The wait is not that long.. we came here as walk in's 2x on our 1week stay that started in Bozeman, went down to Yellowstone, then to Idaho for UTV riding and then to Jackson Hole WY to go see the Teton National Park. It was nice to walk around the local shops while we waited and then afterwards to work off those delicious carbs. Thin crust pizzas clean, fresh, not heavy and seasonal ingredients. The crust is soooo good. Chewy and some char. We had: Montana Burger Royale My teen son dreams about this. Yes its 27.00 and he said its the BEST burger he's ever had. I would have to agree (and we live in Austin TX where there's great cow) -the burger meat melted in your mouth -the egg dripping as you break the yolk was perfection. The bacon so juicy, the brioche bun (that was the winning touch) We shared: Hot Honey Pizza- so good 9/10 Spicy Burrata- also great. 8/10 Mac n cheese- that was the only miss. Way under seasoned and the white sauce seemed to get sucked up by the pasta so the dish was super dry. 3/10 Frites and Fondue- fries were great. Thick cut with finely shaved pecorino. Could have used a heaping more of the shaved cheese. -the fondue was ok, seemed still under seasoned or just not creamy enough? I'd swap that for some roasted garlic with the truffle oil. 6/10 Local brews and ciders were great! 9/10 Huckleberry Cheesecake 9/10 save room for this bad boy. We split it between 4 people. Not too sweet. Tart and delightful! The world cup was on the TV so it was a hopping place even as it rained during a late June evening. Parking garage nearby is free for 2hrs so thats cool! Come DT BZN and support local!

The whole place reminded me of downtown San Luis Obispo, CA. The Carne Frite was AMAZING. It's basically a piece of steak served with fries, but the steak was so flavorful I completely forgot about the fries. As a pizza connoisseur and meat lover, I also had to try the Carne Pizza. It wasn't the best pizza I've ever had, but definitely wasn't the worst either. The Montana Burger was really good, and the bacon was amazing. My only personal complaint: they serve Pepsi products and I'm a Coke girl through and through. Overall, great atmosphere, great food, and absolutely worth the wait. Highly recommend checking it out

We sat in the bar on a busy Friday night at a high table and enjoyed the energy. The queso appetizer missed the mark for us with stale chips, but the bison potstickers were excellent. The kale salad could use more dressing, which is house made and very good. We were disappointed with the way the specialty burgers were served; very messy presentation on the plate and served on a cheap seeded hamburger bun.

The appetizers also arrived quickly after order. The garlic scrapes were also good. The pizza was good. We had the diavola and mostarda. Both were good thin crust pizzas with decent flavor. The best part was there was not a lot of residual oil on the pizza. The service after the appetizer was really rough. The server was friendly but it took over an hour to get our food order. They are always busy but the wait was a bit excessive. It gets really crowded which is good for the restaurant, make sure to make reservations if you want to try it out.

If I could give Feast Bistro 6 stars, I would!…read more We started with the Curried Halibut Cake appetizer, which had the perfect amount of kick without overpowering the fresh flavor of the fish. The Roasted Beet Salad was cool, refreshing, and a perfect complement to the appetizer. For my main course, I had the Catch of the Day--Sea Bass--prepared with Thai-inspired flavors. It was outstanding. I never would have believed jasmine rice could be prepared in such a savory and flavorful way. Every bite was exceptional. My date ordered the Lobster and Grits and absolutely loved it. Our servers were attentive, knowledgeable, and offered robust wine pairing recommendations that complemented each course perfectly. We finished the evening with a delicious selection of desserts, which was the perfect ending to an incredible meal. We dined on the patio, and the atmosphere was absolutely delightful. From start to finish, every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations. Without question, this was one of the best dining experiences I've had in Bozeman, and I can't wait to come back.

To start, we had the daily ceviche, which was a salmon ceviche with a bright citrus marinade, garnished with oranges and served alongside crispy wonton crackers. It was fresh, light, and a perfect way to kick off the meal. Next, we shared the hot crab dip, which was rich, warm, and packed with flavor. Served with grilled bread, it was the kind of dish you keep dipping back into because it's just that good. For our main dish, we shared the Brown Butter Scallops -- prosecco salt dusted scallops served with arugula pesto, herb mushrooms, and bacon & butternut squash arancini. The scallops themselves were perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, but the real standout on the plate was the arancini. Crispy on the outside with a rich, savory filling of bacon and butternut squash, it paired beautifully with the rest of the dish and completely stole the show. The entire meal was beautifully plated and thoughtfully prepared. The only small note is that the restaurant can get a bit loud when it's full, which can make conversation with your dinner companion slightly harder. That said, the lively atmosphere shouldn't stop you from enjoying a meal here. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience. If you go, do not skip the bacon and butternut squash arancini--it was the absolute star of the dish and truly sensational.

Reservations recommended, especially on weekends and Summer Months. The owner did come out to dining room but preferred to visit with 2 younger ladies and not with an Elite Member-???? Food above and beyond, seasoned to perfection well balanced. The Asparagus I had with the Salmon Dish was the BEST I've had in a long time, flavorful and tender very fresh, same goes for the Beet Salad. Creme Brûlée was to die for Don't miss the opportunity when in the area! Very clean restroom and nice meeting/wine tasting room in the back of the restaurant.

Our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing…read more There were four of us dining, and not one person had a good meal. The bread arrived stale, the wine selection was surprisingly limited and the wines we tried were of poor quality. I ordered a steak that was served cold--almost as if it had barely been heated. It was completely lacking in flavor and required an excessive amount of salt just to make it edible. To their credit, they offered to remake it, but the second steak was still severely undercooked for what I had requested and had to be sent back again. My husband's dish was equally disappointing and lacked any real flavor. Having lived in France, he commented that this was the worst French dining experience he has ever had. What made the evening even more frustrating was that we had recommended this restaurant to friends and were genuinely embarrassed by the experience. Based on the food quality, service execution, and overall dining experience, we cannot understand how this restaurant has earned such glowing reviews. Unfortunately, this was a complete miss for our group, and we would not return or recommend it to others.

No I don't recommend this restaurant!…read more I have tried it twice and both time have been miserably disappointed in the service. The price is always surprisingly expensive and generally when the total comes inevitably wrong. Often something we didn't order is added and you have to hassle getting removed from your ticket. The ambiance is lively and fun. However most the staff are standing around at the front in the bar gossiping. It's really annoying to hear them gossiping about guests! Bad Bad Bad manners! They talk too much and don't serve food in a timely manner. To wait an hour and a half is ridiculous. In general, the food preparation is ok. Fresh, but ok. My suggestion would be to dress up the presentation more than just putting it on the plate - it's an art that makes good Sushi special, and this doesn't do it for me! While it's decent, for Montana, it's not west coast Sushi and service staff needs an overhaul. Less gossip, better staff service with attention to the customers order, more timely service, more accurate orders.
