The chicken was cooked perfectly and the wings were good sized (not like the BW3 disappointment wings). The breading was light and golden as advertised. The sides were excellent too. As you can see I ordered the pizza WELL DONE! The center of the pizza was so doughy that I couldn't even pick it up, and toppings were falling through the fork I tried to use to pick up the pizza! It's not the fact that it is not thoroughly cooked, but it is almost raw in center ($30 for an uncooked pizza) I didn't know you had started the cook your own pizza at home! You can't get an address right (been customer for many years at same address) and now can't even thoroughly cook a pizza! Update: some manager called, left a message about calling back to get a credit for the above problem. Phone number left was for retrieving messages, not leaving! I sent a voice message to this manager (Adriana I believe was the name) but have not heard anything back, not that I really expected to, their customer service is a lot to be desired (hardly any at all)! We waited 20 minutes before going to get the order but we waited another 30 min in the store. A wall behind the register is solid keeping staff from being bothered by any walk ins, order pick-ups etc. and no one can see people coming in or for customers to be able to find a worker. We heard people back there, yet at least 5 minutes and no one came out. There was a male customer there when we came, waiting. Then 2 separate customers came but still no staff. Finally after being able to get some kind of eye contact to tell a worker we were still out there, she came but waited on three people before getting to us. Instead she told me "give me 3 minutes, which was another 10! So I stayed near the desk and to the left I see 3 workers standing almost shoulder to shoulder. The middle employee was a man, he started the pie, adding sauce, possibly cheese ( although it wasn't evident much was there.). Then he slid the pizza left a few inches and a woman put what appeared to be pepperoni on it. Then she slid it all the way to the right and this woman put the pizza in the oven. While waiting on each other, they would just stand there until their assignment was to be done. When out of the oven, the girl at the register cut the pizzas. Every one of our pizzas was only cut possibly 50%. This was one of the most inefficient things I've ever seen 4 people do at any restaurant! So we got to the car, pizzas in tote and checked them quickly. At a glance it seemed ok . Got home which is 5 minutes away tops and EVERYONE said their pizzas were ice cold ( maybe because she made us wait and they were already ready to be taken home?) Pieces were not cut all the way through. I'd say they were all three maybe 50% cut out of each pizza. There is no cheese that we could see on any of the pizzas, and it was loaded with sauce. Definitely changed the way this pizza usually tastes. it was a horrible experience. I really wish I would say it was ok but it was pretty disgusting.
