Update: some manager called, left a message about calling back to get a credit for the above problem. Phone number left was for retrieving messages, not leaving! I sent a voice message to this manager (Adriana I believe was the name) but have not heard anything back, not that I really expected to, their customer service is a lot to be desired (hardly any at all)!
