job" off to male coworker but he wasn't having it. So after she asked me to bring the car up to the front, she reluctantly came to service me. My thoughts, if you dont want to get wet or dirty or whatever, find a new job.
