I don't know how I ever got along without them. The pickup with the new speakers sounds magically better. I have tinnitus, hearing loss, and am tone-deaf, but the new speakers really opened up the sound. Absolutely amazing. I had the manager remove them and I asked for a refund. I have mixed feelings about my recent visit…read more The staff was friendly, and the work itself was completed as expected. I also appreciate that they honored the previously discussed $30 discount on my wheel alignment after I reminded them about it. However, the biggest disappointment was how my oil change coupon was handled. My wife arrived with a coupon that we had recently received in the mail advertising a full synthetic oil change for $49. Instead of honoring it, she was simply told to throw it away because "a new coupon is coming soon." That is not how customers should be treated. We came to your shop because of the coupon you mailed to us. If a customer brings in a valid promotional offer, it should be honored instead of being dismissed. As a result, I ended up paying about $120 for a full synthetic oil change instead of the advertised price. Even with the alignment discount, my final bill was roughly $100 higher than I expected. Another thing customers should be aware of is the additional shop/supply fees that are added to the invoice. These extra charges can easily add another $20-30, even for relatively small services like an oil change or a wheel alignment. Those fees make the final bill much higher than the advertised prices. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed. I don't mind paying for quality service, but I do expect promotions to be honored and pricing to be transparent. I hope management reviews these practices because they don't inspire customer confidence or loyalty.

Two people behind the counter; a young lade and man. No greeting, no "can I help you"... they were interested in nothing except chatting to each other. I located the small selection of bolts in the store after a few minutes and I asked the young man if he had a thread gauge for the bolt. He responded with "no" and offered no assistance. I said "well then", set the bolts on the counter and walked out. I definitely wont go back anytime soon, if ever.

The value was outrageously expensive. An air filter that typically runs between $25-50 from GM…read moreparts and max $70 if you buy a high flow part was listed at 103.88. A typical Google search says that the typical price for part and replacement is $50+, another part was a Mass Airflow sensor, this sensor at the highest cost is no more than $150. They charged me $331.99. And then charged another $100 to replace it. A replacement of the MAF takes no more than 15 minutes max, and they already had it open to diagnose that the sensor needed changed. So basically got double charged for opening up the engine air filter assembly. The last bit of ridiculousness was a diagnosis cost of $190. They basically just plugged the car into the computer saw the MAF as the issue, opened up the assembly to get to the MAF and confirmed it was gunked. Then the last bit was $135 to clear the codes and reset the monitors, this is basically unnecessary, because after you change the sensor the car will automatically reset the code and monitors, but even if you do it manually the car was already attached to the computer for diagnostic so a punch of a button, which cost $135. All in all, the total job cost over $900. For a job that should have been fairly priced at about $250 and medium priced at max $500. I was recommended to go to this garage by AAA when my car broke down. I would recommend finding any other place than this one. It's a shame that they are taking advantage of innocent people that happen to breakdown far from their trusted mechanics. Think twice before you go to this garage! I have asked AAA to reevaluate their name brand with such crooks.
