They lay it all out in front of you beforehand. My car went from a tired, old cruiser to a 100% street sleeper! I returned my car to them and they recharged my battery, but did not check their installation of the door switch or advise me to bring the car back in to check the fuse box. subsequently, I took my vehicle to the dealer and they were able to perform the drain test and install a new door window switch. The window switch purchased at Driven Autorepair was under warranty and the manager wouldn't give me a refund on the defective part. I was the part could only replaced. Advising potential customers of their policy and you have no choice other than to use their services when a part is under warranty. The manager would not take fiscal responsibility for the potential faulty part they purchased and/or the potential faulty installation they provided on my car. I lost over $800 dollars trusting the integrity of the services provided by this company. Buyer Beware!

I called on my way over to make sure they were open, and the tech who answered the phone assured me I could come right in and got me registered as I headed their way. It took just under an hour for the team to evaluate my tire, spot the screw that was causing the leak, patch it, and fill it back up. I was able to work from a well-appointed waiting area with plenty of seating, Wi-Fi, outlets, snacks and coffee. I would definitely recommend this shop for their efficient operations, welcoming team, friendly atmosphere, and a job well done.
