Today I ordered a sandwich for my Son on our way to his baseball game. We were on a time constraint so we picked it up so he could eat it on the way to his game. My Son opens the wrapper and I couldn't believe how burnt it was. I can't believe they let a sandwich like that leave the restaurant. I called the restaurant on the way out of town to let a manager know what kind of food quality had left his restaurant and I was told there wasn't a manager on duty. I guess that's why food of that quality left the building. I told the female employee about the sandwich and she offered to remake it. That would have been ok if I hadn't been on a time schedule. First let me start by saying this place has always been a family favorite. We have had many valuable family memories at this place. This was my family's favorite pizza place for a long time however I'm not sure if it's the new ownership that made the customer service so poor or what the actual problem is but in the future my family will be taking our business elsewhere. Burnt chicken wigs very unprofessional !!! I'll give it 1 star just because the gal at the register was very nice. However the lack of the other 4 starts is due receiving burnt chicken wings !!! Unacceptable to the person that packaged them you obviously saw them when you boxed them given that it was a take out order, I didn't notice till I got home. Make sure you guys check your orders before you walk out of that establishment you can't trust them. I have tried this place out three times now and every time is a good experience. The cauliflower crust is amazing and with lingicua and jalapeno you cant go wrong. I've also had the calzone which is a good deal if you not in the mood for pizza. They give you a generous amount of marinara sauce. Staff is always friendly and attentive to you but I only get take out so I've never dined in to experience the service. Place is clean and has a good amount of space and TVs. My pizza was really good and I especially loved the crust.. I've never said that about another pizza parlor. Salad bar was fine, everything fresh and clean. Love their new location! Riverbank Pizza Plus has the best "Pizza Plus" pizza. I have a pizza plus in Escalon, and I'll drive to riverbank just for their pizzas, as Escalon's isn't the same in my opinion. I love that they have Black Berry Indigeny Reserve on tap, as it is hard to find this on tap locally. I been going to pizza plus for 20+ years. The food is great, but the prices are ridiculously high. Even their specials are not worth it. If the prices were a little more affordable, I would go here more often. Staff is really nice, atmosphere is nice. In addition to this one, I've tried Escalon, Ripon, Newman, and Hilmar, and I maintain my allegiance to Riverbank. This place is our usual weekend meal with the family. Their pizza is consistently delicious. They are always generous with cheese and toppings. We always add an order of breadsticks with cheese and pizza sauce. I had my daughter's birthday here recently and this place completely exceeded our expectations. We are from out of the area but came here before we went to the movie theatre. We primarily chose this because we had a bunch of kids and also because of the high yelp rating. We had an awesome experience here! We called ahead for our order and the young girl was super friendly.
