This location came through for me to make up for an online purchase gone south. I ordered expensive parts that had to be shipped - they weren't in stock. The parts have a limited lifetime warranty. The parts clearly failed, but online warranty service will only replace them, not give me a refund. I needed a refund because the parts had already been replaced (emergency/rush repair to get the auto back in service). This local Autozone did an excellent job working with me - they took the failed parts and got me a full refund, even though it was an online order. They didn't have to do that. They could have told me all I get is replacements. I appreciate them working with me to get me a refund, and will shop here again as much as I can. read more

Went in to pick up an online order that was "ready for pickup" and was shocked when I saw the staff walking around with no masks on. Its a pandemic and both employees were just joking around with customers with no masks on. How is this allowed? The Parts Manager was also a bit rude after he got the order for me. Just tossed it across the counter after he asked if I already paid for it online as if it was a waste of time. Update: I received a reply from AutoZone customer service after being asked to reply to their customer service email on Google and this is what it said: Dear Eric, We apologize for any lack of satisfaction you received from your recent experience at AutoZone. This place is usually ok, but the last time I went in the guy was unusually flippant. I went in to buy a windshield wiper and his advice was good. However, it's been my experience to get a second opinion or do further research. The second opinion was wrong and I ended up having to exchange it. I gracefully admitted that I was wrong yet he proceeded to berate me like I was a child how he had all these years of experience . It was not my intent to insult his intelligence or expertise. However this was completely unnecessary. I admitted I was wrong yet he drug it out. This wasn't the first time someone was rude to me there but it'll be the last time. I'm an adult and I shouldn't have been treated like a little kid. Last time I'm coming here. Damn shame because in general it's a good store with a very convenient location. My male friend and I just dealt with deeply disturbing racism and misogyny at this Auto Zone. A few days ago I went in to the same shop to get rear brake pads and the guy tried to add on hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of parts I didn't need and was rushing me as there were more people in line, so I walked out since i still needed to get more info. This morning my friend came to help me get my brake pads so he could fix them himself. We walked into Auto Zone and the assistant manager at the counter immediately checked me out with an obvious look, and then proceeded to insult my car when I gave him the make and model. My friend (who is black) started to joke around and I said something about performing. The counter guy asked what I do and I said I'm a dancer. He laughed and scoffed, and then proceeded to hit on me in front of my friend. He asked my friend if he was wearing his Navy veteran hat "for fun" or if he was actually a veteran. My friend continued to joke around so that we could get through the transaction without being confronted, and the guy actually used the term "porch monkey" and made a comment like "I love that movie!" implying it was a movie reference. Then the manager started talking about race politics...."I saw a group of black people tear down a statue and white people kicked it and I said man that's crazy, and a friend of mine agreed with it and I shrugged him in the grocery store. Oh and people wanna change the whole route 1 from Jefferson Davis to Martin Luther King! I think that's ridiculous, you need to learn from history! I'm mixed with everything, white brown asian so I can say this. I says to my friend 'why don't you just burn down the Holocaust museum' and he just looked at me like 'did you just said that?' And I says yes, it is the same thing, and I'm mixed with everything so I can says this!" He continues to hit on me, joking about how he has my number now since I had to give it to look up a rewards card, while my friend was just trying to get my brake pads and go. I am frankly appalled at this behavior, will be reporting it, and will not be coming here again. read more

Every time I came in here, usually around 7 due to the fact that I tend to break little stupid things when I'm working on my car. There is always this little Asian guy yelling at everyone. He will never ring you out because he "has people for that." So assuming he is a manager I don't know why you'd let him ever be a manager if he can't treat his employees right. He screamed at a guy just the other night for taking me to the back to get bulk house for my intake manifold to reroute a pcv valve, I was appalled by this but he just couldn't let it go. My daughter was having a bad day and the her car battery died. She was frustrated because she just picked up her car from the repair shop and dished out money to pay. so money was tight. so when the car died, right at the parking lot of course she cried in frustration. Was not a good day for her. I dont remember the guys name (I think it was Micheal) that helped her at the auto zone, but he got her a deal on a new battery and installed it and made her feel better about her day. He went out of his way to help her and that made her feel good. Thank you for that. I recommend that place to everyone and I told my daughter that anytime we need anything for her car, we will go to him ONLY! I was so pleased at the way we were treated. read more

Mixed experience here. Came in with car problems, the first time one employee told me I needed a new battery and tried to push one on me really hard. Came back a second time only to be helped by a second employee and told I didn't really need one. The second employee was really helpful with explaining what was going on with my car to me! I have been unsure if I have a battery or starter issue with my car. The Gentleman who came out to test my battery and alternator was awesome, brilliant and super nice guy. We were talking about the car and he told me he was new to the area. We exchanged some information about good shops to go too in the area. He tested the system a couple of times to ensure it was a consistent reading. He also asked me to come back and let him know when the issue was resolved what the problem was. Not only does AutoZone generally have a better selection and lower prices than Advanced Auto Parts, but This store genuinely cares about its customers such that if they make a mistake, they will to their best to make it right. I came in to buy a battery, and they tested the one in my car for free to confirm that it needed to be replaced. Although they neglected to give me a receipt so that I had some trouble returning my old battery for the "core" refund, the employees and manager were very apologetic and made it up to me later. They reaffirmed my confidence that AutoZone is the best auto parts store. read more

I went to pick up a part I ordered online and I see 3 people working there , the person who was helping was very nice but I wait for 30 minutes to get help , there was a big line with customers waiting and the manager who was there wouldn't come to help his coworker , I ask to speak with him and the person who was helping me went inside to call him and he refuse to come out and talk to me , I expressed my discomfort to the nice employee who was helping me ,hopefully things change soon , a Leader is the one who set a good example no the one who yell orders . read more
