Incredible Pizza Some of the best pizza I've had in a long time. The crust is the star here and they have many different styles of pizza that just work. Really recommend the Authentica Papa. Love love loveeee the pizza this place is producing! I'm a huge pizza critic, and this place has won my heart over. I love how the pizza isn't dripping with grease like a lot of pizza places in the area. The ovens they use penetrate deep into the dough to enhance its delicious flavour profiles! Just the right amount of toppings and not so overwhelming! The staff is extremely friendly and you can tell they're enjoying just being there making amazing pizza. They also have a nice little outdoor seating area and a few seats inside. I'm yet to dine in, but this is my 5th time having them, and I just call for a pickup and it's always done right on time. Way too light on the cheese. I've had 7-8 pizzas from here and I sometimes can't even tell if there's any cheese at all, but crust and toppings are really good. Probably my favorite dough of all time. Triple the cheese portion and you'll be 100% best pizza around. read more

After enjoying many pies at Ottimo was eager to try the new incarnation Pizza Parlor and was impressed! We tried the special smoked brisket which was great but it is the crust the truly sings here, absolutely perfect sourdough, baked at just the right crispness on the edges and enough in the center to give the pie some body but not make it heavy. With the trend of specialty pizzas these days, it's all about the crust, and Pizza Parlor nailed it. Would've been a five stars if not for an awkward service moment I watched with another customer. Easily my new favorite pizza place. We had the LA taco,double trouble and spicy vodka sausage for our pizzas as well as the meatballs and Panna cotta. everything was so delicious and flavorful! The service was quick and the staff were so friendly. They were plenty of places to sit if you wanted to eat there . We will definitely be back and recommending to our friends. Wow. I haven't had pizza this good since I lived in Hollywood. I moved to Lakewood last year, and I've been disappointment with the pizza selection in the area. I tried places in Lakewood, Cerritos, Artesia and LB. I had to resort back to Big chain, fast food pizzas. But, after a year of searching on yelp, This pizza shop has the best pizzas. I was excited to hear that coffee parlor was opening a pizza place right next door. I've been a coffee parlor fan for years now. However, the wait time was kinda ridiculous. I ordered online and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got to the restaurant in 20 minutes and then the worker told me 10 more minutes. After 10 minutes, he told me 3 more minutes. After 3 more minutes, it took about 15 more minutes. I understand this place is new and probably still figuring out it's kinks so I wasn't too upset, it just took up a lot of my time.
