This past week I went in for a battery told him year make and model and what I needed a new battery. He sighed looked around for another employee, who was helping a lady outside. So I pulled out my phone and showed him the part on AUTOZONE.com he then said "what's the part number" . He walked to the battery rack and said here and pointed at the battery. And said "you sure this is right" I said it's the part the site recommend and he said "well this is my store and I don't care about the site" I told him he didn't have to have to rude and walked to the counter with the battery. He began to ring me up and then walked away got another employee and said "handle him". This place is a joke and I hope corporate sees this. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST , try advance auto down the street they were more helpful.

I am in a very intense individual and he put up with me all morning early in the day as one of his first customers. John answered all of our questions and was extremely professional and kind! John will go very far in life and in AutoZone! From the second, I walked into the store. I knew my day would be getting better. I was clear with everything that I needed, and he provided stellar service from the second he began helping us! By the end of the morning we had all of the products we needed, and we were on our way! The Mobile Mechanic that will be doing the job for me was very pleased as well! The parts have a limited lifetime warranty. The parts clearly failed, but online warranty service will only replace them, not give me a refund. I needed a refund because the parts had already been replaced (emergency/rush repair to get the auto back in service). This local Autozone did an excellent job working with me - they took the failed parts and got me a full refund, even though it was an online order. They didn't have to do that. They could have told me all I get is replacements. I appreciate them working with me to get me a refund, and will shop here again as much as I can.

The set up there was a bit different then we had found in other auto parts store, where there is a small computer you put in your make/mode/year of car and it tells you what fits. Unfortunately Car Quest lacked this, so up to the counter where the person at the counter didn't know who made the car much less could easily find what we needed. Eventually having to call a co-worker in to assist and they were able to find the wiper blades in the back area. Also the parking at this place is less than stellar, the time before I tried to go in but all of the spots in the front of the store were taken by their own parts delivery cars. So I ended up just rolling over to the other auto parts store nearby.

When I brought my truck to Kartunes for the installation, the manager would not let me see the covers before or during installation. When I finally was allowed to see my truck, the order was incomplete, and the seat covers looked awful - they were industrial style for my $80,000 vehicle. I've contacted them to ask when will I receive my almost $900 refund and have not heard back from them nor have I received my refund - it's been over two months.

I came in needing a specific tool bit to remove a TPMS sensor -- something I'd only use once. I politely asked if I could quickly use the tool in the parking lot after buying it. The employee -- a shorter Asian man working around 7 PM on Tuesday, July 9 -- told me, "I do mind, actually." I respected his answer and responded by saying I'd just buy the tool and return it in a few minutes. What he said next shocked me: "I hate customers like you," and he repeated it more than once. I was stunned. I hadn't been rude or demanding -- I was simply trying to solve a problem and had been transparent about what I needed. He then added a condescending remark, suggesting every man should already have a full toolbox. I do own a toolbox -- just not that particular bit. This kind of judgmental and aggressive attitude is completely uncalled for, especially in a customer service role. I hope management takes this seriously, because no one should be spoken to like that for asking a reasonable quest

I waited patiently, then a women started to rush and check me out. So I asked, can you install my wiper blades? She answered, WE DON'T INSTALL THEM IN THE RAIN. ‍ Me being caught off guard, I repeated it back a few times and each time it was the same answer. I'm like it's not even raining that hard right now; she goes to check and say "oh we can put them on for you." She tried to pass the "job" off to male coworker but he wasn't having it. So after she asked me to bring the car up to the front, she reluctantly came to service me. My thoughts, if you dont want to get wet or dirty or whatever, find a new job. Needless to say I finally have my new wipers. S.N. when did the price of windshield wipers get so high?!
